We have purchased several cars from the dealership over the last 10 years; my most recent experience I purchased a used car to surprise my wife, and shortly into ownership noticed strange driving behaviors which caused my wife anxiety around the reliability of our primary family car.
Hoping that we could work with the dealership to get into a vehicle which would alleviate our concerns (only 90 days after purchase) we found a nearly identical vehicle in feature and price,
However, the sales management team was not interested in the details of our transaction and offered little negotiation between trade in value and the sticker price of the same vehicle (equaling 30% of the total cost of the vehicle). We were up for dropping an additional 15% of the total cost - there was no interest to meet in the middle.
I drive by this dealership every day, but all the positive experiences are quickly forgotten when I face first-hand the lack of commitment to ensure people are satisfied with their purchase.
The focus on profitability over retaining customers has left us in a place where future car purchases will be made elsewhere.

I recently purchased a used car and was thrilled with the process. It was super easy and I got exactly what I wanted. Mark Sullivan was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the inventory and really listened to us. In every step of the process I felt like he was trying his best to get me the car I wanted at the right price. He was kind, helpful and responsive to all our questions. I felt that he really wanted us to be happy with whatever we chose. I highly recommend Mark Sullivan! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it took way longer than necessary to finally get the deal done. However, once the agreement was made the purchase and check out was a snap! Went in for an oil change for which i had an appointment. They were ready for me when i got there. I was in and out in about 40 minutes with a free car wash to boot. Best experience I've ever had at a dealer's service center.

This is the Toyota place you need to buy from. I just bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE from Round Rock Toyota. It was the greatest new car shopping experience we have had. Not only are we very happy with the New 2018 Highlander XLE but we are also very happy with the staff there. Rene Sanchez was our Salesman. He did an amazing job at listening to what we wanted and then finding the right vehicle for us. If you're looking at getting another vehicle, I recommend you use Rene to get you what you're looking for. As for financing managers, Rafael Garcia is the man to talk to. Go see Bobby Callender at RR Toyota! Every person I encountered at this dealership was kind, helpful, and I never felt "Pressured" throughout the process of my car search. This was only my second time to purchase my own car, so I was still a little lost on how everything worked. Bobby is an honest and down-to-earth person. He was very informative on the steps taken as well as open to any questions or concerns I had along the way.
The last time I bought a car, the dealership went through the motions and then never contacted me again after I drove off the lot. It was also a nightmare getting any servicing done to the car (they even lost my keys once...!)

I bought a used 2014 Jeep Cherokee with only 48,000 miles on it in November from here. It looked great and drove good during the test drive. After a lot of negotiation the manager and I met in the middle on a price and I left feeling satisfied with my purchase. After just a couple weeks I had to take it to the Jeep dealer for a clunking, turns out the lower left wheel mount was snapped and had been for a while. Paid out of pocket and attempted to contact the Manager at Toyota and received no return call. The Jeep dealer did let me know there was still a Powertrain Warranty, after Toyota of Round Rock tried to sell me a warranty becuase the current ones had expired . The transmission problems continued and I ended up having to get the transmission REPLACED, which fortunately was under warranty. The car still has horrendous problems and I ve driven about 6,000 miles since purchase. I m forced to trade it in and eat the loss, but I d prefer a vehicle that can drive. The reps at Toyota of Round Rock are in sales, and I understand as I am in sales too, but knowingly selling a damaged product as if it was whole is not needed to hit your sales numbers if you re competent in your industry.
I ll move on from not only Chrysler products, but also anything Toyota related. I ll be fine and just hope no one else finds themselves in the same position as me becuase of Toyota of Round Rock,

I'm lucky enough to be a quick trip down the road, but even if I lived farther away I would come here for service. The lobby is always clean (and well stocked with snacks and drinks) and service is quick and updates are frequent. Employees are friendly - and my car gets a wash before leaving!

No hassle, gimmicks or games. Anthony had the vehicle that we ended up purchase ready and explained in great detail everything about the truck. Adam & Gary got me a good deal on the car I wanted, gave me a decent trade in for my vehicle, and it only took a few hours and I was on the road in my new car !! My wife waited an extra hour for the parts/services to get started on our request. It seemed like our appt was pushed back because it was "low" priority.
The service depart was amazing! While we were waiting for our vehicle in the service department we went to look at possible trading in the vehicle. The sales gentlemen I didn t even catch his name was giving us wrong information on the ch-r. When we asked to look at one he kinda wanted us to get the lower end model! He didn t even listen to what we were asking! I m a sales manager myself and if you don t listen to the customer you will lose that sell! The gentleman kept pressuring us to test drive the vehicle and we were trying to compare the specs on the vehicle since he lied about some of the features. He slammed the doors shut on the vehicle and said when you re ready to buy come on back ! After that he sped away in the vehicle didn t offer us a business card never offered a bottle of water, didn t have manager engagement at all! He was so rude we walked on over to round rock Honda and Micheal was amazing! We re definitely buying from round rock Honda! Night and day experience! Was very courteous and listened to our needs and wants and help steer us into the right direction. I wish I would ve gotten that gentleman s name, but sales is not his forte!

Justyn DePaul was amazing. We arranged to purchase a used vehicle with him from 3 hours away in Houston, TX. We felt like celebrities walking in there, everybody on his team welcomed us and knew who we were, they were all very friendly and accommodating. JR gave me alot of help and with the help of some others at toyota i got the car i needed and i know my wife will be safe while im deployed. so if your looking for a nice reliable car for your family or if your a soldier in fort hood shop around to different locations and toyota is a good one. they take care of military and what ever you need they try there best to work with you. trust i was in a bad situation and they helped out alot.
"Superman Wade" -This review is based on an great experience I had with an employee that works at Toyota of Round Rock by the name of Wade. I was at a gas station in Pflugerville attempting to change my daughters flat tire and I was having so much trouble. Then out of nowhere Wade came up ask if I needed help. He spent about 45 minutes with us and even went home to grab another jack to help. That just speaks to the character of the company. If Toyota hires great guys like Wade, that are willing to take time out of there day after a long day of work to help a perfect stranger with a flat tire then I'm sold. Funny thing is Wade isn't even a sales person he is a mechanic so he had nothing to gain. So shout out to Wade for being a great person and representing his company well. I told my daughter when she is ready to get a new car we are going to Toyota in Round Rock. If everyone there is as Great as Superman Wade then I trust that I will be taking care of right.

My wife and I were totally confused with our new navigation system in our '13 Highlander. So much so that we hardly used it the first 4 months.
Then I contacted Ryan Scheffer at the dealership set an appointment and met with him to review/re-learn how to utilize our nav system.
He was great, well spoken, very understanding of our lack of technical knowledge, and has enable us to finally utilize our "high dollar" nav system.

Was looking all over the State for a 2020 Toyota Land Cruiser. Justyn and his team were great. They had mistakenly advertised too large of a discount on a 2020 Land Cruiser which was very apparent. When they realized this the General Manager himself gave me a call and said he would still give me the advertised deal and all the money for my trade in. I was not assisted even 10% as well by nearly every other Toyota dealer in the State. I was please with how painless, fast, AND transparent Justyn and the Round Rock team were with me. Buying a car comes with a lot of stress and unknowns, with Justyn and the Round Rock Toyota team you will not have that problem.
The service on my Tundra was efficient and thorough. My Service Mgr (Adrian) did an excellent job keeping me informed and explaining the results of the multipoint inspection and the overall condition of my vehicle. Overall experience was excellent!

They were great when I bought my wife's car but I brought it back to them to have 2 things looked at and I've been waiting for over 3hrs now. Turned out they didn't fix either issue I had but told me that both of the issues I had we're common in a journey and that's just how they were. I've never seen an ISSUE that was ok... That's why it's called an issue. Definitely won't be going back for maintenance.

As with most people the car buying experience is one that I dread because you normally are dealing with the typical short sleeve short tie wearing slime ball car salesman that just wants commission. I will say that dealing with Corey Hernandez was the best experience I have ever had so much so I referred my brother to him to buy his car specifically from Corey. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase and he was very understanding with the issues we had with our car that we were trading in. Great guy, Great service and Great experience all around. I will be buying another car from Corey when the time comes.

Very easy going people. My saleswoman Stephanie Eldridge got me the car I wanted. Tested 3 cars and settled one the one right for me and after bargaining was able to reach a deal lower than the price I wanted to pay. Great sales rep and wonderful upper management. Definitely will come back for my wife for that Tacoma.
My brother called for us before we went out to buy our 2015 Rav4 because the salesman we used 2 years ago no longer worked there, and we didn't want someone pushy or flaky (been through really bad experiences several times with dealerships). He told me manager recommended for us to see Mrs. Debbie, who waited for us even though she was supposed to leave at 6pm that day. We drove right over, and we got there a little after 6pm; she listened to what we wanted, worked with us on the price we wanted, and took care of us above and beyond. She ended up staying there until 9pm which is when we were finally done with papers.
We had problems with tinting, (which is a whole other review that I don't want to get into here) and when my brother suggested to call her about the problems, she looked into it right away, and got the sales manager to speak with us when we went to pick up our vehicle. She doesn't just sell you a car and forget about you. She made sure we were taken care of after the fact. I recommend Mrs. Debbie to anyone who goes to buy a new vehicle at Toyota.
I called and got same day service for regular maintenance, including tire rotation. While there, I expressed some concerns regarding my tires. All issues were addressed, Mic was great at explaining everything, and I was out within an hour or so. I have used Round Rock TOYOTA for about four or five years- always excellent!
Rene worked with us to get us our dream vehicle (2020 RAV4 Limited AWD). He went above and beyond what we had expected. Simply put, NO funny business, we told him our budget and what we could do, and he made magic happen within those constraints.
