I also share my bad experience with the SDA courier, following an order placed on Zalando. The delivery, scheduled for yesterday, never took place and the package was returned to the sender for (alleged) refusal by the recipient. According to what reported by Zalando customer service, I just have to wait for their refund. It is not even possible to collect the item at the courier's storage point. Another negative note is the SDA site, which is always down and barely allows the traceability of the order.
