Purchased a used Lincoln from them. The trade value was more than fair on my 11 year old trade, the price on the Lincoln was better than average and that car was in pristine condition. I actually had a problem with the key fob after taking delivery of the vehicle, Chomp offered to pay for the replacement fob even though they were not obligated to do so. I'll be back again for sure. The sales rep, Chris Castro made the experience wonderful too!

Doing business with Schomp BMW is always a worry free pleasure and experience. They do what they say they will do in a comprehensive and honest manner.that gives great piece of mind, knowing that your BMW will receive excellent and affordable service.
Have always had a great experience with the service dept! Every time I bring my car in it gets a complete look over regardless of what I bring it in for! Keep up the 5 star service!
I have continually had problems with schomp every time I use them. When I bought my car through them, they had a promotion going where the first two months of your loan were paid by BMW. After purchasing the car, they would not honor the promotion, claiming it was only for some cars, but not my car. I had to prove I was told I was eligible for the promotion through paperwork and testimony of people who were with me when I purchased the car, and had to file a complaint with the better business bureau to get them to honor the promotion.
Since then I have brought my car in to be serviced a few times. This last time, after owning the car for 3 years, I discovered they did not certify the car correctly and as a result all maintenance on the vehicle has not been done properly, regardless of having the BMW maintenance plan. This error was discovered by me, after questioning why oil changes were only being done every 2 years/20000 miles which is not congruent with BMWs police, even though I had been brining my car to a BMW dealer annually.
After speaking to the sales manager twice, and the service manager twice, I was able to get part of the maintnece that was owed, however I had to speak with the service manager again when picking up my car, as the service tech tried to bill me for the services.
I am still working on figuring out the potential damage from the vehicle not being maintained properly, and what the effects could be in the future. It always seems to be a headache, when working with schomp and making sure they hold up their contractual responsibilities.
Purchased a vehicle that has broke down twice in 30 days since I bought from them. They fixed it the first time, but not willing to fix it the second time. They are telling me I'm out of luck, and to take it somewhere else to fix. I would never buy from them again!
This place is as straightforward as it gets with buying a car. 1 price, 1 person, 1 hour. Legit.
Josh and his sales partner even found the time to help me go through the basics of manual driving. Service doesn t come like that anymore nowadays. They went above and beyond to help me get the best rates, which were better than local credit union rates.
The car we purchased was waiting for us outside. Shining. All the paperwork was typed up with precision.
Do your homework about this about place before you come here trying to haggle the price and play big shot car buyer. The price is the price.
I enjoyed this fresh approach and how hassle-free everything was.
Eric Wass was very knowledgeable while helping me with the process of getting my new car. I had a unique situation and it was handled in a very professional manner. It was a stress free and zero pressure experience. I would highly recommend all of my friends and family who are seeking a new vehicle to see him.
Five Star Schompsperience!!! Nathan Stock was the best. I traded in my 190,000 mile car that I adored and looking forward to having another long term car relationship with my new purchase.
Schomp BMW has been a wonderful experience. I purchased my 2nd BMW in 6 years from them yesterday. They have the best car inventory in the area, and it turns over quickly; so if don't find what you want, keep watching their website, you'll be surprised .
Upon my arrival i was greeted very nicely and professionally. I met with the guy who would help with my car. He was nice and professional initially.
I just needed to get a battery changed and was asked to get an offer for my car.
Battery cost was ridiculously overpriced by about 30% over next closest.
Took a couple days for them to hunt down an offer on my car which was again a rediculous offer. The person providing my offer was arrogant.
Upon checking out i received quick help. Once again the person was a bit on the arrogant side. However they had my car washed as it wqs there for while.
This is the only dealership I will take my BMW's to. I drive over an hour to get there but have never had bad service. I tried a closer dealership for convenience and was extremely disappointed. My adviser Dylan Z. is very knowledgeable and always has a loaner for me, even on short notice. Can't stress enough how great this place is.
Alice Hausig was amazing. I am a first time car buyer, and she made the experience simple and stress free. She never pushed for the sale, and was completely transparent through out the whole process. Alice was extremely knowledgeable about the Subaru product, and you could feel the passion in her voice for the brand. This definitely helped me feel confident in the purchase. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to avoid headaches throughout their car buying experience.
Absolutely amazing experience at Schomp BMW! Our sales rep Travis was so patient and really took the time to help us find the perfect car. Laurel was equally as wonderful walking us through all of the features and even helped me with some follow up questions the following week.
Well I m shook. I gotta tell you I fully didn t expect my outcome at Schomp to end the way it did. With me walking (well driving) away, in a car that I love, feeling taken care of. Thank you to Jeremy and Dylan for sticking with it.
Top shelf, greeted us by name returning courtesy car, menu for complimentary drinks (non alcohol) at check in he recommended a fresh wash due to pollen count.
I purchased a 440i Coupe from Schomp. Mike Barrett was the sales guy - easy to work with during the purchase process. Delivery was during COVID, and Mike kept me informed before, furing, and after the delivery. There was an error in the delivered car (BMW's catalog error), and Mike and Jeff Edgell worked to make it right. Post-sale, Mike has been a responsive and friendly resource. Thanks! I also spent an hour with Jared Shinkle, one of the BMW Geniuses, and it was time well spent. Jared was very knowledgeable, and he helped be better understand my new car! A very happy customer!
Dylan my service advisor was great! He explained everything thouroughly and actually listened to my concerns in which each one was addressed. Very positive experience.
In brief, I brought the 2012 X5 in, to look into a brake light indicator and key malfunction. After diagnosis, I was told brakes were fine and it was a computer issue and it need to be updated. I drove home and began experiencing additional problems. The car had major engine malfunction and stopped on the road. Towed in and was told battery needed to be replaced. Upon pick-up, battery was done and also some air sensor was replaced, I was not contacted, but it was only $50 additional besides battery. Drove home and noticed interior lights are not working, they wouldn't believe and kept telling my wife, model doesn't come with that option, oh nd the brake light was on again. We took car back in, they could not figure out anything on lights and said brakes needed to be replaced, front and back. Upon further inquiry, they said front definitely needed to be done, but rear had 45% left life. What's the real story? They now wanted to charge $950 for front brakes, yes its a BMW and more expensive than a Chevy...
The bottom line, the story kept changing and there was a total lack of communication and correct diagnosis. We found a local BMW technician, who changed the brakes and informed us of the correct rear brake lifespan. It was different than the dealership said, surprise! They also did the brakes for half of the dealership cost. Schomp brings in 150-200 cars a day through their service dept. They don't care about the individual and remind me of the 2008 banking crisis... are they "to big to fail". I think not. Find a local technician you can trust and stay away from this business.
Whitney was great with the service drop off, friendly and helpful. The pick up always seems to be less personal almost like I am a bother and a long wait to find my BMW.
I had a lot of ups and downs while purchasing my vehicle here but in the end they absolutely made up for the lows and I will be purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. Tatiana was extremely kind and patient and helped my find my dream car!
These guys are awesome. They gave me way above KBB on my trade and made purchasing my new car very painless. The price of my new car was very fair since they don't do haggle pricing. They have earned a customer for life! Easiest buying experience I have ever had.
I m not really one to enjoy a car buying experience, but have to admit this time was a little different! Thank you to Chris Leirer (Loyalty Team) for providing a very reasonable lease-end option, finding me a car that had everything I wanted, and working out a new lease deal that met my criteria. He listened, was super helpful and made a normally arduous process a positive experience I will happily be recommending Schomp BMW and Chris to friends and family.
Great dealership experience, Tina was great, was my first experience at a Schomp store and was very impressed, was the best dealer experience I have had. I particularly liked:
- no dealer fees (have always hated dealer fees) - Tina arranged to put the car up on a lift for me to inspection - good no haggle price - free delivery to my home - excellent cleaning/detail work on car - will definitely recommend Schomp to friends looking for new/used cars - full tank of gas (have purchased from dealers that did not do this) - Tina handled everything involved in the purchase, no being passed around from sales person to sales manager to finance person, etc. - allow up to $5000 of purchase price on credit card (most dealers allow $2000 max and many take zero).
I was looking for a specific model Infiniti on the internet and ended up at Schomp BMW. I called and made an appointment with Sal. I was greeted immediately by the friendly receptionist who offered me some beverages and introduced me to Sal who showed me the car I wanted to see and a couple others we walked pass that I wanted to see also. Sal was professional and easy going and was a pleasure to deal with. Sal and the finance team really went above and beyond to get me the financing I wanted and their onsight insurance agent got me a stellar deal for my new car and my old one. The dealership manager even came over to introduce himself and thank me for stopping by before I even decided to buy! They called me a couple times in the following week to see if I was pleased or had any questions. They helped me get the second FOB from the previous owner, and sent me a nice card in the mail. Overall one of the best purchasing experiences of my consumer life. Thanks Sal, Mike.
My husband and I just purchased a car from Ralph Schomp BMW. Alice Hausig was wonderful to work with and made our experience quick and easy. She even drove the car we were interested in purchasing to our house to do a test drive! Thank you for going above and beyond Alice. I would highly recommend this low pressure and enjoyable car buying experience to everyone.
The best car buying experience I've ever had!! I on a Wednesday and spoke with Dan Hinrichs and had my new car on Saturday. He put together a great deal for me on a wonderful 2011 328i. I was able to do most of the boring stuff (paper work, picking a car, etc, etc) over the phone and e-mail, which was just awesome. The people there were incredibly helpful and worked very *very* hard to get me a great car for the lowest price possible and they came through better than I could have imagined!! I ended up with a brand new car with payments over $100 lower than what I was paying on my 10 year old 530i. Not to mention the killer service and warranty that comes with every new BMW :-)
I can't stress enough how completely excellent everything was about this experience. Quick, easy, and I really felt like I was being taken care of. If you're in the market for a car and you want to walk away happy, go here!
My family and I had a great experience with this dealership. The process was so easy and straightforward. Special thanks goes to: Kevin Simpson whose honesty and curtesy say a lot about BMW, the company he represents. I truly appreciate his professionalism and definitely recommend Schomp BMW.
I am so impressed by my experience with this dealership. It was so obvious that an excellent customer experience is a high priority for everyone there. They were so helpful and accommodating and friendly to us, including my young son who was with me. I think it is important to say that I was not there to buy new, which I was clear about from the start. However, the way I was treated made me feel like I was. The team went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and it was as convenient as it could be. Would give this a sixth star if I could.
My wife purchased the 2020 BMW X7 yesterday and I was totally impressed with the attention that was given to her. She had looked a few days earlier at the Porsche Cayenne and the sales force treated her as if she wasn t serious, indicated they wouldn t look outside their dealership to find the car she wanted, and wouldn t do a ride along on a test drive! On the other hand, Dylan Tucker, treated her with respect, answered all her questions and took her for a test drive. Dylan stayed late so that I could come by after 6p and he took time to walk me they all my questions, just as if I was the buyer. This was best buying experience that we ve ever experienced and we ve been buying cars since 1967. We loved the depth that Dylan went to be thorough in presenting all the options and he did not pressure us in any way, and without haggling. Dylan is a true professional and we highly recommend him. We re sold on Shomp BMW!
Outstanding service at Schomp BMW once again. Used their valet service for pick-up and drop-off and it was perfect and so appreciated. The extra charge for this service is perfectly acceptable. All required service performed and thoroughly communicated. Thank you Schomp BMW!
Very clean, friendly and accommodating dealership. Had some issues with the first vehicle after an hour of test driving and talking financing. Wasn t able to purchase said vehicle. Instead of waving us off, the manager came out to greet us. She appolized, paid for our dinner, and brought a similar vehicle in from an hour away. They applied a discount to the newer vehicle, putting it similar priced to our original choice. Bought second vehicle without any issues. Excellent service, good value, employees are curtious and more than willing to help you out. They don t push anything on the customer at all. I can t say enough positive things about the people who work here. Free waters and snacks, too. The employee I worked with the most was Ace. He deserves a pay raise, regardless of his current salary. Personable and hard-working. Never came off as pushy. Quite the opposite. Clearly here to help the customer. Thank you so much.
Top notch experience. Excellent service, a comfortable and candid sales experience with no undue tactics or pressure...and of course a sweet new whip. A++
I had a great experience working with Dylan Nurse at Schomp BMW. Dylan was very helpful and responsive, and I would encourage anyone interested in a new or used BMW to give him a call or go see him at Schomp!
Schomp performed an air bag replacement (safety recall) on my 325i. The work was done while I waited and the staff was friendly and professional. Very good experience.
Wow!! Never felt so comfortable at a dealership. Thank you Carla for your excellent service. Definitely going back next time my husband and I decide for another car purchase. Thank you Schomp for the great hospitality.
As per the previous review sneaky is an incredible understatement! Not only did Jordan let me put down a thousand dollar deposit on a vehicle that had supposedly already been spoken for but, on my return to the dealership to purchase said vehicle, Mary, who introduced herself as a manager, proceeded to offer a sub par apology which was quickly followed by an attempt to sell me a vehicle that was six thousand above my clearly established budget. Needless to say that I am incredibly appalled by this experience as it absolutely falls short of one that a consumer such as myself would and should expect from a luxury dealership.
Everything was great. Needed to replace my tires. Spoke to Bobby the day before, and he had communicated with Aaron so he was expecting me. Received the use of a loaner as promised. Karlie handled it all smoothly. Good experience.
David Toben is truly a BMW genius. He made all the features of the car clear to understand so I actually feel confident I can drive the car fully utilizing all functions. Also David followed up with me to make sure I returned to the Scomp dealership to experience all the functions. The parking feature actually seems like something I will use...prior my visit with David, I doubt I would have even tried it! Love my new X5
I had a great experience with Schomp BMW. Chris 'Dryfly' Frydrychowski came in special and stayed late while we are stuck in traffic to show us the cars that we were looking for.
He was patient and throw in explaining all the options and differences between the models and trim levels especially some of the more technical features and safety options that we were looking at.
I cannot recommend shop BMW and in particular Chris any more highly. No prssure, just service. A great experience.
Schomp BMW is always fantastic customer service. They keep me informed on the status of my vehicle and are always prompt and ready when i arrive for my appointment.
Brian called me and then sent an invoice as a pdf to my cell just as we were leaving town to drive four hours to Denver to take a test drive at another dealership. When the other dealer's sales rep gave me his best price for an X3 we wanted, I showed him Brian's deal, which he couldn't match, or even come down $1,000 from his initial offering. Brian found a car on his lot that matched our needs--it was a 2013 that had just been moved over to the demo accounts but was virtually new. Working personally with Jeff Tucker, Travis, and Alaina (sp?) was a professional experience, as buying a luxury car should be. I recommend them and the Schomp dealership.
Schomp has a customer for life now. From the get go I was contacted by Shannon made an appt, drove a car and signed on the dotted line. From my standpoint being in customer service and understanding how difficult it can be, Schomp - Especially Shannon and Laurel knocked it out of the park they treated my wife and I with respect and caught onto my sense of humor....quickly. Cant wait to do business with again!!!
Always friendly and courteous, Not to mention prompt and thorough. Highly recommend this dealer and their service team - from purchase to repair and maintenance!
Without a doubt, hands down, the best customer service I have EVER received. Randy in service took a highly stressful situation when our BMWs steering rack when out after we JUST moved to Colorado last week and made dealing with it all so much easier! He made sure we had a loaner while it got diagnosed and diligently worked the repair. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, and now Schomp will have our business for life thanks to his customer service excellence!! Thank you so much Randy and Schomp BMW!!
I had a great experience buying my BMW at Schomp. James Pryor was my salesman. He was attentive and prompt. I always felt that he was being honest with me and not trying to upsell me. He worked hard to get me in the perfect car. I love my new BMW X4!
Nice selection of cars, Kevin in sales was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Treated us like people rather than just another sale. Highly recommend.
I seldom give a 1 star but this was deserved. Set an appt a week ago to get my 2014 X5 checked out, when we purchased it from Schomp last Sept it had a clunking noise under the front that they repaired before we took delivery, maybe a control arm? The noise has appeared again so I asked the advisor if it was covered if it was a faulty part from the repair they had done in Sept. I was told that if it was they would work with BMW to get it fixed. Also didn't tell me there was a $189 diagnostics fee. Showed up for 10:30 appt yesterday and was told by the advisor there was $189 diagnostics fee and if a repair was necessary and I had them do it they would drop the $189. I explained the situation and she said they only warranty their work if the customer pays for the repair so there was no warranty! I bought the car from them, didn't I pay for it? And why should that matter? Does't Schomp BMW stand behind their work? Totally wasted at least an hour of my time driving from Castle Rock. Please reimburse me $189 for my time that was wasted by your inconsistent practices, very frustrating experience.
It s really a great customer service at Schomp. Even though I didn t get to do business with them Austin, the agent at schomp is really a nice and professional guy he has provided me with all the information that I asked for and even he made couple follow up calls to make sure that I am getting all their updated inventory information.
I worked with Ben Brahler to purchase a 2011 BMW 3 series. This was my first experience buying anything from Schomp. I have purchased many vehicles in my life, only one new and only one used one from a dealership prior to this purchase.
I was very impressed with the experience.
I got in touch with Ben as soon as the car was listed, before it had gone through its inspection. I was a little amused when they would let me drive the car until it had been inspected, because I assumed that nothing would really change. I was wrong.
During my pre-inspection viewing of the car, I noted that the front tires had lower tread than the rears. I was a little bummed as the car was already at the top of my price range and I couldn't afford to replace tires before this upcoming winter, where the tread might have been an issue. I mentioned it to Ben and he told me to wait to see what came of the inspection. Sure enough, they determined that the car needed 4 new tires. They put 4 OEM tires on the car, and it did not affect the price. I was impressed.
Ben was very professional, and knowledgeable, down to a handwritten thank you note that arrived in the mail a week after my purchase. The experience of buying a new car was treated as like that of a new car as possible: I never felt less than top priority despite working with a salesman that also sells new vehicles that cost considerably more. In fact, I was even presented the car after purchase on the delivery floor with a cover being dramatically pulled off. Not a thing I would have ever asked for, but it was a fun way to get a car.
The dealership has made their BMW Genius Bar available to me so that I can ask any questions about features of the car. They were able to help me get insurance with my carrier at 9pm that night so that I could drive the car home.
Thinking back, I can t think of any way the experience could have been more positive. This has raised my expectations when purchasing a car.
After doing some research and my due diligence, I went in this afternoon to test drive a used truck Schomp BMW just got on their lot and then see if the numbers would work for my budget. I was very up front about not wanting to waste anyone's time if they didn't.
It went well until I felt they were low-balling me on the value of my trade-in; moments before, the manager Dustin said about my car while driving it, "This is the Mac-Daddy, I see no issues, and we should be able to get you the high range we talked about." But once we were back in the office, I was shown the opposite. I then explained that per our previous conversation, my research, and showing them the estimates on my phone, Dustin and Michael then launched into "typical car salesmen" tactics, trying various ways to get me to back down and go along with their objective. When I wouldn't follow their script, Dustin tried a few more times, and even though I was very respectful yet firm and up front about what I would and would not do, they continued.
Finally, I had to cut him off, and Dustin fulfilled every stereotype of the car sales manager: Petulant, disrespectful, and manipulative. I tried to ask a point blank question about whether or not they were willing to use my estimate at the higher range, therefore making the deal possible, Dustin stood up, and seemingly throwing a tantrum, began to storm out of the office, saying (nonsensically), "I can see we can't communicate here."
How ridiculous. No, it's not that we "couldn't communicate," it's that I'm not a cowering little sheep, easily manipulated or willing to go along with their typical car sales tactics and scripts. When I tried to calmly cut through the usual lines, he stomped off like a child.
I had been hoping Schomp was different, but Dustin proved that it is not. It's staffed with the usual characters straight out of car sales central casting, and regardless of what they say, the experience is the typical one. I will gladly take my business down the street to Carmax or somewhere else.
The best part about my experience was my sales person Alex Duquette. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and came across as a genuinely nice guy... not a typical sales person. He gets 5 stars! The dealership gets only 4... it was super busy on the weekend and so we had to wait a bit but Alex was awesome and turned it into a great experience. Ended up with a different car but that had nothing to do with Schompp... just wanted a different car.
Shady business, called to place a deposit on a vehicle and provided credit card info and signed the deposit document. An hour later I received a text that someone else put a deposit down and never received a call about the issue is person! Terrible customer service don t trust this place
Dylan was high energy, positive and extremely knowledgeable of the product. He spent a lot of time with us trying to understand what exactly we were looking for in our new car. He made the shopping experience very comfortable and easy. Thank you Dylan and BMW!
I have been a fan of a schomp for years having purchased multiple cars from them and I have to say I had the worst experience this weekend I have ever had at a dealership. First of all, we waited for over an hour just to see a car! They sat us down looking at available cars online and the entire process was just wasted time. I told them what I wanted to see and that obviously didn t help save time. The communication was terrible during this process. I definitely felt like we weren t important. I had to go to the front desk multiple times to ask where our sales manager was. Before we started, I mentioned I wanted to trade-in my vehicle. I also made it clear that I wanted to get that process going in the meantime so we didn t waste eachothers time. I was told that for that to begin, I had to have a car that I was interested in enough to buy. So I figured ok well here is how much I owe and really what I m looking for in the trade-in value. Another 45 minutes passes when they finally find the keys to a vehicle I was interested in. Nice ride and was interested in talking numbers. Finally, they checked my car out. I had done the research and knew what the value was and the NADA seemed high for trade but at least close to that is what I was looking for. Let s just say it was about 10k off of what the online values I received. Frustrated that I spent almost 4 hours there by the end I was ready to leave. If you want to be dragged along and feel unimportant this is the place to go. I won t be going back again and hope they fix their process for future buyers. Unless you have an entire day to waste go somewhere else.
Been to Schomp for many years and a great dealership. They are honest, very fair pricing, super clean and beautiful dealership. The staff makes you feel welcome and always valued everytime I visit. Beautiful coffee and snack bar in lobby and if you need parts, Jason the parts manager and team are fantastic. If considering an actual dealer for sales parts of device- this is the place! Thank you-
I had a super experience at Schomp BMW from the very first phone call through test drive, ordering and picking up my car. Ben Brahler was great to work with- knowledgeable, professional, organized and friendly. He made buying my new BMW so easy. Everyone I met here has been helpful and welcoming.
Andrew was our sales rep, he was super nice, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I didn't feel pressured like you would at other car dealerships. I went to purchase a used car of my son and it was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.
Everyone was incredibly professional and excellent service EXCEPT the waiting and shuttle setting was several hours of waiting and had to call to remind them to pick me up after 2 hrs.
went in for a winter check up, was quoted some warrenty work and 3 tires (1 had been replaced earlier in year) - quote was actually for 2 tires. when mistake was found i was given the higher price and asked to pay. i asked for the earlier quote to be honored- they did and only charged for two tires no questions asked. Fantastic - no hassel - i will continue to bring my business there - thanks Schomp!
I bought a truck from there for $15,650 and change. I drove it for 7 months. Here's what I did to it after I sold it and lost $6000. I put new shocks, rack and pinion, new tires (other tires had inner wear), slave cylinder, clutch bushings, steering column, brakes, ball joints, tie rods etc...This was a financial disaster....beware of their used cars. I would take it to a mechanic and autobody shop first. The checklist they give you that they went through the car and checked it before selling it to you should go in the trash. go anywhere else and you'll do better....
Guess they are in the business of installing parts to break so you can come back and pay to fix it again. And the shop right was sky high. Time for a new shop.
Shahin Nia was such a pleaser to work with, not only did he go above and beyond to make sure we were happy during the car buying process but followed up after the fact to see how I liked my new car. If you go to Schomp BMW, ask for Shahin. He is honest and professional, he made this experience amazing along with everyone at Schomp BMW.
Best car buying experience you can have! Josh educated me well on everything with the car without the pushy salesman vibe. It felt like it was a friend that was selling me the car. Couldn t recommend Josh and Schomp BMW more!
The Schomp website says "ONE HOUR". It definitely took more than an hour, and that was after we were pre-approved for credit ahead of time. Don't advertise it if you can't deliver. Also, you really need to hire someone who knows how to do tint and masking. We had to have the mask completely redone on our brand new $85k BMW. It's falling off a second time after having been completely redone once. Owning a pricey BMW has been the absolute worst vehicle experience ever. If I could return the car, I would. BMW quality is absolutely terrible.
Had the privilege of working with Jerry Chavez to familiarize me with my new X1. Jerry was knowledgeable, patient and gracious of his time. I learned a lot about my car that didn't require 4 hours of time with an owners manual. I highly recommend a "Genius" session with Jerry.
I had a tough problem that took several visits to fix. They were relentless in getting it figured out. My service advisor Will went beyond the extra mile to ensure the problem got fixed, driving the car with me until he could determine the problem, getting us set up with a loaner and actually getting the problem fixed.
