Justin, my service tech was incredible! Very good...
Justin, my service tech was incredible! Very good communication! Fast and efficient drop off and a brand new X1 loaner for the day! Schomp BMW obviously puts customer service #1.

My experience with Schomp and Mike Barrett was great. He made the process easy and was very helpful. Excellent and friendly staff all around.
I don't think that I've ever had a more expeditious and pleasant auto service experience. The loaner was ready and waiting when I arrived and my car was done well ahead of the scheduled time. The car was delivered cleaned and hopefully ready for another year of issue free operation.
Awesome experience. I hate car shopping. They made it easy. The know how to cater to customers for maximum enjoyment and least inconvenience. I work in quality management and I'm blown away
I had a very pleasant visit to Schomp BMW a few weeks ago. All the staff including my sales consultant Toby were extremely pleasant and the amenities at this dealership are incredible. I would have been happy to spend the whole day in the customer lounge by the fire!
Very knowledgeable and helpful people. Patrick was a true gentleman of a salesman. Low stress experience.
I bought a pre-owned warranty for the hybrid system on a car I purchased one year ago. Salesman guaranteed this would cover the plug to the batteries . Recently I had an error when I tried to charge my car. That aside, it was functioning without difficulty. The fix was NOT covered under the warranty, it was a battery that "communicated" with the hybrid system, not the hybrid system itself. I will never buy another car there, I will try to find a place with trustworthy and honest people.
Spent $90K (pre-covid) and discovered scratches after picking up vehicle (in snow storm). Called Schomp starting in March on multiple occasions and speaking with multiple advisors, sent multiple emails and have been advised several times about "upcoming" scheduling for repairs.
It's now August...
Truly believed in all the front end hype, but service hadn't held any such promises or resolutions.
Hands down the worst dealership experience I have ever had. They will find every way possible to screw the customer. Avoid at all cost.
Edit in response to the below comment: Matt and other members of the service department have had their share of opportunities to treat me properly. If a bad review is what it takes to care, then maybe you guys should reflect on that.
The Service department is awesome...especially Lorenzo Sanchez!!!
He has been my Service Advisor since he started. I am on my 3rd BMW with Schomp BMW. I will never go anywhere else. All of the staff are always friendly, eager to help & extremely knowledgeable. Thanks Schomp BMW!!!!!
My service advisor was great. Would be more stars but unfortunately there was some loaner issues and 2 additional days than anticipated. Now a different incident altogether, I'm now just picked my car up for the second time and the same issue remains which seems to be a repeat occurrence
Purchased the car here about a month and a half ago and I went to the DMV today to get my car registered but the people at this dealership have not submitted the paperwork so I pretty much wasted three hours of my day thanks a lot
Bad customer service experience. Manager wouldn't return my call. This is what happens when there are only two dealerships within a reasonable driving distance and customer service after a sale becomes an afterthought.
Update: Another manager, Joe Link, called me back in response to this review and left a voicemail. He never returned my return call. Par for the course at Schomp.
I scheduled an appointment for my BMW 7th April for warranty work and said I'd need a loaner, no problem is what I was told, we will have a loaner for you. Got to dealership 11th April for my appointment and had to go over all the things I told the person I needed to get done again, no big deal, person said you will have your loaner pulling up and you'll be good to go. 50 MINS LATER NO LOANER, NO PERSON SAYING SORRY FOR THE WAIT or any information. I had to get up and say where's the loaner, OPPS SORRY WE GAVE YOUR LOANER AWAY AND YOU'LL HAVE TO WAIT FOR A CUSTOMER TO PULL IN AND GET ONE THEN, What????? What kind of dealership does this RALPH SCHOMP BMW, what a horrid place and experience, Kathy or Kiley whatever her name was , snarky girl had no decency to even come by once to explain what was going on , until I said where's my loaner?? Guarantee if this happened to her and on her watch , it'd be a different story , OPPS SORRY, , I finally asked for my keys back after the whole charade of finding out by osmosis that there's no loaner. I've bought several cars , M3 including from RS , hopefully this review will translate and future customers will see better service from their general service staff including the aforementioned. The saving grace the dealership offers is there service manger, Matt Mueller, he called me and made the whole experience OUTSTANDING, honestly cannot say if it was not for this fine gentleman I'd never return to this dealership. Good on you Matt, keep up the great work and offering service that keeps customers for life.
Great simple process and simple transaction. It was all clear and friendly. Other car experiences have not been like this one. My thanks for making me a happy buyer and driver.
Excellent service at Shomp especially from service adviser Ashley Otto. She is knowledgeable, pleasant and a good communicator.
Dylan Nurse was our sales rep. He was polite and helpful and gave us information and price we needed to buy car. Fast and efficient process and we felt that we got a very fare deal.
Called to inquire about a vehicle, received a return call about 6 hours later. The next day we drove down to talk to the salesmen Demitri since he was sales person who responded, he was busy we understand, told us he was working with another customer but would be right with us. Almost an hour later a manager came to apologize and then offers someone else to show us the vehicle. What a waste of time and poor customer service.
Experience is always great don't like the pricing but they do a great job. My service tech or whatever you call him left in the middle of my car being repaired but overall great experience!!
Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right car for me. Schomp BMW definitely eliminates the "push the sales" persona. I will definitely be a return client. Patrick was awesome, he took the time to listen to what I was looking for and then worked to find me the perfect vehicle.
Great service on my new BMW, and warranty work that has been needed as I approach 20k miles on my 4-series. Very courteous service staff. Loaner vehicles are in great shape. Service is also thorough, completely taking care of even minor issues. The complimentary wash after service comes closer to a detail than a free service wash. Great place to take a BMW in my experience. Will keep coming back.
Want to thank Carla Strombitski for helping me get into an M2 Competition . Being a Vermont resident didn t stop me from buying at Schomp after doing my research. And the research paid off sweetly. Will happily purchase next M car from Schomp. Carla was fantastic to work with and would recommend her to anyone. At pick up, the car was gleaming and detailed wonderfully, thank you!!
Had my first service last week. It was easy, fast and friendly
Excellent customer experience and a great selection of vehicles. They made us feel special even though we were purchasing a used car.
My wife and I recently purchased a used BMW X3 from Schomp BMW of Highlands Ranch in Colorado. Shopping for cars has rarely been an enjoyable experience, however our X3 purchase was rather pleasant. The Schomp organization has a large selection of cars, is highly organized, and values honesty and clarity in all transactions. Further the staff was impressive. Our primary client advisor, Tatiana Bourey, was professional but very friendly, extremely helpful, and remarkably patient. Her knowledge of cars and attention to details was refreshing and very much appreciated. We paid a fair price and received a good vehicle. Along the way, we became friends with Tatiana.

Patrick Quinlan was fantastic and extremely helpful! Would highly recommend Schomp BMW in Highlands Ranch.
The Best Car Dealer in Colorado. All I can say is WOW. I got best ever treatment, despite buying a car far from top of the price list, yet Roger gave me all of his attention and patience, the result is the best car buying experience ever had. So happy to be able to drive Mercedes Benz I always wanted. Thank you so much. I am sure I will be customer for life, there is no chance I will go back to endless driving back and forth around Colorado searching for honest and so friendly professionals like SCHOMP BMW.
I have never been to as sneaky of a dealership as here. They make you use your own insurance to test drive the car instead of their own fleet insurance. When i asked for a standard maintenance schedule they told me instead to buy an extended warranty and just bring it in whenever it needs service... Not only that but they kept hassling me text/emails for over a month after an initial inquiry and told them repeatedly to stop. Don't bother with this place
I bought a used car from Schomp BMW and it was a no hassle buying experience. The dealer (Sam Nejad) was knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. They worked around my schedule and were able to answer most of our technical and non-technical questions. Their selection of used cars is also pretty good so I would definitely include them on the list when shopping around for another vehicle.
They lost my keys but bent over backwards to make it better. They were sincere and generous to make up for their mistake.
Schomp service is always number one. They are very professional. Thank you
I always get treated really well here, they do a decent job at using care of older collectable BMWs, and seem to easily be able to obtain parts you might need. If I were buying a brand new BMW, I would happily buy one from here.
Sam was the great Clint adviser, he knew everything about the car, he helped us find the proper rate.
I Purchase my 1st Bmw m4 and I ll be back for more. Love one price at Schomp BMW.
Once again KJ at Schomp BMW wows with excellent customer service, diligent problem solving, and precise timing. I was fickle in my decision of whether to keep my leased BMW or buy another car. in the eleventh hour, I chose to buy the BMW, but I had already put a deposit on a Schomp Subaru. When I lamented the decision, it was KJ who worked a solution, enabling me to keep my dreamy BMW without any penalty. The guy is innovative and customer-centric! Schomp has an excellent reputation because they know what theirs customers want, and KJ exemplifies that! Well done, KJ! Well done, Schomp s!
Very professional service! I dropped off my car without an appointment and they were able to accommodate me without any delays. The shuttle driver, Dick, gave me a ride to work. He was very prompt, courteous, and professional.
I recently purchased a BMW 328i xDrive from Schomp BMW. It was a very pleasant buying experience. The staff was very cordial and supportive. I worked with Jeffery Tucker, Chris Sanchez and Tony Le. I highly recommend them and appreciate their business.
The service I received at your dealership was very poor. I would not recommend you to anyone. Communication was poor. Follow through was poor.
Special ordered a new Bimmer here a couple of months ago. Whereas other dealerships would tend to act condescendingly to me due to my young age, the people at Schomp were extremely kind and helpful, especially Justin, who helped me throughout the entire process. Not once did I feel like I was being upsold or taken advantage of. The entire experience was as painless as possible. Plus, my new car is an absolute joy
Great experience car was ready before I expected, was to get loaner. And received a food voucher while picking up my car
Highly recommend Sales Rep Carlo Sansotta at Schomp BMW. Honestly, after a questionable experience 5 years ago at schomp, I wouldn't have gone back before my interactions with my salesperson, Carlo Sansotta. I called one evening after my fiance and I found a great X1 3.5 online. Carlo answered and couldn't have been MORE wonderful throughout the sales process. I was going through a crisis at work and couldn't leave for over a week to get to Schomp, and Carlo did EVERYTHING he could to assist me through the process, down to even driving to my office in DTC for me to do a test drive. He was friendly very organized, and MUCH MORE knowledgeable than any of the prior 25 salesmen I've talked to regarding BMWs. He totally redeemed Schomp in my eyes. As did the managers, Robb and Nick. Robb appraised my car and gave me a very fair trade offer taking into account what CarMax would give me. And Nick was wonderful in congratulating me on the new purchase. Carlo has been there within a moment's notice, before, during and after the sale. He's called to check in since the purchase, so you feel taken care of, even after the money has exchanged hands. Everyone should be so lucky to have Carlo as a sale rep. Thank you!!
Treated me like family And actually we re knowledgeable. , they were not willing to negotiate but we re very respectful about it. Over all it was a great experience and I would recommend to family or friends.
I will not be going back here for BMW service, and you shouldn't either.
My experience:
-Tuesday, brought my wife's car in for our scheduled 10:15am appointment for a warranty repair
-Wednesday, told: "ordered part, ETA Thursday"
-Thursday, told: "part arrived, should be ready on Friday"
-Friday, told: "the wrong part came". Asked: how they didn't realize this on Thursday. Told: "we ordered the right part and the right part box came, wrong part in box" (seemed very hard to believe, but will become less believable soon). Told: "should be done tomorrow"
-Saturday, told: "the part did not arrive on the truck today, next day we are open is Tuesday". Asked: is the part going to arrive on Tuesday? Told: "we can only know on Tuesday when the part gets scanned in off the truck." Asked: Seems like you should know if the part is on the truck when it is scanned for departure. Told: "I wish we could" (this can't possibly be true)
-Tuesday afternoon, told: "The part is on backorder with no ETA, car is drivable, I will have the car ready for you to pick up later today" (how in the world did it take a week of me being without a car to find out the part is on backorder?). Told: "The car is ready for pickup". Drove in to pick up the car. Car brought out for my wife to drive home. When she gets in she sees exposed wiring and parts on the seat... the car was not put back together!?! We refuse to take the car (obviously) and are promised that the car will be put back together and delivered to our home on Wednesday.
-Wednesday afternoon at 4pm no car, no word from Schomp, reached out and told: "got it done, just wrapped up". Asked: "When will it be delivered?" Told: "Tomorrow AM"
-Thursday: Car finally arrives back at my house after 10 days without a car, two trips to the dealer, and countless time spent trying to get an ETA. Zero accountability.
This is the service experience for a luxury brand?
My car was totaled by a reckless driver a week ago (I was rear ended at high speed while I was sitting in traffic), so I was having to find a new car on a short and unexpected notice. I obviously wasn t a very happy car shopper, given the reason behind my urgent need in a new car. After test driving several cars and visiting several luxury car dealerships, I was about to go home, but decided to visit one last dealership (Schomp BMW). I had BMWs in the past from Schomp, so I knew the quality of their cars and the outstanding quality of service they are well known for. However, I was blown away when I walked in their doors today. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I told her I was there to test drive the X3 and she immediately went in search of an available client advisor for me. She reappeared with a true gem and class act named Sam Nejad. I told Sam my story about my car being totaled by a reckless driver and that I was interested in the X3. He went right to work for me and I never looked back. He was extremely knowledgeable about BMWs, especially the X3. Before we went on our test drive, we walked around the entire vehicle and Sam pointed out all of the features and he did the same once we got inside the car. Once we got on the road, he showed me all of the features in real time as we were driving. At my previous luxury dealerships, the client advisors/sales people told me more about their personal lives than about the car. At one dealership, I knew more about the car s features than the salesperson did and at another, I ended up knowing more about the salesperson s entire life story than I learned about the car. Sam was honest, trustworthy and 100% BS-free. Not once did I have reservations about him. He has the rare and unique talent of balancing extreme professionalism with being funny and very personable. His passion about BMWs is infectious. I especially valued his ability to be very efficient, but yet not feeling rushed at all. He went above and beyond. I have no idea where Schomp BMW found Sam, but I hope they hang on to him because he is the real deal. I have to say everyone I interacted with today at Schomp BMW was exceptional: so friendly, helpful and professional without being overbearing at all. Schomp BMW and Sam Nejad are refreshing in the world of car dealerships. They know the perfect recipe for doing it right. Thank you!
Kamran Janamian and the Schomp team were fantastic! I had a wonderful experience buying my first BMW with them! Thank you!
I am not impressed with this place. When I bought my car it took a terribly long time. Constantly losing the dealer I was working with.
I purchased the pureseal. But by the time I was finished with the car purchase. The pureseal place had closed. They wanted to schedule later. But I had had enough of spending time on the dealership and cancelled. It's been five months and they still haven't paid me back for it. I have been contacting the dealer roughly once a week, he keeps forgetting to process it or just ignores me. I contacted the sales manager and still haven't had a response.
The week after I bought the car the oil cap exploded spewing oil all over the engine. The car only had a few thousand miles on it, and they fixed it. But I didn't have a car for a week and that was after I called back multiple times upset that I couldn't drive the car I just bought.
Buyer beware
Very friendly and fast. They answered all my questions honestly and gave me all the paper work to prove the facts about the car I was buying!! This was my first buying experience and I wouldn t have asked for anything else!
Was an awesome experience working with Alice and Schomp BMW. They really took the time to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my decision. Tak also went through all the features of my new car and made sure I knew how everything worked. Definitely will be back when my lease is up.
Great service. BMW genius David Toben was fantastic. He explained everything in understandable terms and answered all of our questions, some several times. I highly recommend this dealership and David.
Both my wife and I enjoyed our buying experience at Ralph Schomp thanks mainly to our sales associate, Mike Ribelin. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again for a very pleasant experience.
Shahin Nia was the best car salesman that I have ever did business with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. Brought the car from out of town and it was a lot of extra work but Shahim made it a smooth process. If you go to Schomp BMW, ask for Shahin. He is very honest and professional. I live in Georgia but will come back to Shahin for my next car!!
Kimberly Mercado
From start to finish, the entire service experience was top notch. I strongly recommend Crystina Baum if you are looking for that difficult to find CPO BMW. She is tenacious and got the job done. Liz Liggett the sales manager ensured that the entire process was seamless.
This place is awesome in person. The way the phones are set up need serious work. If you drop your car off for service, good luck getting someone on the phone who can help you if your service writer is not in.
Anthony was great!! I bought my first car a few days ago and had a rough couple of days before that at other dealerships. Anthony made it easy and enjoyable. It even started hailing really bad while I was doing paperwork so they ran outside and pulled my car into a garage. Highly recommended dealership!!
Consistently poor service. Have had three experiences with these guys where I ve left disappointed and frustrated. Most recently I booked an oil change and buff out on a rear bumper for Saturday. Wasn t told detail services can t be performed on weekends and oil change would take 4 hours. After re-arranging my schedule I learned that I would have to dedicate my whole day to only get half of what I needed done. I left and will NEVER go back. This dealership is the worst I ve ever been to....don t go!
Shahin and Ben made the BMW new vehicle experience stress free.
Ralph Schomp BMW sets the standard for service and excellence! Rob Ashbe made my purchase experience the most pleasant one to date! Hands down the best choice you'll ever make by going to see him. Thanks again Rob!
This week I had the pleasure of working with Alice Hausig at Schomp BMW!! She patiently and expertly handled my i3 lease.
If you like one price dealers there is none better!
I have purchased multiple vehicles with Schomp and I always have a good experience buying with Schomp! They make the experience painless and are always willing to work with you. I just worked with Alice Hausig and she was a bright smiling face and willing to make things work so that I could get the vehicle that I wanted.
I bought a new 2018 540 here a couple of years ago. As part of the purchase I bought the "wheel and tire protection". I had a slow leak in the tire so I took it to the closest dealership to me to try to get it fixed. I was informed that I had a cracked wheel.
The company the "protection" is through Triple Protection Auto Care. They have denied the claim. According to them the wheel must have magically apparated a crack since the tire didn't blow out at the same time. There was no other damage to the rim, just one interior crack.
I would almost call this a scam, get people to pay a few thousand dollars for a service that won't cover what it is supposed to cover (damage to wheels due to road hazards). Disappointed that they would sell such a shady product.
Good experience. Really appreciated having inside cleaned. Added bonus!
KJ was personable and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Informative and not pushy at all.
Shomp BMW has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I just recently took my BMW 335i xdrive to their service department and had installed a Dinan stage 4 and a full detail.
Needless to say I was provided with a 2017 loaner car. Everything turned out to perfection. Car looks like new. Taking vehicle back for a follow up in two weeks. Have not had an opportunity to test it yet. With 450hp I'm sure it's going to drive great. I Will go back to do a new brake system and lower the car as well on the future. I must say that I feel super comfortable and I trust my car with the service department at shomp. Super excited to test it out on the road.
Thank you Shomp Bmw.
Hector the Injector.
I recently purchased my M340i from Chris. Amazing process, he let me know where my car was in transit at all times and even was able to get me my new ultimate driving machine to me on Christmas Eve. Nikolas was my genius that helped me learn my new car and I couldn t have asked for more from either of them! Thank you Schomp BMW!
The car itself is okay but the price you pay for the services you get are not worth it.
The genius team sets appointments and doesn't show up, then doesn't follow up.
There is no after sales follow up.
Basically the whole experience is great until you are done signing the paperwork, then it's like you never made business with them in the first place.
It will be my first and last BMW. Even though the car is amazing the services and price paid for them make the whole experience not worth it.
Brandon was amazing. We came looking at a specific vehicle and it did not meet our needs. We left and Brandon called us a week later with a car he found for us. We came and looked at it and it was the perfect car. Brandon is very nice and knows his stuff! We feel this dealership is a 10/10 and we are glad to have bought a car threw them.
Schomp performed an air bag replacement (safety recall) on my 325i. The work was done while I waited and the staff was friendly and professional. Very good experience.
Alice at Schomp BMW is very knowledgeable and thorough while working with her to purchase my CPO 320i xdrive. She kept me informed during the entire process, and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks Alice!
Great car buying experience and would highly recommend the Schomp dealerships! No high pressure sales, comfortable atmosphere and you literally work with one individual the entire time. The price advertised was the price I paid. No high pressure to purchase extended warranties or useless add on s! Thank you!
I initially purchased my bmw from Buick GMC over in lone tree, a week after I took it off the Lott it went in for service. My dealership was not able to service it and with factory/extended warranty it was taken to schomp bmw. My frustration began when my dealership informed me that since bmw or schomp was servicing it that they should be able to give me a loaner. Got the information from our service guy from Buick GMC, and called schomp. The front desk girl answered and could not connect us to either service and that the manager on duty was not available to take our call and that we could leave a voicemail. Upon asking her about a loaner she replied with we do not give loaners to people who did not buy from us I replied with; so you can t connect me to service, can t get a hold of your manager, and we can t get a loaner even with factory or extended warranty on the bmw ? She replied with yes sorry . we had no choice but to leave a voicemail for a manager. This was on Friday July 6th at 5:59pm. Eventually our own dealership managed to get us a loaner after feeling bad for not getting any sort of answer or timeline from schomp regarding my car. This is incredibly sad, considering my own boss had a bmw not purchased from schomp but is able to get loaners when she has her bmw serviced there. She s spoke highly of you guys but I was definitely shown differently.
Great experience overall. I was able to complete 95% of the purchase while out of the country and Jacob Ford was always there to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this dealership and would gladly use them again.
Absolutely terrible experience with the service department. Footwell module went out on my 2010 328i. BMW knows the part is defective, hence the 10 year / 156k mile warranty. I called Schomp BMW, and was EXPLICITLY told that the warranty for that part was still in effect for my vehicle specifically. I drove the vehicle from my regular mechanic in an extremely unsafe condition (no turn signals, side mirrors won't fold out, windows don't roll down, etc.) only to be told they were mistaken, it is not covered, and there is nothing they can do. Thank you so much for charging me $200 for the privilege of driving my car down in an unsafe condition to diagnose the things I already knew were wrong with my car. What an absolute waste of time and money. Please take your car somewhere else.
Big thanks to Eric Graves!! Hell of a sells men, kept his word the whole time. I highly recommend you go with him to get a vehicle. Hell he might take you for a spin in his m3
Them guys do n amazing job to make sure everything is taking care, will keep buying from them for sure.
My wife and I came to the dealership to look at a new 5 series. We walked into showroom, past all of the salespeople and managers talking to one another, walked around showroom, out the west side door back around front, wondered around till we found where the new 5 series are parked...looked around a few, then went back to are car and drove to Mercedes Benz of Littelton where we had an amazing experience. We thought we wanted a BMW but were in a hurry to buy a new car and didn't want to beg to look inside one. Maybe they didn't think we can afford a luxury car or maybe they just don't care.
Walked in super stressed out and needy... not really sure what kind of car I was wanting. Patrick was super patient with me as I test drove several cars and helped me find one that suited me just perfect! He walked me through the whole buying process and put up with my million questions and ridiculous amount of coffee that I needed! Thank you!!
I had a great experience at SCHOMP BMW. KJ greatly assisted my vehicle search. He created and sent a tailored video for an initial look at the car I enquired about, and was a great communicator. The buying experience was streamlined and stress-free. I'd definitely return to SCHOMP for any future purchases!
Service department is incompetent, liars and likes to hide problems by buying your time. They had my 2010 X5M for 3 months for a engine replacement. Picked up my car finally and they delivered it with oil burning smoke, fuel leaking, scratched fenders, steering wheel crooked and it pulling right, no steering wheel buttons working and transmission not shifting right. This is after they test drove it for over 100 miles. 10 miles later I returned it. Lied about a part being only in Germany and got caught lying. Never told me they broke my engine cover that's plastic, so I immediately emailed them pics and making them pay for a new one. If you want absolutely zero star service, have at it. I guarantee they will not work on your car consistently unless you bring them a no brainer work job. They will lie and come up with excuses so they can make money on the easy bread and butter jobs that can be done at home. As a mechanic and shop owner myself, I hate to make this review but they deserve this and even more. They have no business in servicing cars there.
We had an excellent experience at Shomp BMW of Highlands Ranch from our Salesman Jesse to our
Delivery experience with Ryan. We have bought a lot of cars and this one ranks right at the top. Shomp BMW is amazing they make it easy to buy a car and we will continue to shop with them.
Recently purchased a used vehicle at Schomp BMW. The staff at Schomp BMW was helpful and courteous throughout the process. Their used vehicle prices are very competitive in the Denver market particularly when you factor in their no dealer handling fees.
Shomp BMW is the best! Great service from the greeting to the advisor to the hospitality to the service on my car, the service was excellent they went out of their way to give me the best service...
Buying a BMW there was excellent 5/5 stars service. Getting it maintained there is more like 3/5. If it takes an hour for getting the car worked on it will take 2-3 before they will wash the car and get it back to you. Thought getting a loaner car would mean my car would be ready when they said but the problem of getting the car to you is still an issue. Minor thing but when everything else is excellent the little things seem like a bigger issue.
Great experience. No haggle, fair on trade in. I'll be back for my next one
Everyone I dealt with was very professional and pleasant. I spent a fortune on my 10-year old BMW repairs, but so far so good. I'd rather be paying the service department than the sales department.
I just purchased my 3rd car from Schomp BMW. It's always a great experience and I am a lifelong customer.
I have been a loyal customer of Ralph Schomp BMW for over 15 years. I have bought three cars from them, the most recent just a couple of months ago. I have a 2014 BMW X3 that I bought brand new from the dealership. I have brought it in religiously for service at every recommended interval and always happily paid dealership prices so I could have an outstanding level of service. My check engine light just came on and I called to schedule an appointment. Usually they could get you in within a week, most times within a couple of days. This time they said the next available appointment wasn t for over a month away. I asked the service technician if he thought I should be driving a car with the check engine light on for over a month and he said he wouldn t recommend it. So what am I supposed to drive for a month while I wait for an opening in their service department? He said, sorry, don t know what to tell you. I told him that I had never had this problem scheduling appointments with them in all the years that I have bought vehicles from them and he said they had a crazy summer and they were crazy busy. So I guess the deal is if you buy a vehicle from Schomp don t expect that you can get your vehicle serviced in a reasonable time. The way you can justify high prices is usually with top service. Unfortunately I guess I have to take my current and future business elsewhere I and suggest you should too. They are apparently too busy to get people in even if its an emergency. Beware
Way overpriced.
We researched consumer reports and found that Schomp was unrealistically over-priced. I was, however, enthused to encounter polite and professional people, but they often lacked knowledge of the vehicles of our interest.
Despite being multiple BMW owners, we had resolved not to purchase there after several friendly visits, but changed our minds when we came across a potential deal on-line. WOW! We saw that the car was unstable at best, but the salespeople would not veer from their over-kbb-value.
The x5 was 4 years old, a loaner, plus 2 owners, and 88k miles. The possible death trap was listed for better than its blue book value considering: driver and passenger doors both locked you in; the back hatch repeatedly failed to shut; it made a squeezing noise when driven; a screw had noticeably gouged the tire; the DVD player did not work; multiple wood panels were cracked and scratched; there were 2 inch white hairs everywhere; and the navigation screen was very difficult to see with the severe wear and tear- negating its purpose altogether. (We were actually asked to climb over the seat to enter and exit)
But trust the good-ol'-sales team to demand more than Kelly blue book value and not waiver.
I believe they lied to me when I was told the vehicle had already cost them over $24k in charges, which was above kbb value. YET, they refused a breakdown as to these costs, and - at the time - had failed to perform any maintenance, or even cleaning. Are they stupid for this acquisition, lying to me, or just believe I am a sucker?
I truly believe the people who rated Schomp as 5 stars did receive great service, but I also believe they were ripped off without knowing. If they can't respect my intelligence, I can't purchase there.
Drew, Chase, Liz, and Josh were all patient, nice, and professional, and have my number: they are free to call me, but don't waste my time unless you can back your numbers, and show me some respect in regards to pricing.
salesperson straight up lied about how an insurance product they sold me would work. shame on me, sure.
sales pushed a bunch of lease add-ons, and after i'd been there half the day tried to pressure me out of removing another add-on she'd snuck in there because she "didn't want to wait on the paperwork again."
hope it was worth it schomp!
Had a great time car shopping with Carla. She was professional, actually listened to what I was looking for, and was extremely kind to my 16 year old daughter who came along with me. Carla didn't try to push me into a more expensive car, or sell me anything I didn't need or want. I had been to several other dealerships before coming to Schomp, and she provided a completely different experience for us! Carla also explained to me how to get the best deal through financing and looking at a dealer demo car...i ended up getting an amazing deal. Highly recommend going to Schomp and asking for Carla for your next car!
There's simply not a better car-shopping experience to be found. Ben Brahler is phenomenal to work with. He truly listens to what you're looking for and what's important to you and there's never a feeling of being pressured into anything. I'm so used to the car-buying experience being something that I dread, and this is just not the case at Schomp BMW. I so appreciate feeling truly cared about and listened to and I always leave with a good feeling. I won't ever shop anywhere else. Thank you so much to Ben Brahler and Schomp BMW for making buying a car a fun and positive experience!!
