Truly shameful and incompetent couriers, you should stay at home and give way to those who know how to work and really want to do it. A shameful service, the courier always informs you as an absent recipient without even ringing or calling on the phone.
Customer service is practically absent in all of Italy, so you can call a toll-free number where no one answers but still makes you extend the call to get as much money as possible. In the end I had to go in person to the branch to collect the goods. NEVER AGAIN.

Unlike what we read on the net; I have to say that I always found myself well with this courier. Expected for today Premium Smart Cam. Impeccable service, with traceability via SMS and Sda app in real time. Always delivery at about 12 (11.30 - 12.00), so perfect time because not too early or too late. Packages in perfect condition, brand new vans and kind employees, at least that's my experience! Rated 10 and praise!

I have been sending and receiving with SDA for many years and I must say that I have never found myself in a bad way ... lift much better than many other more famous couriers ...... just to point out one thing ..... if you send directly with SDA via kpoint etc etc the package often arrives earlier than promised .... generally it comes the next day even for shipments that should take 3 days ...... but instead problems are created when shipping with the Italian post office ... because 99% of them are the ones who create the problem and then it is up to the poor couriers of SDA to put up with the customer ...... I also share my bad experience with the SDA courier, following an order placed on Zalando. The delivery, scheduled for yesterday, never took place and the package was returned to the sender for (alleged) refusal by the recipient. According to what reported by Zalando customer service, I just have to wait for their refund. It is not even possible to collect the item at the courier's storage point. Another negative note is the SDA site, which is always down and barely allows the traceability of the order.

I wanted to pick up a shipment in stock. I call the headquarters, no answer. I call the SDA switchboard for a fee and they assure me that there would be no problems.
