Их работники не доставляют посылки, а просто-напросто пишут отказ от имени клиента или пишут, что посылка вручена получателю(!!!). Как они не разорились ещё, удивительно. PENOUS SERVICE is saying little! Many times the outcome of the shipment depends on the courier and on how it works, there are those who are more precise and those who do the job badly due to lack of time / desire / means. Especially on deliveries, it happens that they write the failed delivery already from the van and not even stop to attach it to the intercom ... In the past I worked both at the call center and in the branch (Rome 4) so I know what I'm talking about.
