Debbie Standiford-Ah Yo has got to be the BEST employee that Round Rock Toyota has ever had! I have gone through 2.5 Prius' in the last 5 years and she has been my salesperson of choice every time! When it comes to my needs and desires, she is spot on! The second time I needed a new car, she searched and searched for one ... even after I had left the lot! When I came back months later, she was showing me around and I was about to give up when she said, "There is one more ... let's go look at it." IT WAS PERFECT! Without her diligence, a sale would NOT have happened that day!

I went to Round Rock Toyota yesterday 10-27-2015 and received a better than pleasant experience. I pulled into the service department and stood by my car a couple of minutes. when Michael (not sure if I spelled it right) took my information and then brought me over to Service Advisor Iris Rodriguez. Ms. Rodriguez took care of my service request with a smile and all answered all the questions I asked. She told me that I could sit in the lobby and wait if I wanted to. The lobby was very roomy, had fancy (free) coffee, water some kind of juice, cookies and TV's. It was very comfortable. After awhile Ms. Rodriguez came in to the lobby, found me and let me know about a couple of other items that needed attention. I told her that I didn't have the time on this visit to take care of it, and she said that would be fine she just wanted me to be aware of the items. She didn't force the situation at all like they do at some other auto dealers. She came back a little later to let me know that my vehicle was completed. I went to the service desk which was on the way out to pick up my keys. I forgot, I purchased some wiper blade refills from the parts department while waiting and when Ms. Rodriguez saw them in my lap she told me that she would have the mechanics install them at no charge. I was a very happy customer when I left the dealership and will return if I have any problems or need service work done. Thank you Round Rock Toyota and Ms. Rodriguez. Royce Stephens.
A bit frustrating - I was told the car would be ready in three hours. It took twice that time - the Service Advisor said it was due to bad parts in their inventory. Fine, but don t make me call to find that out. Be proactive - call me before the original deadline to let me know there is a problem. I m patient and understanding as long as the Service is excellent. Do better next time.
I had an amazing experience purchasing my Toyota Tundra from Round Rock Toyota and Scion. The professionalism and attentiveness exhibited by Corey Hernandez during the car buying process makes me confident that I will continue to utilize Round Rock Toyota for subsequent automobile purchases.
They got me in and out quickly. Stopped for oil change no appointment. I understand an Appointment would be preferred nonetheless I would definitely return as the service was excellent

18 Apr: Update. I had to change my work schedule after they failed to fix my vehicle in time. After replacing my radiator a day late, I had to leave work early to pick it up. I wasn't given an invoice for the work done, since I had to leave quickly to go back to work. I was assured that it would be emailed to me within 24 hours. Here we are a week later... I called and talked to RJ today, who again assured me that he'd get me that invoice today. Here we are, still waiting for the invoice... I've already informed two other co-workers about the customer care quality here. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else.
I've bought a new and a used vehicle from this place and it turns out that both times were a total hassle.
New vehicle (2014): Ordered a new vehicle, Tacoma, to be made and they didn't even place the order, from what I was told. They told me this TWO DAYS before I was actually going to pick it up. Settled on another vehicle.
11 Apr: Used vehicle (2016): Bought a 2007 Nissan Xterra and it immediately started rumbling on the road. A quick search and inspection of the vehicle and a problem was found. Was assured that the "133 point inspection" was completed, whatever that is I'm not sure. Now I'll have to take it in on my only day off to get it reinspected, but was told really quickly it was an "as is" vehicle. Thanks for covering yourself, RRT.
I will never do business here again after this situation is hashed out. Period.
17 Jun: I still haven't gotten my plates from this place. Called the county tax collector's office and the vehicle is still in the previous owner's name. I have never seen such an unacceptable degree of work from a dealership.
We are traveling from Fort Worth to Austin and experienced a catastrophic oil leak on our Sienna. Thankfully we were only a few miles from Round Rock Toyota. Scott and Wade have gone way above and beyond to help us get back on the road. With only an hour to go before closing they teamed up to diagnose the issue, check stock for the parts and have put our van into a bay to fix the issue.
What a customer service driven experience. Customer Relations Manager, Kathleen, even stood right by my side to get the ball rolling. Can't say enough positive about the effort and willingness to serve. That's just the way it is here in Texas. Good folks with a big heart!
The sign (see photo) in the service drive says stop here. In a different sense one happy customer also recommends to stop here for your Toyota service.
Came in on Monday 3o clock with an appointment. People were very pleasant to talk to and the building structures were huge. Lanes and cars had enough space - you would see some car dealerships where cars are packed and they look very claustrophobic. This is not the case here. (It was a bit confusing where my service area was because they have a sales department building across from each other - but the service sign was really big on their building I could see it from the road driving by.) That wasn t a big deal.
Consultants and employees were attentive and friendly. Service was done and my car also looked like they cleaned the outside, which I didn t expect.
I am satisfied with the experience. Will come back here even though there are other Toyota Places nearby.
I am extremely displeased when my information was sold to marketing companies by this Toyota dealership. I bought my Toyota in another state under my name but when we moved to Round Rock, I had my wife take the car for service.
Within a week, she started to get calls about the vehicle's warranty expiring and this call center staff pushing a warranty renewal on us. We told them multiple times they were flat out lying because we have the extended warranty until 2017 but the calls haven't stopped. I called the dealership to complain about this trust breach and I was transferred to someone's voice mail who never returned my call.
I purchased a Camry XSE model on July 3, 2015. Grant, Brian, Marty, and Bob were exceptional. They understood my wants and needs and met them perfectly. The buying process was straight forward and they talked to me thru each step of the process. Thank you so much for the excellent service you provided my wife and I. I would definitely buy from Round Rock Toyota again.
This is the worst place to buy a car they don't provide proper service not even a car wash at the time of first service , I am not sure about the oil they put in the car during the time of service because my car got messed up completely after 1 st service , honestly i don't recommend this station for service at any point of time .
TERRIBLE! Inexperienced and dishonest. Without first agreeing on a sales price they asked me to fill-out a credit app. I gave them my credit information in good faith, but didn't sign it. I said don't run my credit until we agree on a price. They came back and said we ran your credit and here's the monthly payment options, albeit for the price I haven't agree to. Thanks a lot a-holes!
The only Toyota dealership I Trust!! These guys will shoot you straight every time. Go see Mario, hands down best customer service I've ever received from a dealership.
After the purchase of a vehicle last Friday, I have made multiple attempts to contact a sales manager and am still waiting on someone to return my call. Worst customer service I have ever received at a car dealership, EVER! I have left messages with 3 different sales managers/general manager since 8:45 on Monday morning and have yet to receive a call back. Could not imagine worse customer service.
7/7/18 Appreciate your response to my review Tracy. It would have been great if you would have returned my call when I left a message on 7/3/18. Your voice mail said you check messages frequently to return calls... Hmmmm. Still have not received a call back 4 days later. Your response to the review makes it "appear" you care about the customer but if that were the case you would have returned my call. You all have my contact information. Had any 3 of the managers I attempted to contact given me the courtesy of a returned phone call there would be no need for this review.
7/10/18 UPDATE - STILL NONE OF THE SALES MANAGERS INCLUDING TRACY GURNETT (GENERAL MANAGER) HAVE RETURNED ANY OF THE CALLS I HAVE PLACED. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
Please do not do business with this dealership. My elderly parents have bought 6 brand new cars from this dealership and the last two cars they were charged OVER sticker price for their last two.
Taking advantage of the elderly is truly heinous. My widow mother was just there to trade in her two cars as a widow doesn't need two cars and they are doing the hard make them wait sales tactics and telling her she has to pay for all sorts of things that they should be including.
Please do not do business with this dealership new or used. And please protect your elderly parents and NEVER let them do any business with this dealership as well.
As alway, Debbie is the best! She always goes above and beyond to get us in the car/truck we love the most. I tell everyone to go see her if they are interested in buying a vehicle.
I have never been so insulted by a business before. I was preapproved for more than the car I was looking at, as well as I was trying to be a returning customer. Instead they offered me a super low ball price for my trade and refused to offer more even while other entities had offered me significantly more. They even had the audacity to lie to me as well as compare my car to a lower trim (ie offering me base model price for a fully loaded car). But where I was truly insulted was when the used car manager (Tim Williams) told me that they would rather the car go to auction, than work with me. In addition after leaving the general manager a message, I have yet to receive a return call. By far the rudest management and worse service I have ever come across.
Great experience!!! Chris was fantastic!! Friendly and courteous! Chris picked mefrom my hotel, paperwork was already started, and process was very easy! I was in and out in under 60 min including the test drive. Wish I lived in Austin to do business again!! Thank you!!

I communicated with this dealer through email an entire week on a vehicle I was interested in purchasing but was not able to risk driving 4 hours if we couldn't work out an deal beforehand. Ultimately it came out to the value of the car being a bit overpriced and I was willing to go 36k even for the deal to go through but was told by Gary "we're not in the business of losing money and maybe you should look at a less expensive vehicle" the nerves of you to speak to a customer that way regardless of how you felt. You have no right to tell me what I should look for with my money especially what I was offering was only 861.00 cheaper than the drive off price he quoted me for..... I found it as a bad business deal on their part but I'm happy to take my business somewhere else! I was recommended by a relative to try out this dealership. FYI customers are NOT in the business to be taking advantage of either Gary!! Negotiating is something you should be well aware of and if you cant make it happen find a better way of saying it next time!

My car buying experience was amazing! My spouse and I are expanding our family and I needed a bigger car. I gave my salesman, Corey Hernandez an idea of what I wanted and he did not disappoint me. This is my second time approaching Corey to purchase a vehicle and I have left the dealership satisfied both times!

This is an outstanding dealership. Adam (salesmen) was fair and professional. I ended up purchasing two vehicles on the same day. Adam went above and beyond after the sale. He helped transfer my belongings to the new vehicle in a major rain storm! This is something you don t see every day. He followed up the next day to see if I needed anything else. I wound up trading in my Toyota RAV4 for a Honda, but since it's right next door, my salesperson Deborah was very accommodating in showing me cars from both places. I was actually dreading the experience of haggling with a salesperson, but Deborah broke the mold! She is the best person I've ever dealt with purchasing a car. And I've lived in five states! I was thrilled to get a good amount for my 10-year-old trade in, and the whole process from beginning to end, including the financing conversation, was just completely stress free. I highly recommend Deborah, whether you're looking for a Toyota or a Honda. She's the best!
As soon as we stepped on the lot, a gentleman by the name of Yohannes Samuel was more than happy to greet us. You must, must, must see Yohannes for all your car needs. He's not only a great salesman, he's a genuinely nice guy. We had been working closely with someone else the day before who was also very nice and accommodating, but he was with other clients this time. He even called us after we bought the car to check in and so did Yohannes. This is a great group of salesmen! One of the things that jumped out at me from the beginning was that Yohannes seemed to really want to help us and made me feel important. I felt like he'd do anything to make my dreams come true. We had originally intended to look at a 2008 Toyota Highlander that wasn't quite ready. It had just been advertised. Yohannes made the effort to let us see it even though it wasn't ready since this was our second visit to get that car. I trusted his judgement and wound up getting a different car than what I came for. A 2011 Toyota Venza-White. It's the perfect car for my family and I got it because Yohannes was no BS----just a straight shooter who would move heaven and earth to get me the best deal. It was so refreshing to work with someone I now consider a friend. Buying a car can be a little like gambling in Vegas where the house always wins, but if you see Yohannes Samuel, you won't be disappointed. THANK YOU for helping me. I My Toyota Venza!

Got my first free maintenance at Toyota service here in Round Rock. People are very nice and helpful. The lounge is comfortable and full of coffee and water. Having Tv for customers enjoy during waiting time. Recommend.
I was interested in a very specific vehicle and had set up an appointment. I received a call in the morning of the appointment to confirm the at 3pm appointment later that day. I drove up after leaving work early all to find out the vehicle had been sold 2 days before and I had pretty much wasted my time. It would have been nice to have been informed instead of making me leave work early and drive up for nothing. Since I had received 2 calls to confirm. Anyway I was annoyed and considered this to be very unprofessional.
Had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned Honda Accord from Round Rock Toyota. The salesperson who assisted me, Austin, was not only friendly and informative but also got my car clean and ready to go for me in a timely matter during the purchase process. Would recommend her and the entire team to anyone looking for a vehicle.
My wife and I were looking to upgrade our small hatchback to a fuel efficient vehicle with three rows for our family of four. Adam Fuller helped us with the purchase of our 2011 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, and Brad Wolski worked out our financing! Both of them were very considerate and personable and I would recommend both of them as well as Round Rock Toyota to anyone!
Business responded to my previous review. Attempted to contact by email, and the email provided was not valid. I then tried calling the dealership and left two messages with two different associates on separate occasions. Still have not heard back from anyone, and quite frankly I'm not surprised. They have only made my opinion of their customer service worse.
We bought our car from RR Toyota in 2013 and loved the service and hospitality that we received. We were devastated when it was totaled this year and RR Toyota was the first place we came to find a new one. Grant Woods helped make our experience amazing yet again. He helped us find the right car for us, and did the absolute best he could when it came to the finance department. Great service! Brad Pharr helped me and my husband test drive, pick out a car and buy it all within a few hours. Normally it's an all day affair. Every department we interacted with was super helpful and polite. We love our Toyota Camry and the customer service that came along with it!
Round Rock Toyota has always done a good job in my opinion. My go to service advisor is super at explaining what my vehicle needs in addition to the service that they provide. It is my belief that going back to a qualified service dealer is always worth it.
The only place I trust to service my 2007 Prius. I ve brought my car there for regular maintenance and service since I purchased it there new. They take good care of it and keep me informed of future needs (tires, etc), so I won t get caught unprepared. Plus they wash it for me. I ll keep bringing it there, for sure.
Today I did it - the 2008 Escape is retired and I m treating myself to a 2019 RAV4 HYBRID!! Loving it! As important as the purchase was the process. This is where I m going to use Facebook for the good story, not the rant. I bought the car at Toyota of Round Rock. No arm twisting, no nickel and diming. I want to say thanks to Adam Fuller - my sales rep. Laid back, didn t push, got me in the car I wanted. Also a shout out to Gary Faust - sales manager - because we talked back and forth just twice. Got to a price that I thought was fair. This is how you want a car buying experience to go. Next challenge - scheduling a road trip. Need to break this baby in! On the road again ...................

Clean, efficient, friendly and observing CDC guidelines for social distancing. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of technology used just to get an appointment and they followed up with texts and emails. Level of service was great. They had the part I needed for a 2002 Tacoma! I would recommend to anyone.
At Toyota from 10am 'til 3:45pm. Needed tail light lens & wheel well clips replaced & state inspection. Finished (NOT)at 2:30. Got my inspection & clips plus a need to change your oil and replace your brakes. Imagine my surprise to find my car in the parking lot with a busted tail light. LADIES BEWARE! Have your mechanic order the part & save your time & money.

I purchased a 2012 Camry from Round Rock Toyota in Dec. 2012. I made the mistake of not reading through my contract and discovered the trade-in value I was told by my sales guy, was different than what ended up being in the contract. So watch out for that.
Otherwise, the facilities are great and the process went very smoothly.
Felix is an awesome sales person. He understood our requirements very well and made the purchase smooth. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a great customer service and better purchase experience.

When I was in the market for a new vehicle, I looked for Corey Hernandez. My last two experiences with him were phenomenal. He is very knowledgeable about the product, and is completely honest with customers, he has a great way of balancing the customers expectations with realistic outcomes. I found that I was able to buy a car that I though would be too expensive because of Corey's knowledge of my situation and the type of vehicle I wanted.
