If I could give negative stars I would. I am not usually one to give a negative review, however, this dealership definitely deserves it. My fiance and I went here to get our first car together. While there, we fell in love with a vehicle. We liked the car, the price, the works. So we signed and went on our way. Within minutes of driving out of the dealership we started having engine issues, that were not present during the test drive. We took it back the next day. They switched it out for a different model. We were told it was the same price, no charge for the "upgrade". We went on our marry way, once again happy. When we got home and were filling paperwork, we noticed they charged us $4,000 MORE than was originally priced to us. We called and they said there was nothing that could be done. Come to find out that our sales rep got fired for doing the same thing to other people, giving them one price then submitting the paperwork for more. His manager was well aware of this and was "unable to assist us". We have had the car for a couple years now and decided to trade it in for something better. Come to find out that the value on this vehicle is extremely low because 8 months prior to us buying it, it was apparently in an accident. We requested the car fax before purchase and there was nothing about an accident. Not even a scratch. So did they show us the wrong CarFax information to ensure we left with that vehicle? I am not sure. I just know that everything involving this dealership seemed easy upfront, the salesmen were super nice and easy to work with. And they showed us the "better deals" we were getting. But everything involving this dealership has since been a headache. We will not be shopping here again.
