Amazing customer service! Had an issue with the parking garage, and wound up paying out of pocket so I could exit. Afterwards, I called Spothero, explained what happened, and they immediately refunded the difference paid out of pocket. I use them every month, and could not be happier. I wish more companies still valued customer service like these guys
