Breana from the Customer Service team helped rectify a refund issue I was having with the Jeep financing team. She sympathized with my situation and did what it took to get it expedited and fixed. First person throughout the 6 month headache that wasn't dismissive and showed understanding. Shout out to Frank for answering Jeep parts questions while I was in, and to Cher for giving my 1 year old a balloon to keep her occupied. 5 Stars for the level of service in getting my issue resolved, but 4 stars because there was an issue in the first place. My confidence going forward has been renewed! Thanks team.
