My car was towed to this location Saturday morning. They were booked the whole day, but SCOTT B. stayed in touch with me to let me know anything he knew. I knew I was going to be spending a little more than I would at a smaller shop, but DEFINITELY well worth it!!

Everybody at the dealership were very courteous and helpful. Rene, Austin and the team were great. Stated things as they were and didn t haggle one bit. My best experience at a car dealership yet.
My wife and I went into the Toyota dealership this weekend and met a great salesperson, Francisco M. He was kind and patient with us in our process of purchasing our vehicles. Not once did he become pushy or want to add to our purchase. I think overall he was the most sincerest and honest guy we have met in sales in a long time. We appreciated his assistance the whole way through and he was very thorough in letting us know where we were in the process. At the end, he had our vehicles ready, gassed, and washed. My wife and I are proud to be owners of 2 Toyota vehicles, a RAV4 2020 and a CH-R 2020. Thank you Francisco, you did an awesome job. All the best to you and your team. Saul and Donna
Thank you so much Round Rock Toyota for being so close to home. Randall Sanchez was very welcoming and friendly. He took time to listen to all my needs and was very helpful. Not once did I feel pressured into buying a vehicle, like most places normally do. His knowledge in vehicles and encouragement helped me out with making the perfect decision. I love the car btw :) I want to let the managers know how helpful he was with me. Thank you again so much Round Rock Toyota and especially to Mr. Sanchez.
Looking forward to coming back and getting another vehicle.
Went in on Saturday just to look and walked out with two new vehicles. Our salesman Brian Buffin was phenomenal, treated us like family. Will definitely be long time customers. Look no further for your new or certified pre-owned vehicle needs
I had the best reception at the Toyota Service in Round Rock, Mr Patel was very helpful to me and my RAV4 I really appreciate his care and I praise him for this and I highly recommend him to all my friends Gracias
While visiting round rock, I stopped by and had a great experience. Mike L helped me and was patient with me. He wasn't pushy and was super kind. Thanks for helping me!!
Came in search of a used truck after my trusty old GMC bit the dust, and Roger (Summers) helped me find just what I was looking for. He was very approachable, knowledgeable, and made sure that the final price felt good to us. I would highly recommend Roger and Round Rock Toyota to anyone in search of a new or used vehicle!!!
We have used Debbie Standiford Ah Yo on 2 different car purchases and our experience has been excellent on both. Debbie truly cares about her customers and is not just interested in making a sale. She listens to your needs and tries to help find the perfect car for you.
She also does a great job following up with us years after our initial purchase with her back in September 2008.
I would highly recommend Debbie to any and all of my friends who in the market to purchase a car.
I stopped by Round Rock Toyota to get an oil change. I didn t have an appointment. Scott greeted me and said he would take care of me. Oil change, rotated tires, replace filters and wiper blades and washed my truck. Very pleased with the service. Thank you.
Sales staff are very professional and will work to close a fair deal. Ryan Scheffer, the sales rep, is a professional. Let me explain. He knows as much about the competitive automobiles as he does about his products, Toyota, Honda, & Hyundai. My Family and I now have bought three new Toyota Vehicles from them for that reason. One had an issue with the drivetrain on the second day from drive off. Service management (Bob Lang and Jimmy Wilson) did all they could considering Toyota has strict guidelines in place to solve certain issues. They were professional and compassionate though and involved the General Manager, Caron Corzine, so that the issue would not drag out over more time for us. When Toyota corporate policy may have delayed a solution, the sales and dealer management, Ryan & Caron, hits one out of the ball park and the vehicle issue is resolved within the week. MAJOR APPLAUSE. They got all corporate obstacles out of the way of service, let their master lead tech, Paul A. get involved and the magic of great Service happened. To everyone in central Texas ... this is how a good dealer and great people are supposed to be. Having retired from professional sales, I can tell it like it is. The service AFTER the sales is what you are really buying. If you want solid vehicles and that SERVICE where and when it is needed, you won't go wrong with these folks.
We had a great experience purchasing my dream car through Round Rock Toyota, and Gabriel Holliday was awesome to work with: very friendly and he made the entire experience simple and pleasant. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a car.
When I purchase my truck I had a great experience with the sales staff, had some minor issues with the finance guy who tried to upsell me on warranty packages but that's how they make their money. My huge problem came today when I brought the truck in for it's first oil change. I had made an appointment online and was told by the sales staff that if I made an appointment I would be in and out of there in 30 minutes. Today when I brought the truck in I was told and hour and a half. When I advised them that wasn't what I was told in so many words not once but twice I was called a liar and that was never told to me. Well, I have no reason to lie about something like that so I will not be bringing in the truck to the service department ever again and when its time for a new Toyota we will be shopping at another dealership. If you don't take care of your customers there are other places to go and shop and spend your money.
We bought our first hybrid yesterday, and decided to go big. We bought a Highlander Hybrid.
Our original intentions were to just go in and talk to sales about ordering one, since they are so hard to find. As luck would have it, they actually had one on the lot.
Brian Gilbert, our sales representative, was fantastic. He did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase, and worked really hard to explain all the different features and options that come with the Highlander. He was extremely patient, and easy to talk to.
Jason Strong, our Finance Manager was awesome as well. He walked through all the different options we had with financing the Highlander, as many times as we needed. He also was very patient with us, as well as a very much a no pressure kind of guy. We left his office feeling very confident in our (expensive) purchase. :-)
What really sold me on this dealership was how well everyone treated us. They were all very kind and nice to us, especially to my three year old son. Had we intended to actually make a purchase, we likely would have left him with his grandma. Four hours at a dealership is not an ideal situation for a three year old, who needs his nap. But everyone, especially Brian and Jason, were so awesome with him. So much so that my son was actually upset that he had to come home and not see Brian anymore.
I have never had an experience at a dealership like that before, and that is why I will continue to come here and recommend all my friends as well.
Brian Gilbert is passionate about his work at Round Rock Toyota and dedicated to helping his clients. For my next Prius order, I will definitely be contacting Brian for his help!
We had a great experience working with Brian Gilbert. He was not the typical sales person. His casual, professional and informative attitude made us feel comfortable when we test drove several different Toyota models. We were just looking when we went there. I did not expect to leave home with a vehicle the same day. We love our new Highlander!
Excellent service with my oil change and battery replacement and maintenance service as always, but awful customer service with not taking care of my alloy wheels deterioration issue and I had extended warranty. Not even Toyota Customer Care would help or assist in any way with wheel replacement or at the least, refinishing the wheels. Very nice $42K Tundra 4x4 Truck, but awful looking wheels with outer alloy finish peeling and staining.
My experience at Round Rock Toyota was the best car buying experience I've ever had! My salesman, Michael Langford, was super helpful, not pushy and patient. He helped me find what I was looking for without feeling like he was just trying to make money off of me. I will definitely go back when buying another vehicle.
I recently bought a Toyata Rav4. This was my first car purchase and I did not anticipate how difficult and time consuming such a transaction could be. However, thanks to a special man, Lati Boumaina I was able to get a great car at a great value. Lati was tremendously helpful in selecting the car with my preferences (navigation, limited). He was very informative about the specificities of several Toyota models and price ranges. I am especially greatly appreciative of the time Lati took to go to the other car lot to find a car that matched my requirements in terms of color. Lati also was particularly helpful in pricing and financing negotiations with Round Rock Toyota management. Every time the deal seemed to get stuck, Lati would find a way to have Toyota management and myself continue with the pricing and financing negotiations. The deal took two days to complete and at the end I had the car of my dream. Not to forget, Lati also set me up with car wash and maintenance as soon as I got the car. He further helped connect my phone with the car so I can talk hand free while I am driving. Overall, I am greatly pleased with the customer sales service at Round Rock Toyota in general and with Lati in particular. Thank you Lati.
I first worked with Yohannes. Very disrespectful. Always on his phone or distracted. I was financing elsewhere so I left and came back. Yohannes was with another customer when I returned so I worked with Debbie. She was okay but was telling me it would be months before she could get me a Tacoma. After trying to settle on a price but failing I left.
I went to a different Toyota dealer and they will have a custom Tacoma on the lot for me with about a week turn around time. At a price of two thousand dollars less than what Round Rock Toyota was trying to get me to pay.
My family has bought a handful of vehicles from this dealer but will not be returning.
The customer service was worst and they put allegation on me about lying about something that was talked over the phone but not included in emails. I would never recommend anyone to go near there. Try Charles Maund or AutoNation but don't go there.
Another thing which I found weird was that I had been taking to someone getting a deal finalized over the email and when I went in store, they hand me to another person, Bryon. He was fine in beginning and then he got rude and that's where I got that I came to a wrong place.
I had the best experience buying a used car with Doris. She is the person to ask for especially if you're a woman. She will make sure that you have a learning experience and you never get messed over buying a used car again. She taught me and my grandmother what to search for with buying a used car. She is very honest. I am referring everyone I know to her.
Every time I come to Round Rock Toyota, I am always well taking care of. There might be a wait, but for sure it s worth the wait. Ms Iris Rodriguez always exceeds my expectations by extending great customer service. Kudos!
It's my first time to go to their service department and I have to say that I'm impressed. I've been going to Charles Maund Toyota service and I dislike them so much because they're careless and customer service is not good. I'm officially switching service to Round Rock Toyota
BEST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! Anyone in the search of a new or used car, go and see Ms. Debbie. I went in with little hope that we could get out of the situation we were in but she performed a miracle and got us out of our used car into a brand new Camry. She is truly a blessing. She is honest, has fantastic people skills and will do anything and everything she can to get you out the door with a smile on your face and a sigh of relief. So much weight and stress has been lifted off our shoulders knowing we no longer have to worry about car problems. Being that I have two small children safety is important to me and I can now get on the road daily and feel safe! HIGHLY recommend going to see Ms. Deb if you are in the market. Pass along my info and she will take great care of you!!!
Everything was great! Allan was very kind and polite! He kept me up to date with everything that was going on with my car and I greatly appreciated that! Will definitely recommend!
Gentleman named, Alan, really took care of my concerns and issues with my 2016 Rav4 - and he got me some legitimate discounts on prices! He was funny about it too, he jokingly said, "Since it's your first time here, I'll be nice to you and get you some discounts, but on the second time you're in I might be mean!" He was so hilarious and personable and I really enjoyed working with him and the phone call he gave me to inform me of the resolution and costs BEFORE the work was done or I had to pay. THIS is customer service, everybody. He is a role model and a genuine personality. I wouldn't be surprised if he winds up moving up the hierarchy even further - because my experience was just that on point - going in knowing the retail costs beforehand and getting out realizing so much savings - it all just screamed GOOD MANAGEMENT. Thank you, Alan.
To replace your spark plugs on a 2006 Forerunner, which costs $32 in parts, will cost you $130 in labor. I dealt with Raphael in Service today. After receiving and paying for the invoice, I called Raphael for an explanation. According to him, the pricing depends on whatever Toyota has stipulated the standard time of repair to be. This job, which normally takes no longer than 30 minutes at the most will costs you a little over an hour in labor at $118 per hour. I wish I had known this.
I don't know if I will ever consider Toyota again for maintenance. We have purchased 3 cars from them in the past and sale experience has been great, but service is unreasonably overpriced and from this experience, it seems that the service staff do not disclose all of the pertinent information/costs until invoice time.
I went in and had an appt with Nicole. They ran my credit, checked out my 2004 Toyota for trade in , Gave me the value. I test drove my 2017 Toyota Camry. I signed the final paperwork agreeing to payments and conditions.I called and got insurance on it. Then Nicole went to the back and then asked me if I could get a cosigner or come up with a $2500 down pymt to go with my trade in. WHAT??? I asked her what was going on and she said she was sorry, and I got my keys back from her and left. I have Never been treated like this and actually hard to believe it happened.
I called and left a message and Tracy, the sales mngr did not reply.
Adrian was absolutely amazing. I will refer everyone that I know drives a Toyota to him. Bar None. The best Toyota Service department I have ever been to...
I think their service department is awesome and goes the extra mile for you. They always give you a car wash after working on your vehicle. I went down to Charles Maund and their service is definitely subpar compared to RR. CM Toyota inconvenienced my family quite a bit and I asked for a free car wash for it and they said no. We will not be going to there.
Well at RR Toyota they will offer to wash it. It's the little things like this that make us coming back.
Very friendly. Did the work. No surprises. Wanted to see some new Toyotas, but service is in a different building! Oh well. No way to shop for a new one!
I am BEYOND impressed with Toyota of Round Rock! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist complimented my outfit. The Salesperson, Fadir went out of his way to find me my dream car - the 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium. He pulled up 5 different options side-by-side to narrow down my options. And the General Manager, Sayeed was so friendly and explained all of the features of the SUV very well. I m driving around happier than ever thank you to everyone who was a part of the process.
Tremendous experience from the salesperson all the way up to the GM. Bought a used car from them sight unseen from over 1,000 miles away and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again. Special thanks to the extreme professionalism of Joe L. in sales and Bob L. in management. Thanks for everything!
Had a great experience at Round Rock Toyota. Mike Uhrig helped us, answered questions, and got us driving off of the lot feeling confident in our choice of car. We couldn't ask for more.
Amazing experience! No hassel when shopping for new Camry. Daniel our sales rep was very helpful and Marty Banks was so great to work with. Easy, fast and loved all the technology in waiting room and coolest finance office experience. W will be back
I went to buy a used car and after some time they told me my best options and I decided to go for a lease. The person that helped me with the sale was Yohannes Samuel and I have to say that he was a very helpful and nice salesman. At the end i have my new 2014 corolla with a fair monthly payment and Im very happy that I went there. I definitely recommend for someone to go buy a car there!
Very pleasant car buying experience today with Mr. Rene Sanchez! Cannot say enough about how wonderfully he treated us and how painless he made our entire car buying experience! Thank you to Rene and RR Toyota for our TWO new cars!
My experience with the sale rep and sale manager were terrible and not professional. They are pushy, rude and have attitude problem. They gave me less discount and than Toyota of Cedar Park. I recommend Toyota of Cedar Park over Round Rock Toyota because sale reps, sale manager and finance team at Toyota of Cedar Park are nice, friendly, professional and easy to work with them on the number. We are glad we bought RAV4 SE at Toyota of Cedar Park.
The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I received excellent service, both fast and quality work. My service advisor, Micah Miller, explained things well, expedited my service, and was very friendly. I look forward to coming back to this location when I need assistance.
Sally is always soooooo professional. She truly cares about her customers. We've been doing all our maintenance with her for so many years that we feel she's a really good friend.
Extremely rude. Every sale person i talk to was rude. Front desk was very polite and helpful. Sales and their managers are awful wont be back and wouldn't recommend them.
Had a great experience purchasing there. Randy was a very great sales person and helped us every step of the way. Will definitely purchase from there again.
sally continued to impress me with her attention to detail and recommendations- I trust her to take care of my automotive needs and let s not forget a great person to meet and greet-
Well, I bought a used SUV from Round Rock Toyota. I really liked the SUV but while test driving the vehicle there was a noticeable tick coming from the engine. It would cease after 20 or so seconds after starting. I asked about it and the manager stated its a known tick. It ticks because the oil is circulating. I did believe it because the sound would disappear. Made sense.I am not a mechanic, figured I would be told the truth. I was enticed to buy the vehicle because the manager offered new Michelin tires for the vehicle.I couldn't pass it up. Low and behold, after a month the check engine light came on. I took it to my trusted mechanic. He listened to the vehicle and pointed out within a few seconds where and why the tick is happening. I did see a broken bolt from the exhaust manifold. Round Rock Toyota stated they do a hundred + point inspection. Its hard to believe that these certified mechanics at this dealer did not fix this....or was told not to and just sell it to a sucker...aka..me. I don't expect this type of behavior for all vehicles but be wary of this dealership. Especially if they start offering things for no charge.
We love Round Rock Toyota because we love Shappy! If you need a genuine, patient, and good spirited individual to help you find the best car for you, just ask for Shappy! We have purchased 4 cars with Shappy between us and our family and there's a reason we come back...he's the best!!
Overall, The Round Rock Toyota team does a fantastic job in both sales and service....Shappy is the bright star of the experience!
I found out on Friday that I had a bad battery that meeded to be replaced right away and it was still under warranty with Toyota. Could not get an appointment due to it being a last minute thing. I showed up at 6:30am so I could be there as soon as they open. They told me it could take a couple hours because I didn't have an appointment but they had me in and out in less than an hour. I was very happy with the customer service.
I was very impressed with Matthew Fought's customer service!! He listened to all of my requests for what I would like in my new car and he was honest and upfront about what would be possible with the amount of money that I wanted to spend. I could tell that he wanted to find the right car for me! I really appreciated his kindness and willingness to listen ! I would recommend him for anyone looking to buy a vehicle!
Brand new car. Already has a crack in the windshield a mile long. Customer service is abysmal at best..too many people run through this building to handle them all. My experience has not been the best, of all the cars/trucks I have purchased over the years. Would suggest another location
I've been to numerous dealerships for car services and this was by far the best. The customer service is superb from start to finish. My Toyota Care Advisor was Lawrence Torres and he is personable, professional and attentive. He kept checking in to make sure I knew what was going on with my service and to make sure that I was comfortable in the waiting area. The waiting area is clean, has free snacks and delicious coffee options.
The facility is really nice so that s a bonus when having to wait on service (coffee, water, snacks, etc). Easy to get work done with the free WiFi too since the connection/speed is fast! The complimentary Uber ride home is another nice perk!
Removing 1 Star because after several service appointments, no one can fix the issue I ve had since the beginning of owning this 4Runner. I keep hearing, Toyota is aware of the issue yet almost 3 years later and nothing. I ve been to 3 Different Toyota dealerships/services and not a change. This location said the same thing. Plus, I am almost positive that due to this issue, my speaker on the left side is either lose or busted and despite me asking about it, the answer is always, Toyota knows about the issue, blah blah blah . Just fix it!! I can t use Bluetooth and the speakers are out of whack due to some issue that Toyota is aware of. So frustrating.
Also, 2nd time to this facility and they always ask if I want a car wash and never give me one
Customer service was 10 out of 10!! Shawn was wonderful!! Instead of upselling me like I expected, she showed regard to my budget and preferences throughout my visit. She stayed wayyyy late for me with her team (David and Oz). I made a last minute mind-change (so sorry!!) and they all were very encouraging for me to get what I wanted! Excellent experience Ten out of ten--would do it again!
Doris Clark Perez and Saeed gave us the best service. We found the perfect car and they made the whole experience super easy. If you're buying a car ask for Doris at Round Rock Toyota.
I dealt with Brandon as I purchased a new Sienna. I did not mind driving from Houston to Round Rock and a big part of that was due to the way Brandon handled business. Highly recommended!
I had a mixed experience at RR Toyota. We are (or were) customers since 2011 and bought and leased 5 cars there. Usually at the end of my lease I visit the dealership and see what is out there and what options I have turning in the current lease. Every time the turn-in was a breeze, give up my current car, get a new lease. This time I was made very anxious about the excessive mileage on my current car (about 15k over). I was absolutely aware of the conditions and prepared to pay the penalty (0.15c/mile), but I was suddenly strongly encouraged to get an inspection prior the end of lease-which has never happened before (though that might be a new policy). The salesman, though clearly said it is my choice, throw a number at me which outright shocked me. They made a small inspection right that day and guessed it could be easily several thousand dollars -a bill which would be send to me in several weeks after Toyota inspect the car properly. He mentioned that tires are below 4mm, curb-wheels, many scratches longer than a credit card, rust (!) on the sunroof and so on. Those things were mentioned by the salesman as guaranteed costs I have to cover . And even if I schedule the real inspection, it can be weeks before the results, which means outcome unknown at the end of my lease. I did not see it the same way. I drive my cars very carefully and this car had no more wear and tear than the 4 others before. He clearly tried to make me trade-in the lease and get a new one, instead of just letting the lease end.
I was then very nervous and bought a new set of tires. I scheduled an appointment for the official Toyota Financing end-of-lease-inspection and the result was: normal wear and tear, $0 due at end of lease . That result was available that day! Imagine I would have gone for that trade-in option and paid over$6000 just to avoid potential higher costs. I admit tires were down, but the whole episode was just not right. How come the dealership estimates thousands in potential costs and the official result is $0? Now I am not even sure if the new set of tires was necessary. My second negative experience was the online quoting. I requested prices from 4 different dealers in my area. All other three, except RR Toyota, came back with good and solid offers. RR Toyota just tried to call and asked to come in without giving out prices. Maybe they thought they are on the safe side with me. Still I was about to stick with RR Toyota if prices were right. I wanted a certain model and asked when it would be available. The answer was beginning of May - about three weeks from the time of the request. A smart salesman would have said if we agree on the price we can get you that car within 24hours . Other annoying issues: Inexperienced sales person during test drive, too frequent annoying calls about when I can come in, online agent cannot give out prices (other Toyota dealser could within minutes) and cannot transfer me to person I talked before, online agent took over an hour to check inventory. Anyhow, I was frustrated by that time and went to a Toyota dealer 8 miles away. They absolutely honored the online offer, we skipped the whole painful back-and-forth negotiation and I drove off with the car I wanted that day. RR Toyota dropped the ball on me several times in the last few weeks and I doubt I will go back there. I do not name any of the sales people I worked with, because I think it would be unfair. I believe it is a question of practice, how those guys are trained and how the whole team is managed. Sincerity is an attribute I honor most, but I can obviously not find this here at RR Toyota.
From the time of arrival to the time of departure, everyone at Round Rock Toyota was awesome. I will definitely be back and send a shout out on my podcast and on my next YouTube video. Allen, Scott, and Julia in service are too good to be true. They truly are a great asset to the service department and to hospitality of Toyota customers.
After visiting 4 different Toyota Dealership based on advise of a friend I visited Round Rock Toyota and talked to Mr. Merchant . He showed me the truck that I wanted . Test drove and offered me the price that I was comfortable with . He was also very helpful to get for me the best financing rate for my truck of %1.9 for 60 months which I was offered at Charles Maund Toyota for %4.8 . I really recommend him to everyone who think about purchasing a Toyota Vehicle He will get you the vehicle that you want for best price.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a used suburban from this dealer last Nov within 3 months the truck was in the shop needing repairs. I did have a warranty but I still paid 300 out of pocket. Fast forward to yesterday 12/29. I went in to get the info on my warranty again bc the truck is down yet again. This is 2x in less than 12 months this truck has went down. I have a daughter with a heart condition and a son with ADHD that has to get to their appointments and we are without a proper vehicle. What made me write a review was the horrible customer service I experienced. I came in and told them my issue they told me have a seat. 20 min go by and not 1 you heard me not 1 person checks to see what my issue is. I politely go back to the front desk where the front attended treated me like dog poop and said u just gotta wait for someone to come out from finance. After an additional 10 min of sitting and watching the salesmen laugh and giggle with the front desk I left. To sum it up I was sold a lemon from them and for them to take no action but to keep throwing me off on the warranty company is horrible. The customer service staff is horrible and I have 2 out of my 3 kids with special needs without a way to get to their care. Thanks a lot Round Rock Toyota. Learn to take ownership and please train your staff.
I drove from South Austin to this location and glad I did. Customer Service was Excellent. Not pushy, or trying to up sell you. I got what I wanted & they even gave me a better deal than expected.
First off, Don Burton was WONDERFUL! Friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I was able to look at my used car alone without bothersome salesmen around and once I walked into the office, I was greeted immediately. Inspection of car and test drive was soooo relaxed. Process just got better! Bob with finance is a god. Staff is amazing and friendly. Didn't feel like a car buying experience at all, Don made the time go by like it was nothing and I got a great deal with a positive experience! Thanks Round Rock Toyota!!!!
Brandon Truong, Internet Manager is awesome! He worked hard for me as the customer and answered all my questions and addressed concerns. We were able to shake hands on a great deal and he held a high standard of customer service the entire time. Thank you RR Toyota and thank you Brandon!!
Evan Reis was the first person I was helped by when first came into Toyota. Then when I returned to look at different car and Evan referred me to Max Manin. They both excellent in helping me get a new car. Evan even came and checked on me while Max was assisting me. Both were very helpful and I would recommend both of them.
I recently bought a used car from Round Rock Toyota and was very pleased with the overall experience. I was contacted by Bobby Callender and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Bobby was super helpful, he even came in on his day off to help with everything. When I asked for an out the door price they showed everything on paper, no hidden fees, or charges, and when I went back to the finance guy, nothing changed, same price, no haggling at all. Overall, it was a great experience, and I am happy with my new car.
Very nice service bay with nice waiting room ! Everyone was very welcoming and happy to help, esp Connor. The shuttle service was very quick and efficient. They made servicing the car super easy. Looking forward to the next visit!
Bought my son a 2015 Corolla December 28. We were limited on time but we got a good deal and we re out in time. Unfortunately the car broke down while being driven - I don t think there was anything wrong done by anyone - just luck of the draw. I hope to have the car fixed to my satisfaction.
