I had the worst experience with their service department. I made a specific appointment to have an oil change and trim looked at (broken door handle). The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. When I show up at my 830 appointment they inform me of the new ownership and the door handle won t be covered by them (bought the car with it broken and the glue they tried a while back didn t hold) no biggie, I get it. New ownership. But they said they would get a quote for me to fix it. Jacob was my service advisor and when I came to pick up (which it took them until 1230 to call that it was finished for an 830 appointment) I asked Jacob what the status was on the door handle and his response was no one told me about a door handle even thought I made the appointment specifically for that. He said the other guy I talked to took care of it (I think his name was Steve? Can t remember). So I go to talk to Steve and tell him what Jacob said and his response is oh I told him, he just forgets things . Then he says how hard it is for that dealership work on my car because it is a Nissan. The two service advisors obviously both forgot about the door handle and just tried to blame each other. Walked out with NO quote for the door handle, only reason I went there. Many places can change oil and it took them 4 hours. Why have people make appointments? I will never return to them, it was such a waste of time and my broken car remains broken.
