Booked a spot but arrived 4 minutes earlier than the time booked so was charged at the full prevailing rate minus the SpotHero coupon. Upset I contacted SpotHero customer service and was promptly provided the best customer service ever! cordial, understanding, supportive, professional...always trying to solve the problem and help the customer and never placing blame.
