Spot Hero's customer service is amazing. We arrived at a surface parking lot with a reservation, but there were no spaces free. So we had to park at another lot. We were running late to an event, so we didn't have time to call Spot Hero's customer service until later. They were very gracious and immediately refunded the parking fee for the first place and also paid us the difference between the two parking lots. So the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I am very impressed!
