First time user. Web and Apple store app very easy to use, only had one issue at payment, searching and reserving technically went fine. When paying by Apple Pay on the Apple store app, it did not give me the green check mark as ok at payment time confirming it was paid, so did not think payment went through, tried again and same thing. Stopped and checked, and technically payment and reservation did go through twice, cancelled the duplicate with no refund problems. Seemed to be an issue with Apple Pay payment confirmation at payment time, only thing that I see need fixing. I called customer service to help fix my missed $7 referral credit from this blip, they verified, and gave me the credit on account, call went very smoothly. First spot reserved went well, 5 mins only at drop off and pick up. Very satisfied.
