On April 29, I send a package to a customer of my store who has placed an online order.
To date, May 25 (26 days later), the package has not yet been delivered and SDA's response has been "we think it is returning to the sender". All this after two empty trips to their offices, both mine and my client's.
The mockery:
12.90 to send a parcel of 0.361 kg is already a theft but given the period (covid19) and that my classic contract with couriers was unusable I let it go, but if the result is this I have no other words if not that you are incompetent and that for your bad service it is only a miracle that my client understood the situation and that he did not take it unnecessarily!
