A shameful service, the courier always informs you as an absent recipient without even ringing or calling on the phone.
Customer service is practically absent in all of Italy, so you can call a toll-free number where no one answers but still makes you extend the call to get as much money as possible. In the end I had to go in person to the branch to collect the goods. NEVER AGAIN.
