I have been sending and receiving with SDA for man...

I have been sending and receiving with SDA for many years and I must say that I have never found myself in a bad way ... lift much better than many other more famous couriers ...... just to point out one thing ..... if you send directly with SDA via kpoint etc etc the package often arrives earlier than promised .... generally it comes the next day even for shipments that should take 3 days ...... but instead problems are created when shipping with the Italian post office ... because 99% of them are the ones who create the problem and then it is up to the poor couriers of SDA to put up with the customer ...... I say this because I send and receive almost every day and consequently I do not rely on an opinion of a single experience!
