Logan Cadman Review of Schomp BMW

Let me start by saying, I love BMW, and Schomp is normally great at servicing, and has an amazing parts department. I own a 2004 X3, and a 1995 M3. I normally have a great service experience here, but not this time. I have OCD, my car is always kept very clean, and normally I clean it myself. This time around I brought my car in for a detail, and a repair on my seat for a wire sticking up through the leather from a previous repair. While getting in my vehicle after they had performed there work, I found that my glovebox was open, center console open, OBD port open and plug pulled out, along with dirt on the carpet that was never cleaned even after I was charged for a carpet shampoo as extra. Well my Navigation screen that was recently replaced has been damaged by this dealership with a scratch only slightly visible but dead pixels coming up that were not present before along with the scratch. My passenger seat headrest had also been damaged with tips going straight through the leather which was not there before. I have returned and called multiple time about getting this fixed, once I was told to come back when a manager was present, well I came back and they took a look, they explained to me that these items couldn't possibly have been damaged by them as it seems the damage must have been done pretty hard, and it must be my fault so they said they cannot possibly repair it. He said to contact his boss which he said will rarely answer and I will need to be persistent with trying to reach. So fine they won't repair my vehicle and blamed the damage on me. Overall very dissatisfied and would highly recommend everyone to steer clear of this dealership. If they do not resolve my issue I will no longer support them or buy any parts here.
