Shameful service. 2 packages sent from Naples to Rome on 20/12, same consignee, with payment of the supplement "Delivery 24 hours - within 12 hours".
1 (one) arrived on 22/12 - only 24 hours late - the other ... they don't know what happened to it!
Italian post? Better private couriers, serious, precise and not much more expensive.
