Not bad service, not even pitiful, but NON-EXISTENT OWN. I had to go personally to collect the package at the Rome 1 operational headquarters, among other things, risking to lose the car because of the scandalous state of the road to get there. The next time before placing an order online I will make sure that neither they nor the Italian post office are involved. Shame.
