I went in with an engine noise . Replaced the water pump. Still have noise... They told me my battery just happened to die when I was in there and they couldn t start the car . Wanted to charge me $200 for a new battery. Even showed me a bogus test saying the battery was dead. I told them I would buy a battery from Auto zone if it needed one, and the battery in the car now is only 14 months old.. So I immediately went to Auto zone after leaving their service department. Auto Zone came out and tested my 14 month old battery out and said : Nothing wrong with your battery or alternator. Plenty of Crank power and amps . Nothing wrong with the Alternator either. So obviously they were trying to scam me into replacing my battery. Shame on you guys. Service manager never bothered returning my calls . Go anywhere but here to get your Toyota serviced!

Corey Hernandez did an awesome job with the task of reasoning with this woman of why this car would be the right choice now rather than later; thank you for your patience. As this is my first car purchase the experience with Round Rock Toyota & Corey has me very likely to recommend them to everyone I know in need of a car.

I went to Round Rock Toyota last night, was given a pretty fair offer. I vetted the pricing on Kelly Blue Book and other online services. They tried to "close me" on the spot with a few old school tactics, but it wasn't over the top. The car demo was VERY thorough and I may just end up in a Prius by the end of the week (I've been a loyal Suburu driver). They are very knowledgable about their product and these hybrids are great. The one issue that keeps me on the fence about sealing the deal: I live in Steiner Ranch..a good distance from the dealership, and the sales staff wasn't able to give me clear guidance about whether loaner cars or pick up / drop offs were available at my distance. They didn't lie, which I appreciate. We came to this dealership because of the strong online reviews. But, we are a one car family and would be stranded if the car had to be kept overnight or through a workday. I'll keep you posted about the experience.

Went in May 11 to go "look" at a particular vehicle I was interested in purchasing, I met Chris Splendoria and when I felt like I was going to get the "sales man pitch" he surprised me... He knew that I knew what I am there for and what I wanted so he didn't give me the runaround... I didn't take the car that day he let me think about it overnight gave me his card and I went about my day...
I went back the next day arriving earlier than planned, we started looking at the 2015 Camry (used car), but Chris came back at me with a 2016 Corolla (new) that was within my budget and he got me more than what I've EVER been offered at any dealer in Austin!!! I really appreciated his sincere personality he didn't push anything on me and I felt very comfortable with him! Thank you Chris, thank you Round Rock Toyota for over exceeding my expectations!!!

Not sure why they opened New service center. My experience last time was horrible. My car was not cleaned properly. And the service was done but they didnt reset the timer so now I see oil change notification all the time even though i just had it month ago. They also didn't check the air pressure. I am never going back here to buy another car.

We walked in to test drive. It was around 1pm on a weekday and probably only 1 other customer was in the store. There were 2 people at the front desk who did not acknowledge us and proceeded to finish their conversation before addressing us. The gentleman that talked to us about cars left in the middle of our discussion and we could not find him. He also took personal calls during the test drive, which wasn't professional and we had no idea where to go on our test drive route. He never asked my name either. We also previously spoke to a online sales via chat and all we were just getting were 1 word answers. This place was kind of disappointing.

I visited Round Rock Toyota yesterday and ended up purchasing a 2013 Highlander. From start to finish I didn't feel pressured and found exactly what I was looking for. Jay Gilberg, my Sales Rep, had all the information I need and made the process go smoothly without any hassle. I usually hate going to the car dealership, but Jay really made the experience painless. Sometimes there is even pressure once you get past the negotiation phase and head into financing. This was not the case for me either. The Finance director, Jason I believe, made that process quick and painless as well. Thanks to everyone at RR Toyota, especially Jay and Jason.

Service department sucks. I took our new Toyota Highlander in for it's 5,000 mile check up. Scott Mazoch was rude not helpful and seems like someone who hates his job. I asked if they could check out a unusual noise coming from the front right of the car when it hits a small bump. He said they didn't have time and I would have to bring it in another time. I actually had a good buying experience here but I would not take my car in here for service again unless i could deal with a different person.

If i could give a 0 I would. Worst car buying experience EVER. Gabriel Holliday is the worst salesmen I have encountered.
Lacks accountabilty and also will reject your phones calls if there is a problem.Also THREATENED TO BLACKBALL me due to his inapt ability to provide honest facts about a car.His supervisor Daniel only advised he would "Talk to him about it"
The bank called me to complete a welcome call and didn't even know i havent received my documentation.
Very unprofessional, and unethical
Not to mention the 2013 Aveger they sold me wasnt serviced prior to me purchasing. And had a bad alternator,and started over heating.The vehicle was returned and money was refunded(only to avoid a potential lawsuit over selling me a lemon).

We have purchased multiple cars from this dealership over the years. We have never before had an issue with the sales team, and all of the routine maintenance has been handled by the Service department. That group has always done their jobs like the professionals they are.

This brings us to today.

Last Saturday, May 30, we came in looking to trade in my wife's 2007 Prius for a new one.
arriving home with our new car, we noticed that all just didn't seem right.

First, no cargo net.
Then that the doors - including trunk - didn't unlock as expected (with key fob in pocket or purse)

Time passes - it's Monday, June 1 now, and I stop by dealership (wife has car at work).
Salesman gives me cargo net from another car, and suggests we bring car back by to check on locks.
Time passes - it's Friday, June 5, and wife takes car to dealership. Now she is told,

"Oh, that option isn't available on the model you purchased."

The salesman knew our expectations and, as far as I am concerned, he lied to us.
Good thing I wasn't there. would have gotten ugly real quick.

It still might.

My husband and I got to the dealership a little before 3:00 pm and left around 7:00 pm. We didn t arrive there to do anything but look. Our salesman, Maxim, couldn t have been more professional, patient and knowledgeable. No pressure and extremely personable. Such a relief. I came in sad because my beloved car needed to be traded in but I left extremely happy with my new SUV. Our whole experience was fantastic, from Maxim to the manager and through finance.
I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a great experience and a new automobile. Even if you only want to browse. You will be treated with respect.

Went to check out a Toyota Highlander Hybrid. It had almost everything I wanted. They worked with us on the price and having the sun/moon roof added. I got the car of my dreams and then some.

Lance Gremillion was with us every step of the way and made the whole process an easy one. He even sent us a personal card and shared in our sense of humor. We would recommend him highly, he's "good people". :)

We have purchased two Scion FRS's through Debbie Standiford Ah Yo. Each car shopping experience was very special to us thanks to Debbie. She is an extremely genuine individual, who took very good care of my husband and me.

The day we went in for the 2015 Scion FRS, we were in and out of Toyota within 2 hours. Amazing!

The 2016 Scion FRS, Debbie found at another dealership and had it ready for us the next day!
A lot of work was put into this car purchase. I had custom ordered the exact car in another color a couple months prior to Scion releasing news that they were discontinuing their brand. My custom order fell through and I felt like I never would get the car I really wanted... Debbie and George (the Scion Sales Inventory Manager) found the exact same custom build in the color Asphalt--which I have grown to adore, and had it at the dealership ready for me in less than a day! I cannot thank them both enough for all of their hard work to get me into my new car!

We plan on shopping with Debbie again in the future and have referenced Round Rock, Toyota to our family and friends. Car shopping can be stressful but it should also be an enjoyed experience.

I went to Round Rock to buy out my lease on my Corolla as my original dealership was trying to pull some fast ones on me. Arman and the sales team were extremely helpful and I felt really positively about my interactions with them.

The finance guy I wasn't as big a fan of, he rushed me through the paper work in an aggressive manner, but I had such a good experience with Arman and team that I still would give them five stars. Definitely recommended.

Terrible experience, I'm trading in my 2014 tundra, and they only want to offer me 6k for it!! I had it appraised at the cedar park location and they offered 18k and chevrolet offered 18.5k. I might have been born at night, but I wasn't born last night. Nice try guys on trying to get me to pay Ferrari prices on a tundra. How do y'all sleep at night. This guy will be buying from the cedar park location.

These people are killing your business.

Service department...they need help.

Virtually every interaction has been challenging to say the least. In this case, I called and scheduled 10k service and I indicated there was a wobble at 60mph and 80mph. My daughter took the vehicle in and she also advised the service rep about the wobble. When we got the vehicle back, the wobble was still there even after the tires were rotated. Important to note that there was nothing on the work order about a wobble so clearly someone did not document the issue/request. Seems like a big waste of time for me and my family when we have take it back in when it should have been repaired the first time. When you add this to the other terrible experiences, why on earth would I ever buy a car here? 3 Toyota s in 5 years, sadly for me it s the closest dealership.

Service person I worked with went above and beyond. However knowing my vehicle is not a Toyota when I made my appointment they didnt have my oil filter so that added to the time for the oil change dropped the car off at 1220 and didnt get it back until 2pm seems long for an oil change. As mentioned I had a great experience with the service advisor

I walked in the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted in my car. Doris helped me pick the exact car I needed. I am very particular in my desires and didn't think I would walk out with the car of my dreams. I totally recommend Doris if you are buying a car. My 2018... Yes 2018 ......Toyota Camry is amazing!! She was never pushy like normal sales reps and she was knowledgeable about the car. Great job Doris! Keep up the great work!!!! Round Rock Toyota.... I thank you for allowing me to work with such an amazing talent. Someone who cares more about her customers than any sales person I know.

Excellent service from the very first text message all the way to being handed the keys to a new-to-us car. Joe Lieb was excellent to work with! I ve worked at Toyota dealers throughout the country, in various positions and have seen the dark side of dealerships. Mr. Lieb was a great salesperson and not pushy at all. He was honest and consistent. He was very patient with our financing issues and made us feel as if we were just as valuable as the person buying a land cruiser.

When we re in the market again we will definitely look for Joe!

I rarely write reviews, but I have to in this situation. This dealership is honestly the best I have ever been to and wish I would have known about this place when I bought my first Toyota. The sales guys were extremely friendly and sincere. Gabe, Rene, and The Director of Operations, David helped me get the car I needed and gave me a nice discount. Gabe was very down to earth and funny and Rene was the one who convinced me to drive from San Antonio to Round Rock to get this car. David was on the phone with Capital One and got them to lower my interest rate. If anyone is looking for a car, then there is no other place in a 1000 mile radius you should go to. I will be referring all of my friends and co-workers to come here!

Power team! They were so warm and helpful. They made purchasing my new Camry TRD a breeze. The team at round rock Toyota was very informative and patient with me while making such a critical purchase. I was kind of Nervous about this. I drove all the way from San Antonio to do this and it was a home run. My Camry is awesome and the service was top notch. If you come to Roundrock Toyota ask for Stephanie. I still call with questions on how to take care of my car. I spoke to a dude named Gary and he took the time to explain some things for to me.

I was in the market for a Limited 2016 Tacoma and ...

I was in the market for a Limited 2016 Tacoma and had been talking to various dealers. I eventually got the price down to invoice from one that Round Rock decided to match that price for my business. I did all of this online with the online salesman which eventually got pushed to his director and offered me invoice.

Having thought about it for a few days I decided to pull the trigger and get the truck. I walked in, met with the man that gave me invoice pricing and then was shown the truck by a floor salesman. No pushy garbage, no gimmicks, I got what I came for and that was that.

The salesman wrote the invoice up for me and I traded in my vehicle as a down payment plus a little extra cash for 50% down. They gave me a number I didn't like on my trade as I already have a number in mind and I sent him back ready to already walk out the door. He came back with what I was wanting for my car and we did the purchase.

It should be noted I had already secured financing beforehand for the truck. I'm not sure what the finance department is beyond my just signing the paperwork and leaving as all I had to do was send them the check.

Overall a perfect experience that I usually hate and get upset over and walk out on. They want to do business and will meet you at the price you want assuming you are being reasonable. The only part I could possible have a gripe about was the finance guy seemed either rushed or just wasn't in the mood that night. Not sure what the deal was as I was in at 6:45 pm and out by 8:15 pm, which is before their closing time.

Never Coming Back. I made a appt a week prior for last Saturday at 11am. I drop off my car with Julia and she says it will be 2 hours and will call me when it's ready. At 3pm she calls and says they are backed up and just starting my car. I show up at 5 closing time and pay. I get in my car and the oil change sticker says to change the oil again at 120,000 miles. My car only has 35,000 miles on it!! Who's car were they working on? Did the work on MY car get done? Did the oil get changed on MY car? Were MY tires rotated? I will go to Cedar Park Toyota from now on. Cant afford to be involved in your chaos and poor customer service.You have lost my service business and will no longer buy my cars here either! Unacceptable

2 months ago I bought a car for my 16yrs daughter birthday she was all excited of course and I was also very happy for her, the very first time I drove the car I noticed some issues with the transmission and I let them know the manager drove the car and when he comes back he said that the car has no transmission issues which I believe him right! When we re about to sign the paperwork the first thing they make me sign was the (as is) piece of paper and I ask the guy in the office hey so is no warranty at all in the car? What about if anything happens tomorrow? He answered me right away (we never had a returned car the next day) and guess what? I take the car 3 times back within a week because it has some more issues
Cooling system, no brakes, and some cosmetic(little) issues anyway I just make my second payment and 3 weeks ago the check engine light comes on I take the to check it out and it is a (transmission-sensor) which is the very first issue that I noticed I call and leave a message in the GM voicemail 2 weeks ago and until today nobody is calling back and all I have to say is that I was very happy to give my daughter a car for her sweet 16 and we look the reviews into this dealership but Im very disappointed now because like I said before I mentioned this issue to them and I just make my second payment and I have to start putting money into which is not cool at all

My wife and I went in there expecting to walk out because we were pressing for a really good deal. We were surprised, however when they met our expectations. Also we had bought two other Toyotas from Round Rock , and the last one from the sales person Debbie. We insisted on having her for this sale again, and it was no surprise that she was wonderful. We expect to remain fully faithful to Round Rock Toyota, and will be back.

Had a great experience like always. I wish I remembered the mans name that helped. He was so kind and kept me updated the whole time. There was oil found on the bottom of car in the back and had a mechanic double check it for me, thankfully it wasn't from my car. The extra safety he applied for my daughter and I is so amazing. Thank you!!

Grant Woods was awesome! He took his time to help us find the car we wanted, and even though we couldn't come to an agreement on price, he did everything he could to help us bridge the gap. This is what customer service is all about - if only all sales people were like this! When we are ready for a second car, Grant will be the first person we call. They are very good here, refreshments in the lobby, TVs, newspapers, WiFi, etc. I have just twice got lost in the shuffle & sat longer than I had to & had to go find what happened to my paperwork.
