Package ordered on Ebay and never arrived, it is clear from the SDA website that the address is incorrect, whereas it is correct (as confirmed also by assistance from Ebay and how among other things it is written on the same Ebay website).
Unable to request online assistance from the SDA site, only no-reply and useless automatic replies.
I will have to go to Via Corcolle to try to recover the package, but I read the comments here, I doubt it .......
