The service department at Schomp is arrogant and they don t know how to treat the customers. I went in for an Oil change and asked how much it will cost me, and they said it can range from $108 to $130. I asked if you can give me an exact quote for my car and they said arrogantly, "in that case I will charge you $130". WTF. They said, I don t know how much oil your car consumes. You have the car & VIN number right in front of you, can you not find it out. Over all a bad experience the way I was treated as if like they are doing me a favor by doing an oil change.

I spent 20 minutes trying to find someone to help me, but no one offered to help or direct me to someone. I think I looked lost, but no one cared. After I finally spoke to someone, they were great and helped me find who I was looking for and took good care of me.

I brought my 330 in because it would not start. I had taken it to Schomp 5 months earlier because it was slow starting. Schomp replaced the battery and some other parts,but that did not correct the problem. I took it back & left it for a week, but Schomp could not duplicate the problem. The issue continued until this week when it wouldn't start at all & had to be towed in. This time the starter needed to be replaced. Because of the failure to fix the problem the first time, they discounted my bill 10%. As I was leaving, I noticed the check engine light was on. I had to leave the car another day for them to find a hose that was disconnected during the repair . In return for that inconvenience, Schomp gave me a coupon for a free detail in the future. This experience was not typical of previous visits to Schomp.

Called me while I was working and 3 hours before my appointment to buy a specific car to tell me "Somebody is wanting to give us a deposit for this car, can you give us a $1000 right now or did you want to take your chances?" This is after TWO WEEKS of back and forth with them waiting for this car to be ready for sale. Don't work with Jordan McDuffie, he can't spell let alone well BMWs and Anthony Andreozzi and Rich Battista (Both managers) don't return emails.

He always over delivers, figures out every scenario given my circumstances and never ceases to amaze me with his knowledge. My partner and I had an incredible experience with Christina and Alica.
As we were car shopping online I sent a message to the dealer asking to contact me if the vehicle was still available, less than 2 min Christina calls and answer my questions. Within the next hour we went into the dealer and had great assistance by Alice.

At no point in time did we feel pressured, rushed or unwanted. We test drove our new car and loved the entire experience. They even went out of there way to provide us lunch, (partner is pregnant, very appreciated to know they care about our well-being).
I've had my fair share of experience purchasing vehicles and working with dealers, ShompBMW is absolutely amazing, the fact that I am writing a review is a shock.
The price we paid is still by far the lowest we seen on the market and incomparable. Not only did we go home with a new clean vehicle, they took the time to wash my car I drove in.

We truly appreciate working with the team, Alice got to know us very well and made everything so much more comfortable. We walked out knowing we can trust them and come back in the future.

Excellent Facility! Everyone was very friendly, and very courteous and considerate of your time and desired features in a car.

Everyone was very professional, and asked plenty of questions to help isolate the type of vehicle and care package you'd like. Excellent customer service!

My only knicks were some of the 'perks' missing from my package; For example, a free rental car (when your car is in for maintenance) is only a given, if your purchased vehicle is a BMW. Otherwise; you have to either use their shuttle service or find your own way.

Also, they need a better way of reserving a car for a person who is interested in viewing the vehicle! I originally went in for one specific car I saw on their website, but after getting there that afternoon, I learned that the car had been sold.

Called to schedule an oil change for my 335 on the day my maintenance agreement expired. Was told they would honor it even though they had no availability that day. Needless to say, I was very pleased and promptly booked an appointment for the following day (which they said was completely fine, and that my situation had been noted in the system). Arrived for my appointment and was told I had been misinformed and they would not cover it. Asked to speak to the manager, informed them of the person who had promised me coverage, etc. No help.

Yeah, I procrastinated. I should've gotten in earlier rather than take a dealership at their word. If I had been told this on the phone I would've had no one to blame but myself. As it is, however, I had to burn 2 hours of my workday dealing with this bs. I won't be going back to Schomp.

I have to amend my rating since I have now been contacted by the Allstate office in their dealership. When I politely told her that I was not interested she was extremely pushy and wanted me to get a quote with their agency. I don't recall EVER giving Schomp service the ability to share my information with another entity in the dealership. And she had a lot more than just my name and phone number. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

I have a 2008 X3 with about 70,000 miles - I did not purchase new and I have always been hesitant to take it to the dealer for work but I had an issue that I was able to diagnose from the Bimmer Forum and because it was something pretty specific I wanted to take it to Schomp since I was sure they could do it right the first time. I worked with Lorenzo and he listened to me about what the problem was and what I thought the solution was (the forum was correct) and he got that problem solved quickly and the price was good as well. What impressed me more was that I had an oil leak and even though I had told my regular shop about it I was told that they found nothing but Schomp did find it. I will go back for all my BMW maintenance needs because they know what they are doing. Lorenzo is great!! And so are the guys doing the work in the bays that you don't get to meet!!

Posting this because Schomp bmw made my car buying experience (after my previous car was totaled by an accident when I got hit) an utter nightmare. Spent five straight days going in and out of the dealership sometimes waiting as long as four hours at a time to try and get qualified for an auto loan for a car I was interested in. Jumped through numerous hoops providing proof of income, bank statements, pay stubs going back to a job I had months ago, but no matter what I was told no bank would approve a loan. Only to find out on the last day from the man helping me said he hadn t even spoken to one bank person to person to try and help me get my loan. I went to Groove Toyota and in one day I found a car I liked which was more expensive. They got me approved and set up with that exact car on the day I showed up and inquired to them about it. To another point, they got me a loan with the exact bank Schomp told me would not even consider giving me a loan. It was clear to me schomp likes to play the part of yes we want to help but not if we have to overextend our efforts. No excuse for wasting five days of my time to get a car when another dealership made it happen immediately. Very disappointing because I ve heard good things of Schomp but seemed to me like maybe they favor certain customers over others. Would not recommend this place because they will not go out of their way to help you end up with a car you love.

One of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. First time in a BMW dealership and I was very welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Throughout the entire process there was never any pressure to make a sale or to look at something else outside of my desired model or price range. Even the purchase was smooth and painless, no handoff to another person from a different department, I was with the same sales rep from start to finish with everything clearly explained.

Outstanding, outstanding, outstanding!! I purchased an '06 330xi from Len a few months ago and the sales and service were beyond comparison. Schomp BMW is what car buying should be everywhere. I saw what I wanted on their website and upon arrival the vehicle exactly as advertised and fairly priced. I drove in with a rental and was driving off the lot in an outstanding car on the same day. Their dedication to professionalism is stamped on every service and product, and you just know that they have you covered and the vehicle they are selling you is a quality product. There is no need to waste time haggling over price; they know their business, and their vehicles are priced to sell to a driver that knows the value of "you get what you pay for". They also recognize the service of their customers serving in the armed forces with a discount, and that recognition is always appreciated. Thanks, and I will be returning to Schomp BMW no matter how far I go from Colorado!

I called from out of state to inquire about a used BMW they had for sale. Daniel Fink took care of me with all the communication I needed to to understand the condition of the car. He was exceptional and very professional. I ended up not buying the car, but the experience I had was very unusual compared to many dealerships I have dealt with over the years. I would give them 6 STARS if that was possible. Jeff, Dan's co-sales person was equally professional. Nice to see such a polished team.

We have had the best experience thus far in 4+ years with Schomp BMW service today with service advisor Ashley Otto! We came in because of an issue with our check engine light and it turned out to be a fairly significant problem that would take significant time to remedy. She immediately got a loner car so I wouldn't be stuck with my 3 YO at the dealership all day - which we are SO grateful to have had a normal day at home. She has taken time to explain EVERYTHING possible - we had a lot of questions about the issue with the engine since our warrantee had just ran out a few months ago. She took the time to explain every detail and put us at complete ease. I HIGHLY recommend going to Schomp for service on your BMW - and definitely ask for Ashley to be your service advisor!

What can one say about Schomp BMW that encompasses...

What can one say about Schomp BMW that encompasses all the problems this place has, not enough review space. This place couldn't even complete an oil change for me, they tried only for me to get home and realize there was a leak. Furthermore, the term certified technician can't be used here. Almost every time I brought my vehicle (2014 m6) to schomp BMW, it was returned with more problems than it arrived with. Clearly there is a disconnect between the service advisors and service technicians. I was really hoping for quality service work from this dealer, but didn't receive that. Murray BMW is the only other BMW servicing dealer in Denver and even though it is located much farther from me, I would recommend that dealer over this one.

Appointment reminder was sent to confirm (actually received 3 reminders) and they did not have me on the schedule when I arrived. Also, th hey were not sure they had the parts for the 2 recalls. The appointment was made specifically for this as 30 days ago they did not have both parts. Very disappointed!!
Matt from Schomp reached out to me today to discuss my experience and was very professional and sincere about making my experience better. It was nice to see that they care enough to insure that customers are satisfied and treated well. He listened to what I had to say and never interrupted me when I was explaining why I put up this post. He is the kind of manager I would want working for me. Thanks Matt!

Great service - these guys got me in for an emergency tire replacement and were able to provide a loaner vehicle between appointments -I'm in real estate and highly depend on my vehicle. Just purchased my 3rd Beemer from this dealership. The service each time has been great! Had a hick up this go round and the sales manager stepped in and imdeiately took care of it no questions asked! The service is the same. Drop off hours early to late, loaner car fueled and ready, and most of the time service done same day if not while I wait. Part of the experience is the after purchase events. There consistency is un paralleled to my past dealer experiences. Worth the $ to drive BMW! Thanks Schomp!

I bought an I3 here about 18 months back. Sales experience was good, but since then not so good.
First service appointment took longer than expected. I asked to check the state of the battery pack as it goes to warranty and replacement if capacity is below a certain % before so many years and miles. The rep answering me had no idea what I was talking about, pretended he had data on a regular car battery and told me it should last through the winter. I decided to not come back.
Second time was today and the only reason I went here is that I got new tires at a different place and the lug nut key was nowhere in the car. I got to Schomp and they had a master key, but not a key they could give me. Not a big deal.
First I was asked to schedule a service to take care of it, but stated I needed it done now. They wanted to sell me a new set of lock nuts, but I declined and and asked them to just remove the lock nuts and replace with regular lug nuts. $44 plus tax. Not that much and I appreciate the no labor cost. I told them they should reimburse or comp me due to the missing lug nut key. Service manager told me they have no proof of the lug nut key not being in the car when I bought it from them. I replied I had no reason to look for it until today so I am sure it was not there. Staff were friendly, but corporate culture of not trusting the customer makes me want to write a not so flattering review and make sure I will never do business with Schomp BMW ever again!

I went for regular service(BMW430i) service was ok, they did 360 point inspection but didn t check wipers as they are worn out and also they didn t wash car and vacuum was also not good.Coming to loaner car desk(Long hair guy) he was rude and full of attitude. So riddle me this; you take your car in to get ser...

So riddle me this; you take your car in to get serviced, mileage check up and new tires at Schomp BMW. Nothing is wrong with it, just needs new tires and maybe a premature oil change.

You get a call saying your vehicle is ready to go and doing good, everything came back excellent for it's mileage check up just needed a little brake pad sensor wiring TLC.

You drive off and go all the way home (100 miles).

Your BMW then starts puking coolant not even 24 hours later.

You call the dealership and they "swear they mentioned your coolant was leaking and needed replacing". Ummm no, why would I drive up the mountain with knowing my coolant was leaking/broken?! I obviously would of left it there to be fixed. BECAUSE thats what people do who take care of their cars do!

I then recheck my bill and run through of everything they did. NOTHING about coolant. Absolutely nothing, just the brake sensor needed replacing.

Back and forth we email and talk on the phone then I receive an email stating that I needed to replace the coolant lines etc, with a VIDEO of my vehicle and an estimate of a certain amount, WHY wasn't I shown this when picking up the car, I have no idea!

Then that estimate ended up being the wrong estimate and was sent another for about $1800 more.

Now my car is not drive-able, and they want me to pay for a tow so I can pay them around $2500 to fix the problem that wasn't there when I originally dropped it off to get new tires! Absolutely not. Good try. Maybe if there would of been a little bit of taking ownership for the mistake made that caused a BIGGER problem. So disappointed I have spent well over $10K at this dealership trusting them to fix and maintain my X5.

Honestly, I feel bad for writing this but something HAS GOT to be said! So needless to say I am retracting my business from Schomp BMW.

Side note: they are getting two stars because they offer loaner cars and that to me is key. Because long story short, before all of the above they had my car for 5 months.

We purchased a new '21 BMW X1 yesterday from Schomp BMW and had a great experience. Andy Franklin was our salesperson. We straight away asked if he could possibly make our transaction as painless and quick as possible, and he did just that. They had the exact car with the features we wanted on the lot and after a quick test drive, we were in love. Andy was able to negotiate a fair price and trade-in, and we were very satisfied with the whole deal and also how friendly and attentive all the Schomp personnel were. The X1 is a great car. If you are looking for a BMW, we can highly recommend Schomp.

When you ask me how I feel about car shopping, I would tell you that I compare it to a root canal. Its always a painful process and always more expense then you had budgeted for. Prior to coming to Schomp BMW we had visited a handful of other dealers which all fit the "dealer" stereotype. They are pushy and drive your bottom dollar through the roof and over power you by putting themselves in the driver's seat when really its your money and you should be running the show. I think we had about given up on dealerships when we found these guys! Unlike the other's we felt welcomed and respected! Our concerns and needs were met and they went above and beyond all our expectations to make us happy with the purchase. They were super kid friendly and patient as we had 3 little ones running around. The staff was inviting and friendly throughout. We now have a great car that fits our family and I would recommend Schomp BMW to anyone. Thanks to Sal Hernandez, Nick, and the rest of the crew for showing us that not every dealer runs business the same way and know that when it comes time to purchase another car, you will be the first place on our list!

These guys are robbers and liars. Don't go to this dealer if you want honest work done for an honest price. My husband went in about a month ago to get an oil change. His right brake light was out and when he asked them to fix it they said it was an electrical issue and the whole board in the back would have to be repaired. They quoted is a price which at the time we already found to be high so declined to get the service done. After thinking about it, and knowing it needed to be fixed regardless of the price, we decided to have them do the repair. They took less than an hour to do it and increased the price by over $100. When my husband questioned the difference, they denied that he was even given a quote originally. In addition to that, when he went for his oil change, they do a 'complementary' tire check. The tire tech said that his tires were good until winter, when his repair tech called him to tell him the car was done, he was told his tires needed to urgently be replaced. Scam artist dealership. I will definitely never return here and will make sure the BBB knows about the scams they run.

After being a Schomp customer for three years I finally had my bad experience in the service department. This is not typical of Schomp. But there was a breakdown in communication on picking me up in the service courtesy vehicle at the end of the day . I finally had to find my own ride to the dealership to pick up my vehicle after the service was completed. multiple calls to the service department to find out when the shuttle was coming came to no avail.

this hurts to write this horrible review. we're a family of bmw cars and have been for years. always taken to schomp for their service. we've worked with one main advisor who has been great. the techs can be a different story. this one in particular, we took in a 2013 m5. this is the 2nd time it's been in for service (routine stuff) this time was for brakes and rotors. long story short, the tech working on the car only changed the brakes- another tech we ran into leaving said they always do brakes and rotors together. this means we'll have to have another trip for rotors soon. anyway, we kept track of the miles on the car. only 4 miles were driven by the tech but a fourth of a tank gone. how is that possible? we brought it in at 3/4 tank and got it back at 1/2 tank. joy rides? we were already suspicious of this the first time hence tracking the miles this time around. fine, today come to find the tech tighten the wheel lug nut way too tight that as we're trying to switch out tires, we've already broken 2 tools. one last time, the breaker bar couldn't even loosen it, popped up and now left a big dent on my car- not their fault but seriously unnecessary to tighten it that tight. we'll think twice before choosing schomp over murray again.

I just purchased a 2009 X5. Our salesman, Gary Welch, was very helpful and accomodating to our schedule. We were able to make a fair trade and get what we wanted with no hassles. The only draw back as a consumer is that they have a lot of customers and several of the cars we were interested in sold before we could evalute them. I guess if they had no customers, I would be hesitant to shop there.

Here is the reason that I have very bad feelings about Shcomp BMW:

I brought my car in 1/1/21 at 10:15 because the on-board computer was alerting me that my brake pads needed attention. At approximately 12:00, Ashley sent me a quote for the repairs which was over $1000 for 3 items needing attention, however there were 4-dollar amounts listed. I pointed this out to Ashley and she said oh sorry that $200 charge wasn't supposed to be in there . New brake pads were quoted at $600. I told her to proceed only with the brake pads. After checking with a friend, 20 minutes later, I texted Ashley and told per not to proceed with the brake pads. She responded that they already started the work and they couldn t be stopped. This was only 20 minutes after the first conversation. I expressed my concern about the high cost to just replace brake pads. She said she would change the labor to $300 and parts to $177. This totals $477.

I wanted to see the video of the brake pads so that I could verify that I really needed them. Ashley could not find the video.

Finally, 5 hours later at 5:15 she told me that my car was ready. How could it take 5 hours to change my front brake pads if they had truly begun the work immediately after our first conversation. The next morning on 1/2/21 I went to pick up my car and Ashley was not there. Another advisor helped me and handed me my bill for over $950. I told her that this wasn t correct. She calls a manger and they look at the bill. Come to find out Schomp had charged me twice for labor. In my frustration over that error, I paid the bill for $600.03. Upon reviewing the bill, I remember that Ashley had told me that the bill would be $477. This is what Ashley had promised. I immediately contact Ashley about the error.

A few days later, on 1/5/21, I brought my car in for a warranty repair and ask about the video again which she had never sent me. She assures me she sent it again.

I was due a $112.49 refund due to the miscalculation. I insist on Ashley processing the $112.49 refund while I stood there so that I could have a receipt . At this point I don t trust the fact that she will give me the refund.

I have never received the video to prove that I needed the brake pads in the first place so I text her again later that day to remind her. I've never received the video and finally she tells me she can't find the video anymore. She said that was talking with a manager trying to get it. I never hear from her again after me texting her a couple more times. Buying a BMW is a big purchase for me and now I have lost total confidence in Schomp BMW.

Prompt service, friendly and professional staff, and a nice new loaner SUV while the work was being done. They even handled an added exterior detail service to the planned workload without any issues. When I picked it back up in the afternoon, it looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line. Schomp does things the way they should be done everywhere. Nice job!

I just got home from Schomp with a 528i. First of all, beautiful car! I also want to state that the dealership is great and the sales person who helped me, Alex Duquette, was fantastic! I bugged him all week with countless text messages (even on his day off) and he always courteously and promptly replied to me and tried to help with anything I needed. He wasn t pushy or eager at all to sell the car, instead he was excited about helping me make the right purchase at the right price. I highly recommend using this dealership because it s huge, the selection and the people are great. But I would definitely recommend that you ask for Alex because I guarantee a knowledgeable and caring customer service.

Absolutely terrible. I had my car in five times to fix 1 issue and they kept throwing parts at it (the wrong very expensive parts $4000+) and guess what! My vehicle is still not fixed. Took it to Murray and they fixed it same day for under a grand.... Do not go here.
