After a series of minor "bumps in the road" with the selling process and completion of after-market tint and mask, I have to say the response by Schomp was really great. Once they realized what was happening and how I felt about it, they jumped to action and ensured a solid outcome. My sense is that since the current BMW vehicle lineup is so strong and sales volume is high, a few details fall through the cracks here and there...But they are committed to making it right and did so with me. My wife loves her new X1 and we're happy. I look forward to getting to know the service department over the next few years. Thank you Schomp BMW!
