I had the the experience of working with MOHAMMED ...

I had the the experience of working with MOHAMMED MERCHANT.

I came to Texas with my family on a 1 week vacation. During this time I set aside one day to assist my dad, and his wife in getting into a new car. My dad had already been working with another dealer in the area so I started there. After going to that dealership and speaking with the salesman I found that he had quoted my father numbers, but never showed him any vehicles, or looked at his credit. I spent roughly 20 minutes taking with the sales rep, and his manager only to come to the conclusion that they were planning to make a good amount of money off my dad. After being called out on the carpet about it they back pedaled very quickly. Even to the point that he stopped me in the car while we were leaving to tell us he was close to his monthly goal, and would do anything to make the deal work..... TO LATE!!!.

I decided to take my dad to the Toyota dealer, and the Subaru dealer. When we got to the Subaru dealer we searched for a sales rep to help us, and upon going inside and asking for help a rep finally assisted us... or at least that's what he thought. He put us out on a drive by ourselves in a dirty 2015 Legacy. when we returned he showed very little interest in us.... so we left.

Onto Toyota...

Mohammed was outside, and greeted us right away. I went through the details of what we were looking to do as I did at the other location. He was more than happy to help us out. We drove 2 different cars and he talked as if he built them himself. When it came down to it we drove the car home to show my dads wife, and she loved it. I called him on the way back and told him it was a done deal. He had number for us waiting, and the papers to fill out. He understood our busy schedule, and was okay getting everything ready for us to sign the next day... to include having the windows tinted. we showed up the next morning and were out the door in 20 minutes. At that point I let him know that I sell cars where I am from, and that he was the best I had talked to since I had showed up in Texas. In the end if I was local I would send him anyone that I knew. He was exactly what I expected out of a sales man. He treated us the way that I treat my own customers. In my book that goes a very long way, and no matter what I will see him again even if it is just to keep bringing him cases of Coke Zero. haha.

Mohammed.... Thanks for everything, and helping my family out.

If you ever need anything do not hesitate to give me a call
