Vir Sinceritate Review of Schomp BMW

The facility was high-end and the positive engagement we encountered seemed genuine and consistent (it continued post-sale). Our BMW Genius is excellent and a joy to be around; our sales rep even facilitated a 'correction' post-sale. Plenty of in-car road time pre-transaction so no shortage of test-driving.
However, in the end, it was "just another car-selling process". Schomp management revealed a de-emphasis of customer sat' by Schomp management that felt more like "we're not letting the customer 'win' " instead of making small concessions to seal the deal...concessions, btw, that don't impact Schomp's bottom-line as these perks were donated by BMW's / Schomp's partners. We were haggling over a few hundred $'s of perks (that didn't reduce transaction amount) but would have more fully locked us into the BMW brand & Schomp relationship. Despite being told the sales rep doesn't make commissions, I felt baited & switched.
While we weren't required to endure a long-line of finance-management-insurance-final dealmaker types, we did need to solicit their help to make sense of the transaction as the salesman didn't have mastery of the content.
I'd go again but would be better prepared and more exacting / unyielding with my requests.
