I recently had services performed on my car and I also have had them done in the past. My experiences have consistently been great. I always request Josh V. as my service advisor. He is fantastic! Josh is a great communicator and quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns.

Good experience, however was trying to get a tint on my windows I was told someone would call me and no one did then when there for a oil change I was told I would get a time line a cost and how dark and never really did get any answers. I also asked about other services and was told that it would be too hard and expensive to do... 4 stars though because the services they were willing to do they did well
Brought my son s car to be serviced and I m impressed with my Advisor, Stephen Good and the tire specialist, Marc Henderson. They were extremely helpful, friendly and so knowledgeable! Thanks Schomp!
Steve has been great to work with he is always good at making sure we understand the product or service we are buying. There was no pressure to buy and was always very pleasant to work with. He also makes sure we get answer to all of our questions. Great experiance buying a car from Shomp.
There was no question where my car search would start and end. Right when I knew I needed a new car I knew I'd be heading to Ralph Schomp BMW. The number one reason is their single price sales model. There's no haggling, no dealer fees, no anxiety over the cost of the car at signing. Since their sales staff doesn't depend on commission, they aren't aggressive or annoying to work with.
What brought my experience to the next level was working with the client advisor Patrick Quinlan. Buying my 3 series was such a simpler process than I had anticipated and I give all of the credit to Patrick. Because of his patience and relaxed approach, I never felt pressured to buy a car, nor did he try to get me to buy a car I wasn't completely satisfied with. He showed me a handful of cars, but by the end of the day he found me a car I was absolutely in love with. If it weren't for Patrick, I would not have left in a new car that day.
The only issues I had with my purchase was the total time it took to sign and leave as well as the cleanliness of the vehicle that I drove off with. I felt like the signing process could be less than half the time it took. Often I was left to sit and wait for papers to print and get financial approvals, it took away from the purchase experience. Also, the detailing that was done on my car ended up making it less clean than when I test drove it. The issue was probably that it was at the end of the day and they couldn't see in the light that they were streaking the windows and side mirrors. The carpet shampoo machine also made the inside of the car smell awful. BUT these issues were so minimal compared to the incredible overall experience.
I would recommend to absolutely everyone to not only skip going to other dealerships, but even other BMW dealerships. Don't waste your time and go straight to Ralph Schomp BMW! Absolutely a 5 star facility, 5 star experience, and 5 star support from Patrick! I always look forward to a chance to run over there and look at what they have on the showroom floor! Thanks Ralph Schomp for the new 3 series!!
This dealership advertises itself as the largest BMW dealership in Colorado. The facilities are very nice. The staff are friendly and polite. They did provide a brand new demo for me when my car was in. They had on staff (this was years ago) two shop foremen who said they were familiar with my car (850) Those are some of the good things.
The not-so-good: Very expensive (but we already knew that). Slow--they had my car for weeks at a time and still didn't fix it. And, in spite of having the two shop foremen who'd been around for years, didn't know HOW to fix the car without spending thousands unnecessarily. My issue was with the pop-up headlights on the 850. Schomp didn't know how to fix them so wanted to replace EVERY POSSIBLE PART of the headlight system. At a cost of well over $2000 in parts and who knows how much labor. Turns out all it needed was ONE part (if you knew what you were doing). Problem was they didn't. And didn't care that their lack of expertise would result in unnecessary costs to me. As a service manager (from another dealership of another brand) told me, "I don't have mechanics here; I have parts replacers. We don't FIX things, we replace them". Appears to be the trend in the auto repair industry. It's not exclusive to Schomp.
Outstanding, outstanding, outstanding!! I purchased an '06 330xi from Len a few months ago and the sales and service were beyond comparison. Schomp BMW is what car buying should be everywhere. I saw what I wanted on their website and upon arrival the vehicle exactly as advertised and fairly priced. I drove in with a rental and was driving off the lot in an outstanding car on the same day. Their dedication to professionalism is stamped on every service and product, and you just know that they have you covered and the vehicle they are selling you is a quality product. There is no need to waste time haggling over price; they know their business, and their vehicles are priced to sell to a driver that knows the value of "you get what you pay for". They also recognize the service of their customers serving in the armed forces with a discount, and that recognition is always appreciated. Thanks, and I will be returning to Schomp BMW no matter how far I go from Colorado!
The one price, one person, one hour deal is pretty nice. No bickering, deal with one person start to finish. Good stuff. Had a problem with a used car purchased here and they are making it right. As far as car dealers go, A+.
Excellent customer service and beautiful showroom. My salesman was very accommodating in showing me all I asked about. He answered all my questions too. All in all a pleasant experience.
The salesman helping was kind but he didn't realize the car was already sold so he made us wait for probably 40 minutes until finally telling us it was sold. That was a waste of time.
Great experience. Our sales person was knowledgable and handled the entire transaction. I felt we got a fair deal and would recommend the Schomp dealership to friends
Great expieriance. No nonsense sales no pressure. All inclusive pricing, no haggle deals. I have purchased lots of cars and found exactly what i wanted for the right price at Schomp.
I had the best experience buying my BMW. Kevin was very helpful and professional. The system in which you but a car at Schomp is not a long drawn-out process. All calculations are done on a big screen and you know down to the penny where you are at in the process. Kevin made us feel comfortable and did not pressure at all. Kevin was a pleasure to work with.
Only used their service for repairs. Friendly staff and I get in and out quickly. However, it always takes more than one time to resolve the issue. They can't seem to diagnose or fix the problem the first time.
I very much appreciated the great communication with Alice Hausig, and her commitment to great customer service while putting this sale together. As an out of town buyer, any and all concerns were quickly abated. My buying experience was great, and I recommend this dealership wholeheartedly. Thanks again Alice!
I haven't decided which car I want but when I do buy I want Stephen Giese as my salesman. He really knew his cars and what I might need in them for my comfort and for my safety. He was very personable and not pushy.
I worked with Shahin at Schomp BMW purchasing a used car. I could not make a decision, and Shahin was very patient with me and assisted me on 2 seperate test drives. Once I made my decision, Shahin and everyone were very helpful in regards to my trade, my purchase, and detailing the various extended coverage options, etc. I would highly recommend Schomp.
The facility was high-end and the positive engagement we encountered seemed genuine and consistent (it continued post-sale). Our BMW Genius is excellent and a joy to be around; our sales rep even facilitated a 'correction' post-sale. Plenty of in-car road time pre-transaction so no shortage of test-driving.
However, in the end, it was "just another car-selling process". Schomp management revealed a de-emphasis of customer sat' by Schomp management that felt more like "we're not letting the customer 'win' " instead of making small concessions to seal the deal...concessions, btw, that don't impact Schomp's bottom-line as these perks were donated by BMW's / Schomp's partners. We were haggling over a few hundred $'s of perks (that didn't reduce transaction amount) but would have more fully locked us into the BMW brand & Schomp relationship. Despite being told the sales rep doesn't make commissions, I felt baited & switched.
While we weren't required to endure a long-line of finance-management-insurance-final dealmaker types, we did need to solicit their help to make sense of the transaction as the salesman didn't have mastery of the content.
I'd go again but would be better prepared and more exacting / unyielding with my requests.
Buying a car from Schomp BMW was a great experience. I worked with Jesse Esquibel and he made everything easy and the whole process enjoyable. I definitely recommend buying your next car from Schomp BMW and working with Jesse. You'll be so glad you did!
A great experience from top to bottom. My salesman Jeff Hanson was great! Jeff went above and beyond and took great care of me. He was honest, straightforward, and took extra time to make sure I was getting the exact car I wanted. Jeff also made the purchase process a breeze and I am so happy with my new X5. Sydney Valentino(The BMW genius) did a phenomenal job helping set up the new car and teaching me about all its features. I would definitely come back to Schomp and see Jeff and Co. if I purchase another car in the future.
Jeff was fantastic to work with! He was super responsive and had the car and paperwork ready making this the easiest car purchase I have ever made! If you need an attentive, knowledgeable and super helpful advisor then look up Jeff and ask for him by name!
Let me start by saying, I love BMW, and Schomp is normally great at servicing, and has an amazing parts department. I own a 2004 X3, and a 1995 M3. I normally have a great service experience here, but not this time. I have OCD, my car is always kept very clean, and normally I clean it myself. This time around I brought my car in for a detail, and a repair on my seat for a wire sticking up through the leather from a previous repair. While getting in my vehicle after they had performed there work, I found that my glovebox was open, center console open, OBD port open and plug pulled out, along with dirt on the carpet that was never cleaned even after I was charged for a carpet shampoo as extra. Well my Navigation screen that was recently replaced has been damaged by this dealership with a scratch only slightly visible but dead pixels coming up that were not present before along with the scratch. My passenger seat headrest had also been damaged with tips going straight through the leather which was not there before. I have returned and called multiple time about getting this fixed, once I was told to come back when a manager was present, well I came back and they took a look, they explained to me that these items couldn't possibly have been damaged by them as it seems the damage must have been done pretty hard, and it must be my fault so they said they cannot possibly repair it. He said to contact his boss which he said will rarely answer and I will need to be persistent with trying to reach. So fine they won't repair my vehicle and blamed the damage on me. Overall very dissatisfied and would highly recommend everyone to steer clear of this dealership. If they do not resolve my issue I will no longer support them or buy any parts here.
Great experience leasing a new BMW X4 at Schomp BMW. Salesman KJ was very professional and knowledgeable Regarding the cars and the process. Thanks again!
Really enjoyed the smooth, no-hassle, transparent buying experience at Schomp BMW. Austin provided great service and was helpful executing the purchase process in as much time as having dinner at a restaurant.
Unprofessional environment, just a bunch of kids playing pretend. The salesmanship is beyond subpar, they had to consult their computers for every question. If I wanted robotic demeanor I would have stayed at home.
Working with Josh Akerman was a joy. Already bought 3 cars from him, and would not buy from anyone else at Schomp BMW Highlands Ranch. Josh is a perfect example of a combination of luxury and performance - exactly what BMW stands for. Josh will give you luxury service, and his deep knowledge of every feature and spec, his attention to detail, his ability to read both what you say and the sub-text, his diligence and care, are all about top performance. Like driving BMW, it is a pleasure to work with Josh.
Picked up a used VW Rabbit that was in outstanding condition for a great price. Service was quick and easy, and we couldn t be happier with our purchase.
I have been a BMW owner since 2003. No service adviser has been more helpful, kind, caring and gone out of their way for me like Ashley Otto. She provides such great customer service, but furthermore upon me making a mistake and leaving my personal valuables in a loaner car she went out of her way to ensure me she would find it and return it to me. Even going so far as contacting me after her hours of work and going in early to work to help find my valuables. Thank you Ashley during this time in our country for showing me what hope and caring in people is all about.
Very good experience with having our BMW service done. They flushed the brake fluid. Took more time than quoted, but there waiting are is very nice, and we'll stocked.
If you're in the market for a BMW I highly recommend Schomp BMW! The quality of their showroom and facility is truly the experience you want and expect when buying a BMW. Their staff from sales to service and everyone in between are great! They are friendly, engaged, and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help. For instance, I had to replace the tires on my X5, due to a road hazard causing irreparable damage to them, this replacement was untimely as Schomp was experience some heavier than usual service traffic. Kathy Powell stepped in and helped me get my tires taken care of an secured me a loaner vehicle as I could definitely not be without a vehicle due to my work and schedule. This assistance, more like rescue, was well beyond any level of customer commitment and service than I've experienced at any other dealerships (Lexus being one of them!) With professionals like Kathy and the rest of the Schomp team I highly, highly recommend people to check out Schomp BMW!
After a series of minor "bumps in the road" with the selling process and completion of after-market tint and mask, I have to say the response by Schomp was really great. Once they realized what was happening and how I felt about it, they jumped to action and ensured a solid outcome. My sense is that since the current BMW vehicle lineup is so strong and sales volume is high, a few details fall through the cracks here and there...But they are committed to making it right and did so with me. My wife loves her new X1 and we're happy. I look forward to getting to know the service department over the next few years. Thank you Schomp BMW!
Great team to work with. They figured out rare issue with fuel pump, got it fixed as warranty. Very skilled team. Everything is as high class as you would come to expect from BMW dealership.
Connor at Schomp was the best to deal with in getting my 2020 X5 ordered! Very detailed, professional and patient. He made the whole experience quite pleasant and fun! Will definitely work with him and Schomp BMW again!
Really upset with BMW assist. Not returning my email re long delayed 200 credit for not choosing to upgrade system. Reflects poorly on BMW and I didn't fix my fog light because of it.
Great experience buying a car at Schomp. Alex took his time showing me cars I'd be interested in and going on test drives. He even showed me the car I ended up buying but wasn't even listed for sale yet. Ace did a great job with the sales/paperwork part and my trade in was handled easily. I even got a great deal switching insurance with them! Would buy from Schomp again.
Fantastic, quick service. Alice Hausig took great care of me and made it fast, easy and comfortable to get into a new vehicle that I love. Thanks so much! I would refer anyone to Schomp BMW & Alice!
I found an X5 online I was interested in at Schomp BMW. I was not local to Denver. I went to Schomp staff listings and looked at the different sales people experience and emailed Jeff Hanson regarding a tricked out certified X5 that Schomp had. Jeff did not know me. I could have been one of those people that just take up sales people time (but of course I was not that person). Jeff Hanson emailed me back quickly answered questions I had, went and took video of the car and reported back to me its condition and particulars. We agreed on a price and Jeff worked with me to apply the X5 incentive and BMW financial loyalty incentive to reduce the agreed upon price. Jeff took my $1,000.00 deposit and said he put a sold sign and took it off the floor. My wife and I flew into DIA 5 days later. Jeff and the dealership did exactly as they said. Our X5 was waiting for us. While the paperwork was being drawn up, Sidney Valentino went through the many menus of IDrive and set things up for us. We went through the paperwork and out of state certifications (which in the age of covid is not easy) and the deal got done exactly how I anticipated. I will definitely look towards Schomp and Jeff Hanson for future BMW needs.
This is the only dealership that has taken the time and effort to try to resolve issues that I've been having with my brakes. After going to 4 other dealerships and battling with BMW of North America for weeks, this dealership actually listened to and understood my frustration, then went above and beyond to do what they could to mitigate the problem. I can honestly say, my experience with this dealership kept me from trading my BMW for an Audi.
Also, a huge thank you to service advisor Trent! He was the first BMW employee to really make me feel like he understood my frustration, make an effort towards a resolution. Thanks to his efforts (and the service tech), my loyalty to the BMW brand lives on. Now I'm looking forward to my 4th BMW purchase, whenever the new M3 comes out (which I'll now be sure to order from Schomp)!
Once again, Thank you all for coming through when no other BMW dealer (or BMW of NA) would!
Had a great recent experience at the Schomp BMW. Was treated like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. Purpose of the visit was to lease a vehicle. Worked with KJ, who is a professional, knowledgeable person, which provided great service and experience.
The salesmen were enthusiastic, helpful and not pushy at all. They helped me get the best deal possible for my new car. I would definitely recommend Schomp to anyone looking to buy a new car. A+
Schomp is awesome. They have great customer service, an excellent sales teams, and are easy to work with. Great place to buy a car and they will make sure it stays in top shape.
The people are great and the buying experience was painless.
Service is so so, which is weird because as you would expect with a BMW it is expensive.
Getting a loaner is a pain. They are all reserved a week and a half out. That means when you have a mechanical issue you either drive your car with an issue for a week and a half, or rent. I've had both happen.
Also, this last time I got the car back reeking of burnt oil. Aired it out and the smell didn't come back thankfully.
Jasmin Geary with Allstate is the epitome of exceptional customer service! Her help did not end when we purchased our BMW at Schomp, but extended to our other vehicles we added over the years not purchased at Schomp. She was immediately responsive, helping to find the best policies, quotes and getting both vehicle and home policies amended with additions right away. Plus she is incredibly warm with a great sense of humor. Always a plus! An erudite professional, indeed.
Justin White has been my service advisor for as long as I ve had my BMW. I ve had great service advisors in the past with other luxury brands but Justin is the best by far. In fact, his knowledge and customer service is the reason I ll continue to own a BMW.
I really wish I could give this place 100 star rating. They were AWESOME!!! Anthony (Tony) was who we worked with. He was very pleasant and helpful. We went to look at a vehicle last week not thinking we would for sure buy that day. With the experience we were given, we felt it was right to purchase at that moment. My wife and I have had some awful experiences with dealerships. Let me just say, this was the best experience ever. We would come back to this dealership for every purchase we ever want to do again. They are all amazing. The whole environment is stellar and comfortable. Tony helped us the whole way through the process as well as Justin who was amazing as well. I can't say enough what a great experience we had. If you are wanting something that is real and honest people, come here. They don't hassle or sit there and give lies. They are straight forward and honest. Also, we have gotten a call from Tony himself to ask how we are liking our new vehicle and to let us know if there is anything we ever need to give him a call. Seriously, amazing company, amazing people, and amazing vehicles.
Buying a used car from Schomp BMW and our salesperson Zach Roth was the best. We were nervous flying to Denver from another another state but the entire experience went very smoothly. The dealership s staff was very welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. Zach was an amazing salesperson to work with; accommodating, not pushy, and very honest. I will definitely look at Schomp when I am in the market for another vehicle. Without any reservation, I would highly recommend Schomp and Zach.
Sold us a car that is less than OK. The air conditioner is faulty, the radiator has a leak, the list goes on. The service should have found these issues and corrected them before putting the car back out for sale. The engine compartment is dirty and grimy. I will stop now, then to top it all off...the General Manager can not return a call, the Sales Manager is unethical to say the least. All a customer wants is a car that is worthy of the name and reputation of a BMW.
Took the car in yesterday for service which should have been oil and filter change and fluid checks. Took over 8 hours to do it. Called numerous times to get an eta and no one would answer or if a message was left no one would call back. I wake up today (next day) and the car tells me to not drive and fill the radiator fluid....so in 8 hours of time at the dealer they did not check this fluid? I call can not get anyone to talk to leave message we will see if they call me back - i doubt it. Will not use them again :(
Not good. Purchased a car new there that incurred a $1500 repair right after the warranty expired. Yes, it is the car not the dealer, but they never offered an extended warranty and still aren't offering one.
First off I will state this place has the "air of professionalism" and a lot of free-be drinks/snacks/shuttle service... but this is no excuse for AWFUL workmanship to a vehicle. Last time I checked, a dealership should have mechanics on hand, but it seems they only have salesmen these days.
I took my 1991 325ix for an initial inspection after the purchase. I knew of a few issues before I brought it in and requested the drive belt, power steering belt, and timing belt be replaced (which they did)... but it seems that's all they did, and noticed during the $158 inspection!
Here were some of the faulty diagnosis they threw my way:
They said my sway bar bushing was bad and needed a replace ($400), I declined, so I can examine myself.... It wasnt the "sawy bar" bushing that was going bad, but rather the CONTROL ARM bushing, and even then, It isn't in THAT bad of a condition, and the job is CERTAINLY not worth $400!!. Its a 2 bolt job with a $15 part to replace..... I was now starting to doubt the abilities of their "mechanics".
Second, they said the head gasket needed to be replaced (this is a time consuming job, and one I'm willing to pay for) so I agreed to this.... But once the job was done, the papers that came back to me stated "valve cover gasket"... Now, the valve gasket is literally on the SURFACE of the engine... and is a 15 minute job MAX... they charged me $300 for it... I was told HEAD GASKET 3 TIMES via phone. And I even said "Head gasket?! really??" afterwards. It turns out the guy making the calls were never mechanics themselves to begin with... so you could imagine my confusion when the guys would throw out mechanic lingo when they don't even know what it means.
Now for the best part.
Did you know this BMW shop uses Purple rags? I happened to learn this when one of them was left IN THE HOOD OF MY CAR as it got caught in the clutch fan. Yep... these guys seem to REALLY want more work.... enough to where they are willing to TOTALLY ruin your car just so you'd bring it back for more "service". I'm not lying about this one. Ask me for a picture of the rag, ive still got it as a keep sake from this awful stealership.
Then.... as for the "inspection" i received for $158... they either totally missed the missing air filter and didn't mention it, or took it out and never replaced it.... either way, I'm missing the air filter.
Dont do this place. Please. Do not feed these people your hard earned money. Make them work for it. please.
Outstanding experience. Alice Hausig was detailed, thorough, knowledgeable and always available. I am a repeat customer and will be back again. Thanks to Schomp BMW!
The whole experience with Alice Hausig was straight forward and simple! Loved not haggling and just submitting the information requested for an exact price for the vehicle. Friendly service!
Connor is awesome. Personable, fun to work with, and honest about what we should and shouldn't buy - definitely felt like I was getting good value for my purchase.
I had a great experience with Mike showing me some vehicles. He was very knowledgeable about different aspects of each car. I swear it was like he designed or worked on each one.
Unprofessional environment, just a bunch of kids playing pretend. The salesmanship is beyond subpar, they had to consult their computers for every question. If I wanted robotic demeanor I would have stayed at home.
I have no faith or confidence in this dealership service department. The service rep told me I needed new brakes and rotors in the front at a price that is 2x higher than any other service shop. I took my car to another service shop and it turns out the front brakes and rotors do not need to be replaced as they have over 5mm left on the pads (schomp told me there was less than 3mn). The issue was just the rear wear sensor had fallen out due to a broken clip and just needed to be replaced!!! How can I trust a dealership that was trying to sell me parts and service that I don't need!!!
Ian our salesman was very professional we came on to buy our daughter a used grand Cherokee , and we ended up trading in our 2018 X-5 For a new 2021 x-5 so we ended up getting two vehicles. Everything was very smooth. We would highly recommend buying a car here.
My sales man was fine Jeff Tucker how ever the service manager David was ridiculous rude had a part replaced on my jeep and painted and I swear a child could have done better and the worst is I said it don't match he replied that's the best we can do mind u this place sales 100000 thousand dollar cars but I guess a 40000 jeep don't count then on top of it I purchased the jeep got 3 hrs home and discovered leather back seat was torn but I had to pay for it first they wanted 200.00 dollars but lucky me they came down 50.00 oh boy so a tear in the leather that was there before I purchased I payed for they did do a nice job on that so whatever but the service guy was a total jerk he acted as thou I was a nobody and I was beneath him and his hand shake was like shaking a fish super disappointed and I will never go back there was awsome before purchase and man after they get your money it's like suck er we are done with u see ya really a sad sad place but I guess lesson learned won't happen again I assure u . So folks be sure u don't get swept up in the glory cause I can assure u if u deal with service David u will regret it the guy is a total jerk and he is in the wrong profession no class at all
What a joke on communication. Initial visit was great with Marlowe. Quickly went downhill with both Marlowe and Ben. Going to purchase a vehicle up in Fort Collins vs horrible customer service. Couldn't even get the receptionist to transfer me to the GM. Was promised repeated calls back from Marlowe, then Ben. Ben got a little better towards the end. I'll be sending a letter to BMW to outline my experience.
Worst dealership experience I've had in over 20 years of buying cars. Everything from the purchase experience through to my first service experience with the "We Owe" team. I honestly can't believe they can say they have "seamless transactions with no surprises..." It would be laughable if it weren't depressingly aggravating. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I can't imagine I'm the only person who would rather pour lemon juice into paper cuts on my eyeballs than deal with Schomp BMW. Since I JUST bought my car, I'm really looking forward to 3 years of this bull s----.
Also, it's not all Schomp dealerships their Mini Cooper dealership is amazing. I bought a Cooper from them I'm 2015 and have never had an issue. The purchase was seamless and the service has been great.
I filled out both the Schomp survey and the BMW Americas survey and it was not pretty, and I didn't hear a word from either. Another example of amazing service *insert sarcasm here*.
