Had a great experience buying my Sequoia from Brian Gilbert... It was nice dealing with an internet manager as opposed to a regular salesperson that has to run back and forth and talk to their manager all the time. The process was really easy and quick. Will definitely recommend Brian and Round Rock Toyota to my friends when they are looking for a car.

Great experience at Round Rock Toyota. I called ahead and the vehicle I wanted to look at was pulled ready for me to drive. Sales person was knowledgeable and courteous. Finance guys did not pressure me to purchase anything I didn't already want. Very happy with the experience.

I bought a Toyota Corolla at Round Rock Toyota about 7 month a go.
Actually I got a sweet deal I thought.
Anyway I got a 60 month payment deal with them, today I went to refinance my car and I just find out my car was a 72 month instead 60 month finace.
I m really upset because people and places do everything they can to make some extra cash or sell a car.
It s funny same thing happen with a friend of my last week, her deal was with Round Rock Toyota also.
I know is my fault not to checking the papers right before I sign, but that is one thing is very important to me I trust people and I did trust them. SHAME ON YOU ROUND ROCK TOYOTA!!

I bought my used Challenger here about two weeks ago from Bobby. And I was not disappointed in the car or Bobby. Bobby was very personable and straight talking. Which I appreciate coming from the same industry. The only reason why I did not give a five star review was due to the cleanliness of the vehicle. When you buy a vehicle from a dealership there is an expectation that the vehicle should be the best looking it can be. Unfortunately it looks like the make ready dept dropped the ball on mine. As there was grass in pretty obvious places in the vehicle. And the inside of the windshield was pretty streaky, and actually had a little bit of sharply on it. Other than this my purchase at Round Rock Toyota was great. And thanks again Bobby.

I recently took my vehicle to RR Toyota dealership to have it detailed this past Friday at approximately 10:30 AM. The photos attached are a result of the work they did or should I say lack thereof. Yes, my car is messy, I have two dogs, hence why I took it to get detailed. Completely unacceptable, I would definitely not recommend taking your vehicle there.

Friendly, polite, and great service. My cousin and I came here and bought a Toyota Tundra for our new business. We worked with Brandon Truong, who I would highly recommend. Brandon was real nice and friendly and created for a us a very good buying experience. He changed my perspective on the "sleazy car salesman." If you want a great deal on a Toyota, go see Brandon.

I made the mistake of going to another Toyota dealership in Austin... It was an awful experience. So after that, I decided I'd take the chance and drive an extra 20 minutes to this Toyota location for service and I'm glad I did. I'll keep driving the extra time. Speedy, efficient and accurate on what needed to be done on my vehicle. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience working w Gary at Round Rock Toyota. I knew what I was looking for and he was patient in answering all of my questions since I had never purchased a brand new vehicle before. He went over the top to make sure I knew how to use all of the upgraded functions of the new vehicle. Car buying has never been an enjoyable experience for me but I was excited to be going through the process from the start of our first call. They had a huge selection to choose from (I was particular w color and a few must have features and they still had a lot to choose from). The paperwork phase of the process was quick (and high tech!) and nothing about the process seemed pushy or rushed. Definitely recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thanks RRToyota for all your help!

In hindsight my experience was anything but deligh...

In hindsight my experience was anything but delightful and rewarding.

Back in February of 2014 I purchased a used 2011 mustang that was in great condition and had less than 20,000 miles on it. I'm still in love with the car. However the process of buying it and the headaches I'm going through now that it needs repairs have tainted my experience with Auto Nation as a company. Mainly because they do not stand behind the information that their employees communicate to shoppers.

1st of all some of the sales people will do anything in order to sale a car. Although car salesman everywhere get this rep Auto Nations Sales reps are usually above this. The gentleman that was selling me my car tried time and time again to try fraudulent techniques to speed up the buying process. Such as insurance fraud, check fraud, and identity theft. I still have screen shots of our text message conversations with his illegal suggestions. I informed Auto Nation of this when I did my customer survey.

Fast forward to now my car needs some mechanical work so I finally decided to pull out the information on my extended warranty. Upon contacting the warranty company I was informed that the warranty had expired a year ago.

That was a little jarring to hear seeing as I had purchased a 72 month extended warranty for my 72 month loan. But it turns out in the fine print although it was a 72 month warranty the warranty would take affect starting in 2011 the year the car was manufactured and not 2014 the year I purchased the car. First time I've heard of anything providing coverage for the time you did not own the vehicle.

After contacting Auto Nation Round Rock to work out something they informed me that their hands were tied. Ultimately this was my mistake for not reading the fine print and checking the contract over before I signed the paperwork. But shame on a company that cant admit when their sales people are dishonest especially when they are aware of similar situations of sales people miss representing the fine print.

If you buy from them READ the contract thoroughly and ensure that what the sales person/finance manager say is in writing.

I came to this Dealership for the first time, not ...

I came to this Dealership for the first time, not to purchase a car but I was invited for a personal interview appointment w/ Ali Bharwani, ( the person I spoke on the phone and the one who set the interview appointment for hiring new BDC employees) The appointment was set at 3pm and I arrived at the Dealership a bit early , ( I always do that way since it's my first time on this Dealership so I wanna make sure I can find a place to park and have time to relax before my interview. I arrived at the Dealership at 2:45pm but went inside at 2:50pm told the Receptionist in charge that I have an interview appointment w/ Ali at 3pm. He called his ext but I noticed he didnt get an answer so he went inside to his office department, when he came back, he told me that Ali will be out soon and will just call me, so I waited for a few minutes, then it was already 3:15pm, so the Receptionist asked me again ...When is your appointment? I said 3pm. So he went back inside and check for Ali, then he came back and said that Ali is here but not exactly there, he is somewhere in the area, so that means I needed to wait for him until he comes out. Now the time is 3:25pm so I got up and told the Receptionist that I will no longer wait cos' I have to leave for my Dentist Appointment, which is at 4pm. My first experience with this Dealership is terrible, I was invited to come at 3pm for an interview appointment, but Ali stood me up, HE DIDN'T COME OUT ON THE EXACT TIME HE SET FOR THE INTERVIEW APPOINTMENT.
I came extra to this Dealership, and waited for 40 mins for nothing, just wasted my time sitting at the customer's lobby area. My point is , ... people should not promise or set an appointment if they can't really follow the exact time! Someone should not set an appointment, if he is not sure if he can't make it... I never thought I would wait that long for just a first time interview.
I even came extra to the dealership on that same day after i just talked to him (Ali) on the phone, but unfortunately he didn't come out on the time he set for interview.

This Dealership is a joke when it comes to setting appointments! I wasn't impressed with this Dealership at all. Had to come extra for nothing!
Wasted my time and gasoline!!! Not again with this Dealership, I'd go somewhere else if I want to purchase a car.

As these things go, our truck broke down a few weeks before the holidays. We knew what car we wanted and shopped around. At first, Round Rock didn't have the best price of the places we looked at, but in the end they helped meet our financial needs and we got the car we wanted. The customer service at Round Rock Toyota was far better than any of the other dealerships we had been to, especially Charles Maund Toyota. We worked with Lance Gramillion- who was absolutely wonderful. He was patient and thorough in explaining every detail of the deal, from pricing and financing to detaills on how the bluetooth worked in the car. It was a really busy Saturday when we went in, but Lance didn't rush us and made sure we were confident in our decisions before we signed all the paperwork.

I've already recommended Round Rock Toyota and Lance to our friends. (Thanks, again, Lance!)

Stopped by the lot last week on the way back into town. Trying to decide if I wanted a new car at this time. I met Gary Walshire who was very professional and knowledgable. The one thing I really liked was the fact that there was no pressure to sell me a vehicle. Gary listened to what I was looking for and that I was very firm that I would not be buying at that time. I was only on-site to look around and figure out what I might want to do. Gary said he understood and took time out of his busy day to discuss various pros and cons of various vehicles. If I decide to buy a Toyota, I will definitely come back and buy from Gary.

Repair Scam...

Repair Scam...
5/12/2020 I brought my 2005 Toyota Rav 4 in for a service diagnostic regarding a traction light sensor. My service rep Bhavik Patel advised me that the yawr rate sensor needed to be replaced. I paid 135.00 for diagnostic and was told part would be appx 600.00 and had to be ordered, the diagnostic fee would be applied towards labor if repairs were completed. I was told I had to pay for part up front and once part arrived they would schedule repairs. I paid 662.00 for the part on my credit card and waited for part to arrive. My service was scheduled for 6/10 for repairs. After 2 days in service , the rep Bhavik advise me after sensor was replaced the same issue still arises, now I was being advised that the rack and pinion needed to be replaced and the repairs would be appx 3200.00 which is more than the value of the vehicle. I was never told any other issue would arise. I asked for the part to be returned and asked for a full credit for a part that did not repair my vehicle. They declined my request and advised the part was non refundable. I was never advised part was non refundable or that a potential other issues would arise. I trusted the dealership in good faith that the repairs would be completed. Toyota did not properly diagnose my vehicle and made me pay up front for a part that did not fix the issue. This was not a repair that was needed. I spoke with the service Manager Chris Teller who only would credit my diagnostic fee and labor toward vehicle. Once my vehicle was returned back to me with the same issue (traction warning) my vehicle is now not drivable. My vehicle is currently in a worse position than before I brought it in, now my vehicle shakes uncontrollably even at 5mph. I left a message with the Tracy Grunett and never received a call back. I feel like Toyota SCAMMED me out of 662.00, my stimulus money during these hard times without even fixing my vehicle. I have owned 4 Toyota s and have bought all of my vehicles from this location. Now I have to invest in another vehicle because it s now non driveable. This is a horrible experience with Toyota and I will be sure to share my experience with my friends, family and Facebook and Twitter and other social platforms if this is not resolved. I want a refill refund for the part.

I had the the experience of working with MOHAMMED ...

I had the the experience of working with MOHAMMED MERCHANT.

I came to Texas with my family on a 1 week vacation. During this time I set aside one day to assist my dad, and his wife in getting into a new car. My dad had already been working with another dealer in the area so I started there. After going to that dealership and speaking with the salesman I found that he had quoted my father numbers, but never showed him any vehicles, or looked at his credit. I spent roughly 20 minutes taking with the sales rep, and his manager only to come to the conclusion that they were planning to make a good amount of money off my dad. After being called out on the carpet about it they back pedaled very quickly. Even to the point that he stopped me in the car while we were leaving to tell us he was close to his monthly goal, and would do anything to make the deal work..... TO LATE!!!.

I decided to take my dad to the Toyota dealer, and the Subaru dealer. When we got to the Subaru dealer we searched for a sales rep to help us, and upon going inside and asking for help a rep finally assisted us... or at least that's what he thought. He put us out on a drive by ourselves in a dirty 2015 Legacy. when we returned he showed very little interest in us.... so we left.

Onto Toyota...

Mohammed was outside, and greeted us right away. I went through the details of what we were looking to do as I did at the other location. He was more than happy to help us out. We drove 2 different cars and he talked as if he built them himself. When it came down to it we drove the car home to show my dads wife, and she loved it. I called him on the way back and told him it was a done deal. He had number for us waiting, and the papers to fill out. He understood our busy schedule, and was okay getting everything ready for us to sign the next day... to include having the windows tinted. we showed up the next morning and were out the door in 20 minutes. At that point I let him know that I sell cars where I am from, and that he was the best I had talked to since I had showed up in Texas. In the end if I was local I would send him anyone that I knew. He was exactly what I expected out of a sales man. He treated us the way that I treat my own customers. In my book that goes a very long way, and no matter what I will see him again even if it is just to keep bringing him cases of Coke Zero. haha.

Mohammed.... Thanks for everything, and helping my family out.

If you ever need anything do not hesitate to give me a call

Choosing Round Rock Toyota was a big regret! I have to edit this review because I have been disappointed with just about every interaction since purchase of the my pre owned Sienna about 3 years ago. The used car's at this place are horrible quality, accident damage was hidden on the vehicle presented with clean car fax, and the service department has zero respect for customers time.

Wow.. Had a horrendous experience with a salesman ...

Wow.. Had a horrendous experience with a salesman here.
Had to work with an unprofessional salesman who is way too pushy and lacks civility.

We initially visited this dealership last month to buy a RAV4. They offered me a good deal but couldn t finalize on it as they did not have the color(s) of my choice. Hence, although impressed by the price offered by the sales manager, I had to go with another dealer and make last time. Now, we were planning to get a second car, and went on to visit this dealership as they offered me the good deal last time. So, here it goes

Today, on my second visit to this dealership, the salesman (don t want to name him and get personal), initially started with a monthly estimate which was double the previous offer; which was okay. We started talking numbers and came down to a workable price after 30-45 mins of discussion. This pushy agent then reveals that they only have two cars with the desired trim; and neither of the colors were of our interest. And he started pushing us towards one of the cars. We thought of looking at one of the available ones (unlike the last time) and started to pay attention to the red car. After some more time and discussions, he reveals that the new red vehicle has approx. 150+ miles on it. Okay, this time, it is a big NO-GO for us. Personally, we were not prepared to go with a NEW car with 150+ miles on it. Not saying that none would prefer it, but we personally were not prepared for a 150+ miles new car. So, we conveyed the same message politely and asked the salesman to excuse us as this was not a price game anymore. Then this salesman out of desperation, continued pushing us and started getting personal and started making sarcastic comments on us which were really hurtful and way over the line.

I can understand that they want to sell a car, but I believe there is a line of professionalism for everything. I eventually had to call his manager to get rid of this sick salesman so that we can leave. There are many good people working here as everywhere else. But the sick guys like the one I ve faced today make the tangible difference to the quality and bigger reputation; especially in the sales industry.
I work for a reputed company and am responsible for a small team. I can take people who lack complete domain or process knowledge, but I would certainly think twice about people who lack basic manners and regard.
I ve left this place for one last time with an awful experience. I drive across this dealership often, and every time I see this place, I will only remember the sickening service. I will never be able to pass either a mediocre or a positive feedback about round rock Toyota to anyone that I come across due to this.

Hands down - best experience purchasing a vehicle. I did not feel any pressure to make a decision and the price I received on the car I purchased was excellent. Sales rep, Justyn, was professional, straightforward, and attentive to what I was needing, not only in the vehicle, but also towards my budget. Even after the purchase, I have received the same high level of customer service and quick attention when I asking follow up questions. I am definitely going to recommend others to Round Rock Toyota going forward, and if I ever need another car I know where to go.

If I had a choice to give less than 1 star I would. From the moment we got there we had horrible service. We called ahead of time so they could pull the car up for us to look. We showed up and waited 20 minutes to even hear from the guy we spoke with. When he finally got to us I asked to see the same car, in a different model. He leaves us there and says I ll go look, I ll be right back, we wait for another 10 minutes and someone else walks up because the first guy decided to help someone else. Then when the second guy comes back with a price for the first car(not even the car I asked for) I told him I need prices lower than that. He wasn t listening well to me so my boyfriend steps in and tells him that I need to get priced for the vehicle I want with prices I can afford. He turns to my boyfriend and said well are you gonna make the payments. The guy pulls up another car, wrong color btw, and my boyfriend asked if what the prices would be on that car, if it would be low enough to reach my goal and the guy said we aren t dodge or Chevy. Your damn right, that s why you lost us, and won t ever receive our time again.. Chevy or Dodge will.

We just bought our 3rd car from Round Rock Toyota. All 3 times we had Chris Splendoria as our salesman. As our family has grown we have had to increase the size of our car and we are very happy with our recent Sienna purchase. As we all know car buying is not a fun process but I can definitely say Chris went above and beyond to keep our business.

Amazing car buying experience! I was purchasing my first new car and was full of fears and concerns most first-time buyers have. But thank to my salesperson Timofey Beliakov, I felt comfortable throughout the whole process as he made sure I was clear about every step of it. Tim was able to "read" my personality right away (I'm a very detailed person and careful about every decision that can affect my lifestyle for the next 5-6 years) and he chose the approach that makes him stand out from the rest: he first listened to my needs and wants, then he educated me about my options and then patiently answered all the questions I had. Moreover, when I first came to the dealership, I didn't even know what car I wanted. At the end, I left with a car I still love and with no buyer's remorse! (which is rare when it comes to big purchases)
Tim is a fantastic salesperson with excellent people skills and I'll definitely be recommending him to my friends and family.

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Recently, I traded in my first lease and everyone involved in the process was so helpful!!

Rene made me feel so comfortable. I was worried about some damage to the car and what that would do to my wallet. He reassured me that I would be taken care of and that it would all be worked out. He was so transparent. Every step of the way he would let me know what was being discussed and where were at in the process. I was able to trade in my 2015 SE corolla for a 2018 Camry se. Toyota took care of the damages and got me a FANTASTIC monthly price that I can afford. They worked me tremendously because I did not have the money to put any money down.

I know that Brad had a lot to do with that. He was the financial guru who helped me with my first lease so it was so nice to see a friendly face! He helped me get everything signed, worked out a great price for me, and gave me some advice on my credit score which is always appreciated for a young professional like myself.

Allen (shoot I hope this is the correct name) gave me the best demonstration of my vehicle. He made me excited about the switch and explained safety/sport/tech features amazingly!

Dale was also involved with helping me find an appointment that fit my busy schedule and congratulating me on my new Camry!

As long as I am living in Austin, I will always choose Round Rock Toyota based on this experience. Thank you so much to everyone involved!!

Signed everything for a new car here. Paid in full. Waited around an hour, before they told me they lost the keys. Had to get a friend to drive me to work, but they said they'd deliver it to me there when they had a new key made. I was late, my friend was late, but at least it was doable. 10 minutes before the end of day, they called and told me they couldn't make the key that day because the guy who does that wasn't there. I asked if they could at least make me two keys, so I'd have a spare. The salesman told me no, keys cost money. Asked if maybe they could give me a ride. That was ignored. I had to get a coworker to drive me home, frantically, 10 minutes before everyone was leaving anyway, on a holiday. Got home and started making calls to try to cancel the deal, even though they already had a cashier's check from me for the full price of the car. You can't just talk to a manager, though, you have to give your contact information and they'll contact you. I didn't hear from the manager, but I did hear from the salesman. Suddenly, they could make the key right then. Still just one, though. They'd even give me a ride, two hours after they already ignored that suggestion and an hour after it would have been a crisis if I hadn't solved that problem already. Anyway, the guy texted me to bear with him because traffic was bad. Google maps told me that, including traffic and avoiding toll roads, it would be a 30 minute drive. 3 hours later, he showed up with my car and single key. One minute later, he came back because he gave me the wrong key. And I still haven't heard from the manager.

I'm not saying, if you shop here, this exact scenario is going to happen to you. Honestly, how often can a car dealership lose car keys? I'm writing all this out to let you, the potential future customer, know that if there's any sort of problem with your car purchase, even one that is absolutely and unequivocally their fault, they will solve it in the most minimal, inconvenient way possible, and give you nothing to make up for it. Shop somewhere else.

I have no complaints about the cars or the location. There are a wide variety of choices, all of which are great. My complaint is with the staff. I found them very pushy. They wanted us to buy right then and didn't want us to think about anything. They kept saying "you ready to take this home?" No, let me think! "Well, this isn't going to be here forever". Then it's not the car for us. Also, the lady kept telling me how to drive on the test drive. Been driving for 8 years, I know how to! I told them I wanted to maybe try out a Nissan for comparison and they kept saying how Nissan is bad. Okay, I know they have to talk up their own, but really, you aren't going to let me try it and find out for myself if I don't like it? They were not willing to come down on the prices at all. When they were explaining the financing they flat out said "you don't understand". My husband is a math major, we understand numbers! They didn't understand. They weren't listening to what we wanted and kept trying to get us a new car when we told them a used one. When we said what we were looking for and the price range, they said it didn't exist. Well, I then went to Chevy down the street and found it! They are not reasonable people and don't know how talk to customers. I have nothing against Toyota cars. I love my Avalon and wanted a similar car. But seriously, "our service brings you back" is a load of crap! Don't waste your time here. Go to Chevy.

Went over to check out the new 2020 Supra. Rather than the $54k MSRP, they had it marked up to $72k. They called it a "market adjustment". I call it price gouging. I have nothing against making a profit, but what they're doing is profiteering. While it's their right to try to get whatever they can for any car they sell, they should understand that it may come at a cost. I bought my first car from Round Rock Toyota in 1994, and we're a dedicated Toyota family, but I'll never buy another car here. They may make the extra $18k on this Supra, but they will lose out on selling me the dozen Toyotas I'm likely to buy over the next 20-25 years. If you want to be treated like a valued customer rather than a target to be taken advantage of, take your business elsewhere.

Update: I called the GM, Tracy, the same day this happened and left her a voicemail with my phone number. She never called me back. I did get a generic email addressing me as "Daniel" and saying they were "glad you are considering us for your next vehicle." But I'm not.

Came in this week for routine car maintenance and oil change. My biggest concern was their poor customer service in the service department. This happens to me every single time I come to this place. I drive in through their service doors and the associates look up, see me come in, and then just go back to what they re doing and ignore me. The issue is that I m left waiting in my car not knowing when I ll get helped. This particular instance I walked out to approach an associate but no one addressed me and when I came up to someone to mention that I had an appointment, they were irritated and told me curtly to just go back to my car and wait....which I did and sat in my car for 10-15 minutes. If the issue is that no particular associate is assigned to me then that s a problem the service receptionists need to address when making appointments over the phone. I of course don t expect my car to get taken back immediately, but it s not difficult to have someone assigned to receive cars for
intake, hand off the keys and place them in the queue so that the customers can leave and be free to sit in the building. I d also add that while I was rudely asked to go back to my car, I noted 4 other associates at their computers either chatting with each other or standing by their counter. You mean no one could have come up to me to ask what I needed or how I could be helped?
I come to this location out of convenience but the customer service is piss poor.
At every other establishment (hospital, retail store, restaurant, etc), an employee addresses a customer with courtesy and gives them some guidance.

The procedures to have the car serviced was efficient and speedily. The initial service person took the information and follow up until the car was parked in the service area. He/She came to me with the paperwork and let me know the work that was done and informed me detailing what was done. The waiting area was another plus. Among the cheerful and helpful staff, the morning paper, coffee and pastry went a long way! It was a pleasure getting the car serviced!!!

Prompt and user friendly. Today I had an appointment at 7 am and this is precisely when they took my car in. They didn't have the shuttle ready to take me home at that time, but they did call an Uber for me at the service expense - nice.

I could not be happier with the service at Round Rock Toyota! From my first email inquiry to setting up an initial appointment, Daniel B. was extremely flexible and helpful. When I arrived for my appointment, Chris S. did an outstanding job with my test drive and setting up financing. Like most people, I dread the car buying experience...but Round Rock Toyota made the process stress-free and ...dare I say...enjoyable. I'm looking forward to a continued relationship with this dealership and I will recommend them highly to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car. Thanks for everything guys!

My check engine light came on on Friday night. I called Round Rock on Saturday morning (the next day) and they were able to get me in Saturday afternoon. They diagnosed my issue and I opted to proceed with the repair. My car was fixed by 4:00pm. The customer service was friendly and WiFi, desk workspaces, and warm Otis Spunkmeyer cookies made waiting a breeze and I was even able to get some work done. I ll be visiting Round Rock Toyota again for any future car maintenance needs!

Simply put unorganized as hell and lazy, they act nice face to face but don't really move the process along at all and when you finally do finish with everything you might get a call from your bank saying that the dealer forgot to sign off on some paper work so your credit might take a hit because they decided to be lazy idiots! I have a few more choice words for these baboons but I'll keep them to myself, point is if you must go here be warned it's not going to be the smoothest process they're going through some staffing changes and they just tend to be sloppy in general. If you can help to shop around then by all means give another dealer a shot before making your way down to this one and wasting days upon days. Hope this saved someone a headache or two.

Stopped here earlier tonight to get info and what deals they were offering. One of their sales guys walks up and clearly had no interest in us. I tell him our plans and model of car we were trading in. Than he turns around and ask me the questions of what I just literally told him .
Than walking out he jumps on his cell phone ignoring us more. Than proceeds to tell us what we can and can't do and had ZERO info on our car, financials or ANY info. complete dumb ass . so we left this moron and walked back into the sales to ask for a new sales guy. and to no surprise nothing .
So we ditched this place and drove up a couple miles to Hewlett Chevrolet . They put us in a truck and enjoyed our business. Pretty clear who likes their potential customers. will never come back here again.
