I wanted to pick up a shipment in stock. I call the headquarters, no answer. I call the SDA switchboard for a fee and they assure me that there would be no problems. Once in corcolle, after 15 minutes of queue, I am told that absolutely not possible because the package is under lock and key. 2 hours thrown away, not even an apology.
