Best customer service EVER!!! I had booked a spot in a garage for the Patriots Parade and when we got into Boston the street was closed to get to the garage so we had to park elsewhere. I contacted Spot Hero and spoke with Joshua, he sent me an email for information to process a refund and it was done and handled with in hours. Next time I know to call them when I have a parking issue.....I will be using them when ever we need parking in ANY city.
