The staff at Premier Mazda is so nice and accommodating! I worked with Devin Barr who helped me with a tire problem, and he made sure it was taken care of and got me a free car wash! I look forward to returning to this dealership for other needs in the future.

All service was superb, including oil change, tire rotation and car wash. They were courteous from start to finish and also had great cappuccino! Everyone wore masks and watched their social distance. I felt well cared for in every way and appreciated. And I much appreciate everything they did for my car and myself!
I had a great experience at Premiere Mazda! My salesman was Said. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to help me decide exactly what I needed. He explained to me the special features on my car and took the time to make sure that I understood how to use them. He also called me a few days later just to see how I was getting along with my new car; he let me know that he would be available if I had any more questions. Oh, ...Free car washes and roadside service was a part of the package, too. The day thay I was scheduled to pick ip my car, I did not have a ride to the dealership until later in the day, so Said drove my new car to my door step and picked me up. I drove it back and finished up the paperwork. The finance manager was very pleasant, too. He made the paper work painless. Premier offers outstanding service. Everyone was polite and had a smile on their face. I felt valued and welcomed from the moment I stepped in the door.. They were fair with me and even found financing that was lower than my bank. I had a very positive experience, so I highly recommend Premier Mazda and BE SURE TO ASK FOR SAID.
Frustrating experience scheduling service. I called the dealership s main phone number, and I asked to be transferred to service to schedule a maintenance appointment. I was transferred to a service scheduling person who works off-site for another company, doing the scheduling. Actually, only to the service, where all agents are busy . There was an option to press 1 to get a call back. I did so. It took more than twenty minutes to get a call. The person knew nothing about vehicles, and could not tell me how long the (recall) service should take. I explained that I would need a (loaner) vehicle, and it turned out she scheduled me at a time when one is not going to be available. (I learned later. Two points here: the people at Premier Mazda sell the fact that they have loaner vehicles available, and the recall notice I received from Mazda USA said that the dealer would arrange for a loaner should I need one during the recall service. I m disappointed that Premier Mazda, which seems like a good operation in many ways, is so much less than premier in its service scheduling. Outsourcing such a key activity seems like a really, really bad idea for maintaining high-quality customer service.
FIRST CLASS SERVICE and a team of professionals made our vehicle purchase a pleasurable experience. No high-pressure sales tactics, tricks, or games were attempted here. Jessica in the Internet sales department worked diligently to provide all options available to me over the phone, Rudy Grdinovac our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and patient working to ensure our satisfaction from beginning to end. Jachob in the finance department beat the competitors and stayed after hours to complete our paperwork. The staff worked as a team putting our needs first and working hard to meet our financial goals. Stop in and give them a chance to earn your business, you wont be disappointed.
The worst experience of my life for buying a first car. 1st they stripped my tint and I rips and peeled tint on my back windows. Then they decided to not give me an oil change so one was due a month after I purchased the car. Lastly, I went to get my car tagged and my inspection wasn't valid because it was done 4 months prior to me purchasing it and they didn't bother to get it re-inspected!!! And someone recommending me to them and they didn't receive the referral bonus. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
I own a Mazda and come to the service department here for my routine maintenance as well as larger repairs. They took care of my car for me when it was flooded last year and the service was excellent! I was given a loaner car to use while the repairs where occurring and they checked in with me consistently to keep me up to date on the progress and to get my confirmation to proceed on any needed repairs. Lisa Graham is an amazing service advisor and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
Great lobby area (free snacks, water, coffee, etc.) for waiting if you have your car in for maintenance/recall work. Very friendly staff and the minute we parked we had someone helping us!
Skyler helped me when I arrived and he made sure all my questions about my car were answered and had all my concerns checked by the technician even though I forgot to mention some of them when I made my appointment. Lisa helped me when I came back to pick up my car. I always look forward to dealing with her when I have to bring my car in. It is truly a pleasure. As a woman I thank both of these employees for not talking to me like I dint have a clue. That is very uncommon in the car world and I am grateful for their excellent service.

I started at a different mazda dealership located in the area and had a terrible experience. They told me over the phone they had my vehicle and when I arrived they didn't and just tried to sell me something else. At Premier, it was completely different. They were not pushy and gave me a great deal. Definitely worth a visit.

I love working with Lisa! She is honest and upfront with me and I totally trust her. She has often told me not to do a repair or oil change because it's too early. How many places can you say that about car repair?
I always go to them for my oil changes since buying my car there 3 years ago. They provide great service and also give a free full inspection with my oil changes.
The staff was excellent. I went there for an oil change in a tire rotation for my Mazda 6. They also replaced a bad water pump belt that was covered under the warranty. I will definitely be taking my car there again for service again.
First off, I should point out that I have worked in multiple car dealership service departments and know what it takes to achieve the level of customer car that Premier Mazda delivers. Premier Mazda has been exceptional in every aspect. Our new car purchase was smooth and easy, and their service department is always easy to work with and efficient. You will never find a place that makes you feel more safe in buying a car, or more confident in the knowledge of the vehicle you are looking at. When I first walked in I was greeted by Khaheem, who was very friendly, and he offered me a seat as well as a hot coffee. (It was 34 degrees outside so it was very much appreciated.) After that we sat down at his desk and started doing some searching. I already knew what my family needed so I gave him a budget I was comfortable staying at. He searched for the vehicle and we found a Mazda 3 that met my expectations. He also offered lower priced vehicles if I was looking to buy used or maybe with less options. (once again, very thoughtful.) We went on a test drive, talked car specs and also talked a little about our lives. After the test drive we went and talked prices. He worked with me and we met my desired monthly payment. That is when we went into another room and met with Jimmy to discuss options of leasing, buying and everything else you would need to know about the pricing. (Extremely knowledgeable about what he does.) he also helped my family out personally with another matter and shared some insight with us, to help us financially. (very nice guy.) We then walked over to Josh's office where he had us sign everything for the car and let us know about a few extras that the dealership provides for the life of the vehicle. (very professional and a wealth of information.) Congratulations were in order so he made us feel accomplished by finishing our visit. I could not have been more impressed with a group of professionals as I was with the Mazda crew. I will always bring my business to these guys and also tell others of the unparalleled service that we received here.
TL;DR - Great guys, extremely friendly, strong character. Khaheem is great, Jimmy is honest and down to earth, and Josh is straight forward. Will continue to come here for service and future purchases.
My wife and I bought our first Mazda two weeks ago and I was very happy with the experience. Billy helped us find the right car and without any sales pressure--he was there to take us on test drives and answer all our questions. The best experience with a car dealership ever! It was worth the drive. All the staff is really professional and client oriented. They save you the unnecessary "negotiation" and get you a great deal. Kyle and Joe are the best on the sale side; and Jimmy was super helpful with the financing stage. I totally recommend Premier Mazda.
Took 4 hours to buy a car, when we bought my wife's last year at CarMax it took an hour. the car was scratched and dented... they repaired it but they should have caught it not me. I rolled in my sales tax and they never gave me the check... I didn't know I supposed to get one until I've waited an hour at the DMV and they tell me so... now I have to wait at the DMV again... car is nice but will probably not return to this dealer... the staff was nice but still had multiple problems that are very annoying.i doubt they do it intentionally which points to incompetence... not sure which I would rather have.
I bought my Mazda 6 there today, it was as good of an experience as we had buying my wife's CX9 a couple of years ago. We've had zero issues with the CX9, and my wife takes it up there for regular free car washes. A very friendly low pressure staff, and plenty of things for the kids to do while you're shopping. The sales staff member knew the car I was buying like the back of his hand. I will personally continue to buy from them.
I have had the BEST experience I have EVER had at any Dealer or Service Department. Scott Barnes (Service Manager) and Lisa in the Service Dept went above and beyond to help get my broken-down CX-9 from St. Louis to Kansas City. We bought the car in St. Louis and have never done business with Premier Mazda in KC but after my experience with them we will ALWAYS take our cars to them to be serviced going forward. They were extremely polite and made sure to keep me in the loop as my car was enroute from STL to KC and while it was being serviced. You could tell that Scott was very knowledgable about the car and I felt extremely comforted knowing it was in his hands. They did not have to do what they did for me given that I was not a customer of theirs...but by them going above and beyond and being extremely professional I will never go anywhere else for service or for buying another vehicle!
In and out in 30 minutes including the free car wash! Nice perk which was totally unexpected but sincerely appreciated. Service writer was extremely friendly and Service Manager personally thanked me for my business which was only an oil change and tire rotation. Won't go anywhere else for my service needs.

I am in the Military and have never been treated this poorly by any dealership - or any business. After I got me service, there was hidden fees that were supposed to come with the service when I booked the appointment; plus one of my fluid gauges was still on and when I pointed it out - the service manager stated the service was completed and would require another service to fix.
When I spoke with the service manager and asked if this is how they treat veterans, he couldn t answer the question. Plus he stated that it was a matter of my opinion that the service I paid for wasn t complete yet.
Do not go here - they are not customer focused. If your in the military, do not support their business - they treat veterans poorly.

Brought the vehicle in for the first oil change. Setup of the appointment was online, dropped off at the right time, ready on time, picked up with no fuss and on my way.
I purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 from Kelly and I had the best experience working with her. She was straightforward and honest. She also took a lot of time to explain all the new technology on the car which was new to me because I had owned a 2007 Honda. I love my new car and also knowing that I have free car washes for the life of the car at Premier!
Went in to get my passenger mirror replaced after an unfortunate incident with an earth worm and the service only took an hour and they offered to wash my car on top of it.
The earth worm story - the short version is I thought there was a small snake in my garage and it turned out to be an earthworm, so when I was backing out I was worried about running it over, you know because earthworms are good, and I wasn't paying attention to the angle I was pulling out of the garage and bam! New mirror needed.
Took my car in for service today! Skylar was excellent in going over and explaining some things going on with my car that needed either updating or repair. I wanted to talk some of the more costly items over with my husband and he never made me feel inferior or pressured me to make the purchases. It was a great, quality experience! Thanks!
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Maintenance appointments are a breeze and they finished before the quoted time. There are drinks and snacks while you wait. Bring a sweater though because it s a bit chilly in the waiting area around the tv.

I never expected to be so impressed with Mazda or with this outstanding dealership. While nearly everyone I met was friendly, well trained, and professional, I was particularly impressed with Billy, a very experienced Mazda sales associate, and with Jimmy, the sales manager. I would encourage anyone to seek out Billy, as he is both extraordinarily knowledgeable about his products and very respectful of his potential customers. You will absolutely not get any pushy/cheesy sales schtick from Billy and he will work hard for you, before and after the sale. These are great people, running a great dealership, and selling a great brand. I am looking forward to getting frequent free car washes and other service at the dealership now that I have my new CX-5.

We had a fantastic experience with this dealership! Normally when we go for any large purchase, we have researched and usually make it pretty easy on our salesperson. We weren t really sure of what we wanted when we walked into Premier, and our salesperson was super patient and helpful. She even drove us over to the other Premier lot so we knew for sure we had seen all of our options! We had interaction with several other salespeople, the manager, and the finance manager - everyone was so nice and they all genuinely cared about helping us feel really great about our purchase. I plan to drive this new car until the wheels fall off, but then I m headed back to do more business with Premier for sure. Love those people and I m excited to stalk them while getting my free car washes for life!
I had a nail hole unsuccessfully patched by 2 other (out-of-state) locations before coming to Premier. The current plug/patch they did has held up for almost a year and is still going strong. I'm SO pleased with Premier's service!

I went in here last Saturday (9/1/2018). My boyfriend and I had a test drive scheduled with a certain sales representative. When we walked in, we advised someone of that, but were handed off to a different agent. I was not pleased with the service at all. Yes, we were shown and were able to test drive the car I was interested in; however, every time I had a question, it was ignored. The sales agent either flat out ignored me or rambled on about something not even relevant to what I had asked. It was frustrating not getting the answers I was looking for. In addition, I was told there was absolutely no way to get paper work on the desired car. The windows were tinted so I couldn t get a clear picture of the tag on the window, and the sales representative said that he s not able to give out any paper copies. I feel like that is ridiculous. How do you expect people to make informed purchases when they re not given any of the information.. or any questions answered. I was extremely annoyed with the service here. I m not sure if everyone in this establishment is like this, but I was not happy with my experience. I have since looked elsewhere and have completely eliminated the idea of purchasing a Mazda.
This store gets it! They avoid all the cliche dealer tricks and things that drive car buyers crazy. Great communication from first contact with the internet department to signing the documents to buy our new Mazda 6. Based on this experience and having dealt with the other Mazda options, they are the best Mazda dealer in Kansas City.
Very clean facility. Large selection of cars and SUV's. Salesman Tim Drillings was friendly and not pushy. Let us drive all three cars we were looking at. The CX30 was nice.
