My experience at Schomp BMW was quick and simple. I inquired about a 2010 Nissan Rogue and they had me in and out quickly. Karen Timmons and Patrick were professional, courteous, and perfect guides for my car buying experience. They did not apply pressure and were pleasant throughout the process. Going to Schomp was definitely not a laborious or overwrought experience.

When you ask me how I feel about car shopping, I would tell you that I compare it to a root canal. Its always a painful process and always more expense then you had budgeted for. Prior to coming to Schomp BMW we had visited a handful of other dealers which all fit the "dealer" stereotype. They are pushy and drive your bottom dollar through the roof and over power you by putting themselves in the driver's seat when really its your money and you should be running the show. I think we had about given up on dealerships when we found these guys! Unlike the other's we felt welcomed and respected! Our concerns and needs were met and they went above and beyond all our expectations to make us happy with the purchase. They were super kid friendly and patient as we had 3 little ones running around. The staff was inviting and friendly throughout. We now have a great car that fits our family and I would recommend Schomp BMW to anyone. Thanks to Sal Hernandez, Nick, and the rest of the crew for showing us that not every dealer runs business the same way and know that when it comes time to purchase another car, you will be the first place on our list!
My wife and I, purchased a 2011 328ix in December of 2011. Since, that time we have had a number of service appointments and all were positive experiences. Recently, the service soon light came on and got an appointment with Andrew Magalong within 2 days. There was lots of work to be done; replace filter, oil change, few other things, cost to me was $50 co pay only. All work was under warranty and with a smile. Service is what keep us customers returning to the dealer and having a person like Andrew will keep this 67 year old coming back. They are great.
I am impressed every time I come here to have my vehicles serviced. The staff are always warm and professional, and do everything in their power to make you feel like a valued customer.

Very bad experience, one hour, one person, one price, what a joke. One hour before you might see the vehicle, 2 people, one price that's unreasonable. We felt our color had something to do with this. First person told what we wanted, he agreed, then the next person changes everything. Complete waste of time.
You were unable to find my name because I was there with someone else. The salesman was told where we wanted to be with the trade in and said he would make that work, then suddenly, he was gone and the sales manager brought the pricing up about 6k from where we thought we agreed to. If you say we are going to deal with only one person, we should only deal with ONE person, feels like a bait and switch. We were ready to proceed with the purchase until this occurred. Buyers beware.

Our sales person, Bob Sumrall, was the best. He was the complete opposite of every other car sales person we worked with which made the car buying experience that much easier. He helped us navigate the custom order process with ease, allowing us to get exactly what we wanted.
Big thanks to our car genius, Sydney, who like Bob, was great. She took the time to walk us through all of the cars functionality with patients and professionalism.

So I brought my car in for a regular oil change and an inspection for my drivers side headlight at 2pm on Thursday January 31st 2019. Justin white was my advisor and the man that checked my car gave me Justin s business card and told me that Justin would give me a call when my car is ready. As 2 hours passed I figured they re almost wrapped up with it so I didn t bother to check in with it. Well 20 more minutes passed and I figured to give Justin a call to check the status with my car. And it went to his voicemail so I called the store and asked the lady that picked my phone call up very nicely to see if I can check the status of my car. She told me that it s still in progress and she told me Justin would give me a call in 5 minutes so I waited 5 minutes nothing happened so it took another 30 minutes the time is now 5pm my car has been there for 3 hours and Justin has yet to reach out to me. So I called him a 2nd time and it went straight to voicemail. I then get a call from him 10 minutes later telling me that they HAVENT EVEN STARTED THE SERVICES FOR BOTH OIL CHANGE AND LIGHT ADJUSTMENT! Justin was very blunt and rude over the phone telling me that they were short staffed and there was nothing they could do about it and wanted to keep my car over night!!!!! He was very short with me! Why should I have to suffer for your guys lack of communication!!? Why even schedule me for that time knowing that it s not going to work out? I m extremely upset with all of this I explained to him that I have work in the morning and I had to cancel all of my plans with my family because this company failed to communicate with me. I waited 3.5 hours for someone to be extremely rude over the phone with me. This is not the kind of service that I wanted. I told Justin that there is no way this can happen so he offered to get the oil change done before they all leave. My day went down the drain and this will be the last time I get my vehicle serviced here again.
Mike Barrett was my sales person. All the staff is very courteous. Specially Jeff the sales manager and Seth carmitchel the general manager are gentlemen and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Great car buying experience! We went in having done some online research for a pre owned car for our vacation home. The cars that interested us were actually there and Patrick, our sales person, helped us locate another to consider. We decided on the X3 and the whole process was super simple.
The entire experience at BMW Schomp is amazing. The staff are wonderful, they are there to help you in any way possible. I worked with Jim Merrell and he was awesome! He even stayed very late one night to allow me to pick up my new car. I will suggest this place to everyone who is in search of a new or used car. I love my new BMW X1 and they made it possible!
