Excellent experience!!! My wife and I stay busy with two kids and work - the last thing we wanted to do was burn the better part of a weekend at a dealership. Seth, Sam, and the sales team did their part to absolutely make sure that we would not waste time at Schomp. We stopped by during the week and drove a couple cars to decide what we wanted. We put a deposit on the car and returned the next day to sign paperwork. Sam called me to review details for the closing paperwork before we went to pick up the car, and we hardly spend half an hour there when we did paperwork - WOW!!! It was great - I really appreciated the respect they showed for our time, and let me assure you, nothing about the experience was rushed - the team was prepared before we arrived. Unfortunately, we have dealt with the other BMW dealer in town, and I strongly recommend Schomp - they have them beat on so many fronts. Thanks for a great experience - and I really appreciate the awesome coffee you provide for your customers!!!

The best car buying experience we've ever had! There was no haggling over the price of the new vehicle, or the trade-in value for our old vehicle. It was direct and easy, but very professional and friendly! Jesse went the extra mile making us feel special and satisfying our needs. Denise and Rob did a great job making sure we were taken care of and happy. Laurel was very patient giving us our vehicle orientation and answering all our questions. Matt the genius went out of his way to hunt down a CD I had left in our trade-in vehicle a few days earlier! We couldn't have asked for anything more at the time of our purchase and have had awesome follow-up from the dealership as well! Schomp will continue to maintain our business and we will absolutely refer our friends! At Scomp, the customer comes first!

We ve been Ralph Schomp clients for the past decade and to this day they ve always been the best in terms of quality and experience. In particular, Steven Constable the service director - I had a complete meltdown over my car stalling in the middle of the road *totally my fault* but he was able to not only fix the issue but also provided me with a loaner vehicle on a Friday evening while they ran tests on my car. This is after I went to BMW on Colorado Blvd (because it was closer) and all their service techs were gone by 6 and the front desk folks couldn t do much until Monday. Overall I m incredibly grateful that Steven is so responsive and attentive and that s exactly why we continue to get our cars from them :)

I have brought my car to Schomp for every service ...

I have brought my car to Schomp for every service since 2013 and this will be the last time unless I have a recall. I only brought it in for a recall this time. The service advisor did not call me to tell me they had to order the part for the 40 minute job. I called 3 times before a service manager advised me of the the status. The next morning, my service advisor called my home at 6:10 am to give me an update. She called again at 2 to tell me it would be done before I got out of work. I ultimately got my car back that night. When I got home, I inspected my car to find they scratched my front bumper through the paint (they aren't huge scratches, but they are the biggest ones on my car) and dinged my wheel well through the paint. I am so mad that I haven t brought myself to call them to complain, but I took pictures with a date stamp to deal with Schomp sometime this week. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and eventually when I trade out my car, it won t be for another BMW.

Update #1: Ariel Metekengi, BMW Service Manager, called me to apologize for this visit as well as others I had in the past. He offered to not only fix the scratches written about above, but also fix any others on my vehicle. I dropped it off yesterday (11/10/17) morning and we will see how my car comes back. I was more than a little apprehensive about leaving my X3 with them again, but I will give Schomp BMW one last try.

Update #2: After 3 business days, I got my car back last night (11/14/17). They parked it in the dark which made it nearly impossible to inspect (thank you iPhone flashlight). I immediately noticed that they did NOT fix the extra scratches that the service manager said would be fixed. I walked around the car and found that they did fix the damage from the original visit. I waited until this afternoon to inspect it completely. It looks very nice. There are a couple scratched on the edges of the upper panel and wheel well, but I can fix that. All in all, at least Schomp fixed what they damaged, but they didn't keep to their word. I will not be going back unless absolutely necessary. The only reason Schomp gets 2 stars is because they provide loaners.

Both my client advisor, KJ Schroeder, and BMW Genius, Garrett Bourcier, were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They made the experience awesome and went above and beyond.

They did not communicate well with me at all. I had to contact them to see what the status was on my car after they said they would contact me. After that call they told me they would call back since my car was being looked at during that time. Once again I never received a call. They were out of loaner cars that day so I had to take the shuttle service they offered. I set a pickup time and they ended up being 15 minutes late.. and that was after playing phone tag with 3 employees because no one knew who was supposed to come pick me up. When I got to the dealership I was ready to get my car and go home. However, they led me to a loaner car to take for the night.. so I had to spend another unplanned 15 min for that. The next day I received a call at 11:00am saying it was cleaned and ready for pickup. When they pulled up they apologized because it was in fact not clean. They need to work on customer service.

They don't negotiate, so if you're like me and don't pay full price for vehicles, shop elsewhere. I was working with Kevin, who was not helpful and was very, very slow to respond to my inquiries. He also kept sending me vehicles that didn't match my search just to make a sale on the last day of the month. My experience with this dealership was terrible and I won't consider them for any of my BMWs again.

He gives the appearance of being to good to give customers the time of day. Jenna is the best service writer I have found, but all in the service department are great.

Schomp is true to their promise of no haggling and no pressure- I was looking for a preowned small SUV and inquired about one that I found online through True Car. Jacob at Schomp BMW contacted me and sent a video overview of the car I had inquired about, a preowned X1. It turned out not to be the fit I wanted, so he noted all the features I was looking for and not too long after that he found a 2014 X1 with the features I had requested. That one checked all the boxes (and then some) including my budget- I was thrilled! Schomp did a thorough inspection of the car and gave me a complete overview/training on my car s features. I could not be happier with the whole experience! I highly recommend working with Jacob at Schomp BMW, he is professional, courteous, pleasant and really listens to what you re looking for. It s a very nice facility, they make you feel very comfortable, and it was worth the multiple drives from Broomfield. We will definitely come back to Schomp when we re ready to look for our next car.

Jason Kippenberger was my sales person and was very patient and laid back throughout the process, even though I had a complex situation to deal with. Just had the rudest conversation with service scheduling. Never have I spoken to someone less willing to assist in sourcing an appointment; they spoke in clipped, agitated sentences (not an language issue). Clearly irritated that I called. I have been with Schomp BMW for over 15 years and bought 3 cars through them. I guess they have changed. I will no longer inconvenience them with my business.

48 hours later I received a call from Schomp. They stated they listened to the call and asserted their understanding of my perspective. To ameliorate my Experience, Schomp squeezed me in for an appointment within the next 3 days.

Schomp is very professional. Their call back confirmed their desire to maintain clients and proves why they are above the rest as a dealership. I am totally happy with the way my complaint was handled. They called me back unsolicited they pay attention to the reviews on line and execute, to the best of their ability, solutions. Just that one phone call won my business back.

I've been bringing my vehicle here for service since I purchased it last May. Up until today, the service has been excellent. However, that all changed this morning. I always use the online scheduling tool and last week, like every other time, I made a reservation for a maintenance appointment. In my appointment details I specified that I wanted a call back and a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't have to spend a Saturday waiting at the service center. I never received a call back but did receive a confirmation email with my advisor's name and a confirmation of my appointment time. Important side note, this is the EXACT same way I scheduled my previous two appointments with the EXACT same request.

When I arrived on Saturday, not only was the service advisor not available but my request for a loaner vehicle had been completely dismissed. Another important side note - I am not upset that they didn't have a loaner, inventory is limited and I understand that. However, if a customer uses the prescribed system to enter a request, the onus is on the business to respond to that request in a timely manner so the right expectations are set with the customer. So, instead of tending to my business on a Saturday morning, I'm sitting captive in a showroom because I live 25 miles away and have no ride available.

To add insult to injury, the replacement for my scheduled advisor gave me a time estimate of "thirty minutes to two hours-ish". "Ish?" Aren't they supposed to be professionals? The service request was a simple oil change, not major mechanical maintenance or even diagnosis. Why is the time estimate so ambiguous on a simple service issue? Grease Monkey can give me an estimate, why can't a service professional at a luxury auto dealership manage the same task?

The worst part is that the service advisor remained smug, unhelpful and unwilling to offer any alternative (how about a simple shuttle ride?).

Stay away from Schomp if you're looking for true professionals.

Update - I did receive a call from their service department to ask me about the experience. After sharing my experience the service rep said she would have the manager contact me. Unfortunately, I never received a follow up and my original disappointment stands. Not recommended.

My husband has been in contact with Patrick Quinlan for about the last week regarding this car. Everything was done over text. Patrick was very consistent and persistent while dealing with my husband. He did everything he said he would and more. Today we came down to Schomp BMW to look at the car. My husband test drove it and looked it over. Patrick also went above and beyond what he needed to and took the car to the shop, had the mechanics put it on a lift and my husband was able to look under neath the car. My husband was amazed that he was allowed to do this. My husband is about the experience and this was a top notch experience. During the paperwork part of everything it all went smoothly as well.

Patrick has listened to all that we wanted. Made the experience about us. Never questioned, pushed or did those weird things car people can do. I would HIGHLY recommend Patrick and Schomp BMW to everyone!

the best dealership and service center around . bought my 2011 X3 used a few years back from Schomp BMW . excellent and very knowledgeable sales staff who go a long way to make you comfortable .
Post Sales the relationship with Schomp continues through their Service Reps who go above and beyond to make sure that you are treated with respect and care . the same goes for your car as well . i always get a loaner so that there is no interruption in my work life schedule . also they provide latest model very clean and reliable loaners .

I made an inquiry online and Ace responded very quickly and was very easy to talk to, gave me confidence in Schomp right off the bat. He was very consultative and asked great questions to discover what car was best for me. Ace was influential without being pushy and I was confident (for once) in a good buying experience as I came in to the showroom to meet Ace and look at BMW's. I was greeted quickly and impressed with the physical setup of the dealership, felt great to be back in a high end > service oriented dealership. Ace gave some great recommendations and actually steered me away from my original car due to limitations I wasn't aware of (no rails on the top of car for crossbars/rack). The ultimate savings deal got me from looking at cars to buying a car on the spot. Phil downstairs was great in orienting me to the car and the "unveiling" was a nice touch. BMW offers were a huge part of me pulling the trigger so thank you to the dealer / BMW for those great incentives. My only feedback was that after I said lets buy this thing it took up to 2 hours to still complete the purchase. I know you were busy and I didn't mind but overall it dragged on a bit as Ace ran around to pull resources and get the car ready for me. I wouldn't have purchased without Ace, he was integral to the sale. Big thanks and I'll proudly keep my Schomp plate holders and advertise your dealer around town. Schomp adopts a 'no hassle' policy, which is a primary reason why I've chosen to be a repeat customer over the years. Having never owned a German car, our client advisor, Edward Cheatham, walked us through many of the features. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. I also appreciated how he handled all aspects of our experience, including financing and paperwork, instead of being shuffled around like other dealerships. It was not difficult to make a decision to buy. Later, we were escorted downstairs to the new car bay where our 2016 340i was being prepped, and was introduced to Jeff Capp, who was just as eager, friendly, and professional with showing us some additional features. The entire experience was stress-free, and we'll definitely remain loyal customers!

A couple years ago, I would have given a 5 star rating on a review of Schomps BMW and the sales person who sold us our first BMW.

WE WENT BACK TO SCHOMPS TO PURCHASE OUR NEXT CAR. We were looking for an X3 and we also tried to find the same sales person but we couldnt find him.

So the dealer introduced us J.

On the 1st day it didnt work out so well. He showed us several X3s but couldnt find the one we were interested in. On 2nd day, my husband found a car from their website and went to test drive the X3 but J said it was not ready yet. He expected it to be ready the next day and he would call us to test drive the X3.

I DO NOT KNOW THE INSIDE STORY AT THE DEALER, BUT next day at 7pm, J called my husband and told him that it got sold in the morning. We both waited for his call all day but he excuse was that there are 30 sales persons and didnt know until it got sold.

Wow.......

1. It is not acceptable that it was sold in the morning but he called us at 7pm (I cannot trust him. When i called him he heard around 2pm it was sold early afternoon)

2. It seems that he did not try his best for his client. We found the car and were willing to come as soon as possible to test drive it but it was sold to another person.

Yes, we were very disappointed at his customer service and felt ignored.

Since I bought my BMW in 2014. I have always had ...

Since I bought my BMW in 2014. I have always had an issue when I have taken it in for routine maintenance. 3 weeks ago I had it in for oil change and a few days later the check engine light came on. My husband looked under the hood and found that they had not hooked the ducting to the air cleaner. This allowing the engine to injest the air directly from our dirt road. My husband called the GM at Schomp and we were told that college students are being used to do oil changes on our vehicles. They are supervised by a certified mechanic. Obviously the certified mechanic was not doing his job on my vehicle. They advertise certified mechanics work on the cars. What else was overlooked? I've lost my confidence in their ability to perform quality service on my vehicle.

After researching for a competitively priced CR-V EX-L I was directed to Schomp BMW. Dan Zadek answered my 8am phone inquiry and was available, ready and willing to help me with the sale of a Honda on a BMW lot! I purchased with confidence that I was getting a used 2014 vehicle at a fair market price. Additionally, in return, Larry Stanley (General Sales Manager) provided me with what I already researched to be fair market value for my dealer trade in. The process was very smooth. I left the dealership feeling as important as a customer purchasing a BMW.

Why only 3 stars, I'm comparing to my old dealer, Patrick BMW in IL which is a solid 5 star. I've owned 8 bmw's over the last 15 years and have been to 4 different dealers for service. Schomp service would rank 4th out of my very short list. The schomp process: call to make an appt, provide the list of things to addr, pull into service, stand by your car, review your list with the service tech. Folks relying on memory to address the items? I've had 3 appts and 2 of the 3 appts, some items were not addressed....oh we can schedule another appt to address the missed items. The patrick process, make an appt, then my service guy who I always worked with, would call or email to confirm why i'm coming in. When I brought my car into patrick, my tech would meet me, go to his desk, very civilized and we review my plan and he double checks everything on his pc. Nothing missed, they always addressed every item. I was just use to a very personalized experience, the schomp process just doesnt measure up.

The BMW genius program is a great idea. Our BMW genius was/is David Toben. He is so good at what he does and is so patient. We have sat with him twice to go over different things and he always makes sure we get it before he moves on. While the Client Advisor gets the sales process started, the BMW genius is the real brains of the process. David is so helpful and is a pleasure to work with. He really cares and wants to make sure you know what you need to to get the most out of your new vehicle. Thank you, David!

This review is coming from someone who didn't even end up purchasing a vehicle!! My Sales Associate at Schomp BMW, Kevin, mad the whole experience pleasurable and never once did I feel pressured to pull the trigger or make a snap decision (and I didn't). He was incredibly insightful and offered great advice while making sure all of my car needs were taken into account. Ultimately we didn't find a perfect fit given my needs and budget...but I can promise I'll be back to Schomp and will be requesting Kevin!!!

The folks at Schomp BMW treated us like super-stars, especially Ian Hudgens. Ian was personable and managed the car buying process without the pressure we have become used to at dealerships. Schomp will always be our first choice when shopping for BMWs.

Came into Schomp for an appointment for repair, took unusual amount of time before I left with a loaner (1hr).
My experience this time was very poor, my adviser wasn't available , some miscommunication between employees which resulted a long wait for me.
