Horrible experience. I Made an appointment with Kevin and confirmed my time. Got there and text the salesperson Kevin to drive a new BMW I confirmed my time with him and told him exactly the time I'd be there, it's all time stamped in the text. I waited around for quite some time and no response not even a "hey I'll be right with you." Imagine 15 mins waiting and walking around which felt like an hour. After waiting and zero response I decided to just leave. Frustrated with the experience I made a commitment to never buy a BMW from this dealership. Complete waste of time. I'd steer clear from this dealership, time is the most precious commodity we have and this was an epic failure.

Schomp BMW is the premier BMW dealer in the Rocky Mountain area (if not the United States). They offer an excellent Schomp Certified buyer guarantee for every used BMW vehicle they sell. They do not hide anything from you an are very honest. If you are looking for the best experience, ask for Jeff Hanson (although all of their advisors are great) and he will get everything taken care of. If you are buying out of state be reassured the vehicle you are buying is pristine and comes with an excellent warranty. No matter what car you are buying from them, they treat you with the highest prestige and respect. I cannot recommend Schomp BMW enough!

First time I ve purchased at Schomp. In the past they ve not been competitive on price and they won t deal. But I Service here all the time (great service!) so decided to give it a shot.

I met Tim Green and his manager Mark Sanders. As soon as I met them I knew I would buy a car from Schomp (well I ended up leasing again but that s another whole story). Tim is terrific... attentive, listens(!), no pressure, no BS, stands by his word. And a genuine nice guy. Same can be said for Mark, he s running a good show there.

Bottom line is I want to buy cars from people I like at this point in my life. That may not be the criteria for everyone, but if it is for you, you won t go wrong with this team.

Connor is the best! He was fantastic when we leased my X5 and he has been nothing short of spectacular ever since. I recently needed to put snow tires on the X5 and Connor ordered the tires personally. I went to have the new tires put on but was told by my service tech that they didn't have the right set in stock. I went home feeling pretty frustrated. After some detective work on Connor's part, he had indeed ordered the right tires and they were at the service department but there had been some time of miscommunication in the service dept itself. Connor arranged to have my X5 picked up from my house and a loaner dropped off. The snow tires were installed but after many attempts at communication with the service dept, Connor delivered the news that my summer tires had been disposed of instead of stored. Connor made the whole situation right and I will be getting my new summer tires in a few days, free of charge because of the mistake made by the service dept.

I can honestly say after that experience Connor is the ONLY reason we have decided to stay with Schomp. He is incredibly responsive, helpful, and goes above and beyond his sales role. We could not recommend his service more and for anyone that walks in the door at Schomp for a vehicle, please ask for Connor. He's amazing!

I just had another service appt for maintenance and a tire change and Justin White was our service advisor. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. He was diligent when checking on our warranty and very easy to communicate with. He provided a very pleasant and easy experience with the service department! And, he was able to arrange delivery for my car when the service was done which was extremely helpful!

Misogynistic sales representatives, horrible communication, and unsafe loaner cars.

I brought my car into Schomp BMW because it was recommended by the service that was covering a couple of recalls on my vehicle, however I was very dissatisfied.

The drop off process was very unconventional. I'm used parking and dropping off my keys inside at the service desk. However this was a chaotic mass of cars lined up inside the garage waiting on a service rep to give you the ok to leave your car. Because of this approach, I did not get the opportunity to have a conversation about when they estimated my car to be finished, etc. I was rushed off to the loaner car desk without any information. There, I was handed a set of keys without being briefed on any terms of the loaner car whatsoever.

So off I went.... clueless.

The loaner car itself had many warnings of low tires pop up on the navigation center while I was driving. When I was finally able to step out and take a look, I noticed one tire in particular was extremely flat. In addition, The drivers side mirror would sporadically turn down, facing the ground, while driving. I had fixed it many times yet it continued to turn back. I had a scary situation when I needed to change lanes last minute, and looked in the mirror to find it facing the ground.

Mid-day, my boyfriend had called to add a few services onto the car while it was in the shop. Mind you, his name was not on any of the information and he did not call from my phone number on file. They went through with the additional services without first calling to confirm them with me. So what i'm gathering is, anyone can call and claim to know you to tack on additional services AND THEY WILL DO IT. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

They also charged $70 to diagnose an issue I did not request to be diagnosed.

When my car was finished they called my boyfriend to let him know, instead of myself- the paying customer listed on all of the paperwork. I arrived to pick up my car within the business hours that are listed online. They claimed to be closed when I arrived yet reluctantly let me in to retrieve my car. My sales rep, Chris, took many phone calls during our brief conversation at pick up. He also refused to acknowledge myself as the competent customer and continually told me to "tell my boyfriend", even when handing over my receipt he said "give that to your boyfriend".

I left with a very bad taste in my mouth from this business, and will not hesitate to warn others of their practices.

I've bought both my BMWs and Schomp and enjoyed the sales experience very much. Received great service and value. Trusted my sales person very much.

UNFORTUNATELY, this was not the case yesterday when I needed service on my Z4. Had a tire blowout... happens. But was totally ripped off on price and received few reasonable answers to my questions.

EXAMPLE, I've only driven 20K miles but was told both the rear tires were "dangerously worn" seemed unusual. I asked... Was told BMW tires just wear out sooner 5K to 15K nikes! I may have to by a Mercedes next time.

Spent nearly $800 for two tires. Firestone up the street from my house quoted me less than half of that. I don't see me going back to Schomp for any service in the future.

Very disappointed.

The team at Schomp BMW was great through the entire process of replacing my 8 year old vehicle. The videos Jason Kippenberger was awesome sending videos of my new car ahead of time and getting all the paperwork kicked off before going into the dealership. Easy process and very excited for my new convertible.

Absolutely, hands down, the WORST customer service...

Absolutely, hands down, the WORST customer service experience ever! My husband had a recall on his BMW and took it in for service. It took him 1 hour to drop off his car. Nobody wanted to help him. A car porter even came up to him and asked what he could help him with and told him, actually said to my husband, that nobody wanted to work today! Finally after getting someone to take his information and key, it was finished today so I dropped him off to pick it up. Assuming yesterday was just a bad day and today's service would be better - WRONG! It took him an hour to pick it up! They said they would bring the car around and after 45 minutes of waiting he found the rep that was working with him and finally got his car! Pathetic!

First time using their service department and was completely disappointed in the overall experience. Dropped off my X5 last month for diagnosis of check engine light and received a call back quote of $700 for new waterpump and wiper pump replacement. Agreed to authorize repairs and waited for call back. Here's the best part, got the call back from customer rep next day that my car was ready for pickup and she tells me that she misquoted the repair costs and the actual cost was $1,296. What a bunch of crap. Customer service at this BMW service department is terrible. Disgusted, I paid the full amount and picked up my car. Insult to injury was they didnt bother to even wash or vacuum my car but had the nerve to put "complimentary car wash" on my invoice. This place is a joke.

We had a great experience with Schomp BMW at Highlands Ranch. Robb and Andy are very professional and very helpful. They took care of us. We were interest in a car and as soon as it was available, Robb called me. He went out of his way to take videos and introduced the car to us when we could not be there as fast as we wanted. The whole purchase process was very smooth and easy. We got our car insurance taken care of on the spot before we leave Schomp. Robb is quick, friendly, and professional. I recently purchased a lightly used, certified pre-owned BMW from Schomp BMW in Littleton. Every facet of the experience was satisfying.

Members of staff are pleasant, intelligent and articulate - genuinely keen to exceed expectations and not at all overbearing. Brian Neal, my sales associate, was exceptional and I would work with him again without hesitation. Laurel Hanlon, who provided the delivery briefing of the car's features, was efficient and very knowledgeable. The facility is top notch with bright, comfortable and clean common areas.

The test drive was an opportunity to assess thoroughly the car's capabilities rather than a micro-managed wander around the block typical of many dealerships.

The Schomp management team have clearly given great care to crafting a seamless and professional experience, and they have built a team of people who give the customer experience the care it deserves. Top marks!

Amazing service department! Their sales is average and should be better for a BMW dealership. Whatever you do, do NOT get tint or a clear bra with them! My clear bra didn't last more than 2 weeks before I had to get it redone and the tint was sloppy. I got a refund and the tint shop I went to did an outstanding job. Overall I wouldn't do business with them again unless it was service department related.

after many email exchanges, I picked up my 650i convertible and had a conversation with the service manager Mr. Joe Link, he told me that since the battery was considered defective under the BMW class action settlement for the "N63" defective engine and it needed to be changed with a larger and more powerful battery they went ahead and made the exchange under warranty. Upon checking out I was handed a repair order that stated the "Defective 92 AH Battery" was replaced with a "105 AH larger battery". Shortly after I left the dealership, I started to have electrical problems with car, however I had to attend a meeting and couldn't return to the dealership. After my meeting which lasted about two hours I returned to the vehicle and upon starting the vehicle I got a notification that said, "some of the electrical equipment in the vehicle had been shut down due to excessive power usage" (Not Exact wording). I drove the car across the street to a service shop only to discover that Schomp BMW had installed the same size battery as the defective battery they removed even though the terms of the court order stated "the battery had to be replaced with an upgrade". Furthermore, they even committed fraud by giving me a repair order that shows the battery was replaced with an upgraded battery which was a complete lie. When I contacted them, they said this was a mistake by the mechanic which I find very hard to believe since the installed battery is a much smaller battery and doesn't even fill the space where the battery fits!

Furthermore, because of fraudulent steps taken by Schomp BMW and BMW Of North America to hide material facts on the defective "N63" engine in order to save money, many owners are left with a vehicle that has a defective engine, it is not safe to drive and has diminished value. Their actions have not only put my life but the lives of my passengers in danger and has caused tremendous financial hardship for many. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE CROOKS. THEY WILL PUT YOUR LIFE IN JEOPARDY TO GET YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY.

The car buying experience was one of the best I've ever had! The sales and finance guys were so amazing. If you have any issues with your vehicle after you've purchased it, dont expect to get the same 5star treatment. My car has been in the shop 2x since I purchased it. On both occasions the service team was inattentive and rude. Specifically on one occasion I was telling the team member my concerns and he interupted me to order his lunch. I left the second time with many unanswered questions because I refused to continue talking to the gentleman who really didn't care about my concerns. I hope their are changes made in this department because its a shame to have such a wonderful sales team with no support.

A truly unique car buying experience. I was impressed with the knowledge of my client advisor, Shannon, who made me and my family very comfortable. We delt with Shannon the whole time and didn't get passed off to a sales manager, finance manager, or anyone else trying to sell me something. We were done in 71 minutes after the test drive and my new car is awesome. Shomp does it different - they do it right. I will be sure to go back when I need another quality car from a dealer that cares!

I will NEVER shop at one of your dealerships ever again. All three times that I have gone there to shop I have been gravely disappointed in your professionalism, courtesy, integrity, and honesty. Your dealership is the appitamy of terrible. The only thing you can count on is I nor my friends or family will EVER go there to buy a vehicle again. And if anyone asked me where to go to buy a vehicle the answer will be anywhere but Schomp. I wish I could rate below a one star!

It was my first experience buying a vehicle at BMW. Annie, bless her heart, was the sweetest sales advisor I ve ever had. She was there for my needs throughout the whole process. Even went to my house since I was trading in two vehicles, and drove my other vehicle. Annie is a newer employee, but she surprised me on how informative she was on the vehicles I was interested in. We had an adventure trying to locate the right car for me. The lots are so packed with cars it s very hard to find the exact one you are looking for. It was a longer process than I had anticipated, but we finally got there.

Hopefully when Schomp BMW has their remodel, the process will be much shorter for the customers to experience a quicker and more efficient process.

I came into Schomp with low expectations. I was there to check a Ford Escape and an Explorer initially. I was working with Erin via text and email, but went I went to the dealership yesterday I started the process with Connor.

From the time we walked in, it felt good. I've had some terrible car dealership experiences in my life and I was expecting more of the same, but I was pleasantly surprised. I got some coffee and enjoyed some free snacks at their snack bar. Come to find out, the escape was being sold and I started looking at others.

After I found out the escape was sold, I had low expectations at that point that we would find anything in our price range, but again I was pleasantly surprised. We found a 2006 Subaru Tribeca and it was in great shape and in our budget. I ended up doing better on my trade too. Erin was great. I appreciate the no haggle approach and what you see is what you get. I would go there again for another car in the future and would recommend Schomp to others.

Absolutely horrible experience. If you are a female who "appears" to not know a lot about cars do no go here, you will be completely taken advantage of. I went to the service department to ask about a part I had purchased there previously. Instead of answering my question, they went ahead and starting performing services on my care that I did NOT approve of, and then had the audacity to charge me. When I tried to talk to the Service Manager about the issue, he completely disregarded the fact that I was charged for services I did not ask for.
On top of all of this, I am now highly wary of their trustworthiness. When they ran a diagnostic on my car they said I was due for an oil change; yet I had just gotten an oil change TWO WEEKS AGO. But have no fear, it would have only been $115 to get an oil change. They definitely tried to take advantage of me and I will never go back there again.

Stay away from their service department!!! I have been a long time customer. I took my car in for some warranty work and received a phone call telling me I needed an additional 3K worth of work. I took the car somewhere else and they told me that didn't need to be done at this time and reviewed their estimate and it more than half. I did notice they were remodeling the BMW building that is not that old. Perhaps they are trying to raise more money to pay for that. To say the least I was very disappointed for a place I have done business with for years. I will never be back.

On the day I purchased my car I had a great experience. Purchased a 2013 328 X Drive in July 2016. I traded in a Lexus IS 250 AWD. Ever since then it's just been one mishap after another. A couple months after trading my car in I got a notice from Toyota financial the car I traded into this dealership had not been paid off yet. That issue was finally resolved. Then I found out the salesperson lied to me about what the extended warranty covers. Since then I've had a lot of out-of-pocket expenses as the car is not really very reliable. Had much better luck with my Lexus.
Ralph Schomp is very good at saying the right thing; but they rarely follow up.
Very disappointed with this dealership!
I would suggest buying your car from another dealership.

I had issues with poor service and knowledge on a new sale so bought mine from Loveland. Now I m having service issues from Schomp. I scheduled my car In over three weeks ago and I was actually driving there and ten min before my appt they sent me a text saying they didn t have a loaner could I come at five?? Not acceptable and I couldn t come at five so now I m waiting again. Very unprofessional, they need to improve service for customers on all ends.

Matthew Mandra was our sales associate and Sydney Valentino showed us all of the built in features of our car. Matthew was so kind and easy to work with. We were difficult clients who switched to a different car before our final purchase and he did everything he could to make everything smooth and to make sure we were happy. Sydney showed us so many hidden features that would have been difficult to learn about without her. She was so friendly during our appointment. I purchased a new 330Xi from this dealership. They were great during the sale process, and while the vehicle was covered by the standard service agreement. Since then their service department has been terrible. I just called about a recall notice on the car. First, their service manager told me there was no recall. When I pushed him (I knew from other sources that there is a recall), he lied and told me it didn't apply to my vehicle. I called Murray BMW, got the details on the recall and called the service manager back. This time he said they didn't have the parts, that BMW had backorders for the parts, and they would send out another notice when the backorders were filled. This is a another lie because Murray BMW told me that if they didn't have the parts they would get them in a few days. This would not be such a big deal except the recall is on the passenger airbag; the sensor in the seat has failed and therefore the airbag will not deploy in an accident. Thanks Schomp for putting my family in danger!

Just acquired my third X-3 in the past 10 years from Schomp. My salesman, Jessie Esquibel did a great job of making the transaction smooth and comfortable.
The organizatioin is first class and I would recommend them for dealing fairly and making car buying a positive experience. Also, hats off to Amir for an excellent tutorial on how things work.

Just got my Lexus from them a few day's ago, Sales department was alright, If you are wanting answers you have to call them back they will not call you back first, Service department is awful, The half ass cleaned the inside of my car, My engine cover has the wrong clips in it the holes so the cover isn't secure..My dad asked could they clean my engine before we received it, didn't happen..Good buying experience for the most part but if you want things 100% done right..Do not go to their service department..

Purchase went smoothly. Not more than a week after I bought the car it started leaking fluids. Took it in and they said they couldn't get it in that day. but would call us when they could. Never received a call. Took it back in a few days later and got it in. That was five days ago and still haven't fixed the car. I've been without a car this whole time until today when they brought me a junky loaner car. I was told they don't know when it will be fixed. I would be fine with exchanging it for another vehicle, but keep on getting the runaround. I don't expect to pay 30,000 for a vehicle and have it in the shop within a week.

So I understand there are a lot of positive/excellent reviews on here for Schomp and overall, I've had good experiences there. A few thoughts though. First, overall, I think their techs are not as good as Murray's but I think Schomp's service advisers are more polished, communicative and realistic on completion times related to service work. I had one very bad experience with a service adviser at Schomp where I balked on doing what was initially quoted as a $1,800 service for a "leak" where there was no evidence of a leak (no oil spot on my garage floor). When I said I did not want to do the service, the adviser told me I "kind of screwed up his day" and was "wasting his and his tech's time and money" by not doing the repair even though I told the service manager the night before that I was 50/50 on doing that portion of the work. I hesitated on the repair because of the lack of evidence and after calling a local shop, was told that how Schomp explained for the leak did not add up (they found it during an oil change). So I decided to take my car to the local shop and wouldn't you know, what was quoted as a $1,500-$1,800 repair was going to be $900 with them and that I likely did not need to do it now without any harm to the car (and it's an M car so to me that says even more about what Schomp tried to get me to do). They were shocked when they heard Schomp's estimate. I understand Schomp has more carrying costs with loaner vehicles and such but come on. Based upon the combination of this experience (how I was treated and the lack of a reasonable estimate), I'll never go to Schomp again.

I have to amend my rating since I have now been contacted by the Allstate office in their dealership. When I politely told her that I was not interested she was extremely pushy and wanted me to get a quote with their agency. I don't recall EVER giving Schomp service the ability to share my information with another entity in the dealership. And she had a lot more than just my name and phone number. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

I have a 2008 X3 with about 70,000 miles - I did not purchase new and I have always been hesitant to take it to the dealer for work but I had an issue that I was able to diagnose from the Bimmer Forum and because it was something pretty specific I wanted to take it to Schomp since I was sure they could do it right the first time. I worked with Lorenzo and he listened to me about what the problem was and what I thought the solution was (the forum was correct) and he got that problem solved quickly and the price was good as well. What impressed me more was that I had an oil leak and even though I had told my regular shop about it I was told that they found nothing but Schomp did find it. I will go back for all my BMW maintenance needs because they know what they are doing. Lorenzo is great!! And so are the guys doing the work in the bays that you don't get to meet!!

The process took forever even though I have excellent credit and already was approved by my bank. I don't think they really did a detail on my car at all and 1 month later the whole electrical system failed. I took my car to a car wash and a paint chip flew off. The second set of keys were not functioning and I had to make an appointment with Mike Ward (they were nice). They didn't even offer me mats for the car. Just had my first oil change and they said I needed a transmission flush, so I doubt they actually took care of the fluids before I bought it.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Schomp BMW. I was recommended and referred to Jesse at the BMW dealership from Benjamin Shemony. It was a tossup between Mercedes or BMW and after taking a test drive in Ben's five series I quickly realize that the 550 would be perfect for me. My experience from the time I walked in the door till the time I drove the car off the lot was more than excellent. Ben and Jesse were very helpful and followed up with me even after the purchase.
I would definitely recommend my friends and family to purchase a vehicle from the Schomp.

Please don t spend your time or money here. Customer service is absolutely non existent. They will sell you a car and forget about you completely when you drive away. I have too many stories to list, but broadly, pre certified doesn t mean a thing. You are better off purchasing a bmw online, buying a third party warranty - then have it serviced with an honest mechanic. Don t be fooled by their bottled water and nice bathrooms - it s all a front to cover up a truly poorly run operation. I will never test drive a vehicle with them, let alone consider buying one.

After two prior (failed) attempts I was hoping that the third time would in fact be the charm and that the nagging squeak (problem) coming from my 330Ci would finally be fixed. Justin and his team spent a few days troubleshooting the problem and finally narrowed it down to a couple of possible culprits. Long and short, the squeak is gone and my car is running wonderfully - I really appreciate the attention and consideration that everyone at Schomp BMW has put into my car over these past few visits. Despite the lack of success in the earlier attempts to identify the problem, Justin and his team didn't give up - they still went above and beyond to finally make things right, once and for all. Again, their efforts are greatly appreciated!!

We fell in love with the BMW X3 at the Denver Auto...

We fell in love with the BMW X3 at the Denver Auto Show, and based on feedback from our friends chose to visit Schomp to look for a new vehicle.

We had Rick Garcia as our Sales Specialist, and I can honestly say that he treated us better than we have ever been treated at a car dealer. He was very fair and very diligent in meeting our needs. He never pressured us to make a decision and was always in constant communication on the options that were available.

With the X3 in a model transition phase, we originally were not able to find a vehicle that met our exact needs as the new 2014s were immanently due. We first drove a X3 x35 and were impressed with the vehicle, though it was missing many features that we were looking for. We asked to drive a more feature rich X3, and Rick was able to get us a x28 for us to test drive.

While we were out test driving, Rick located a dealer demonstrator car that was extremely close to what we were looking for. We came back to the dealer and fell in love with what would soon become our new car!

Rick, and his manager Rob, were exceptional at dealing with a multi-car trade-in and gave us a great market value for our previous vehicles. Again, they treated us with great respect and helped shape our decisions rather than forcing us to a vehicle that might not have met our needs.

I would recommend Scomp to *ANYONE* that asks me for a great dealer in the Denver Metro Area. In fact, two of my neighbors loved the car in my drive and have asked who they should see for their new car. I am starting to look at my Audi and dream of another BMW in my driveway... and I will choose Schomp and Rick Garcia to help me!

Called on Monday to inquire about a used car they ...

Called on Monday to inquire about a used car they had listed. They said it wasn't available and they need to take the posting down due to a recall issue. I noticed the posting was still up that same week on Friday. I called them to see if anything changed, and one of their staff said that it shouldn't be up still due to the recall, but then said they'd call me back because they may be able to work something out so I can buy the vehicle and bring it in when the recall replacement part comes in. Few hours later they called back saying it was good for purchase. I scheduled a time to see the car that same night. About an hour prior my appointment they give me a call and said that the car was sold the day prior (THURSDAY), which was THREE days after my initial call about the car. It seems that their sales team is absolute garbage when a car goes from initially not being able to be sold on that Friday to being sold the day prior on Thursday. This dealership is an absolute joke.

I bought a used X5 and I wasn't overly impressed with the service mostly because they don't have good financing options. My score is in the "good range" and the next week I got a much lower interest rate at a credit union. They didn't have a good explanation for why they couldn't offer better financing options.

Update: if you work with local credit unions, perhaps you should offer that to your customers.

I drove over to BMW to speak to the manager Marc Osborne. I was told he would be there when I arrived. I waited with a nice representative for over 90 minutes. Marc never showed up, NEVER called me about an inexcusable incident that occurred with his salesperson as WELL as one of his managers who really needs to be fired for his moronic behavior, Jeff Englert. These people were told at least TWICE over the past 5 months about this serious lapse of professionalism ( they blame customers for LOSING the keys to their cars when THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES are responsible for misplacing them! See other customers complaints) and frankly, this is why we have chosen NOT to purchase another car from Schomp at this point. There simply is NO excuse.

I was thinking about either buying Audi or BMW and my decision was almost made to Audi. But when I met Patrick Quinlan on very busy Saturday without any appointment at BMW, his sincere attitude led my final decision to BMW.He never goes too far but he makes me feel that he is constantly trying to provide me with the best service.
I was unable to proceed the entire purchasing process with him because he was helping other client when I went there without any appointment, Patrick still called me twice within a week after I got the new X3 to make sure I am satisfied with everything.
He is the best sales associates and I would recommend this place and him for your next shopping.

My review is based on the service dept. I don't care that it's difficult to get an appointment, that just means they're busy, but my experience is that they don't expect you at appointment time. A lot of waiting around and poor customer service. Their technicians always did a good job though and my X3 was a great car. But this review isn't about BMW, it's about Schomp. My wife and I visited their building 5 times over the last three years for service and not one time did we feel like we were in a luxury dealership. If I ever get another BMW, it definitely won't be from here.

I enjoyed my experience with Schomp BMW and would recommend them to others in the market for any of the brands they sell. It was a comfortable, low pressure process, and they made me feel welcome. I also appreciated the fact that the vehicle inventory data on the website was accurate and up to date. Salesman Zach Roth was very thorough and provided me with timely, accurate information on vehicles I was considering and actually drove the car up to us in NE Denver later that day to complete the transaction.

My experience with Austin and Jeff at Schomp BMW has been outstanding. Not only have they gone well beyond the norm in delivering the highest degree of customer satisfaction, but have been personable and professional throughout. Oh - I should mention that I bought a used car, and not even a BMW. That's how good they are!
