I have been a BMW owner since 2003. No service adviser has been more helpful, kind, caring and gone out of their way for me like Ashley Otto. She provides such great customer service, but furthermore upon me making a mistake and leaving my personal valuables in a loaner car she went out of her way to ensure me she would find it and return it to me. Even going so far as contacting me after her hours of work and going in early to work to help find my valuables. Thank you Ashley during this time in our country for showing me what hope and caring in people is all about.
