The team that replaced our windows did a great job. They were neat and did great cleanup in the house. Thomas the lead installer, was very professional and efficient. He was able to work with our windows and make them look very good when he was finished. He was outstanding and went above and beyond. Curtis the helper from the first day was also very professional and efficient. They were a good team. Johnny, who helped Thomas the second day was also very good. We would welcome them back to work on other windows if we ever need them.

Lincoln and Chris J. came out and installed three windows in a days time. They spent twelve hours straight working, one of which was in a very warm attic. The windows aren't the cheapest, but they are of a high quality. And, the heat reflective technology is incredible.

Update 3/12/18:
We just had Renewal out for a third phase of windows installed. They sent five guys, and had two large windows done in two hours time. As per usual, they look great. The crew was friendly, laughing, and working hard. Renewal needs to put out a handbook on how to be a great contractor for others to read. First in class. This review is for the installers of a gorgeous, second story, bay window installed in my house. Paco and Brian's professionalism, kindness, and artistry are so very much appreciated.

The workers (Josh Z. and Johnny R) arrived when they said they would, laid the cloths to protect my carpet, and then discussed with me the work to be done according to their work order. Josh helped me get my blinds off the windows which I could not do by myself. Before the work started they put plastic over my bed, dressers and shelves to protect them from the dust. Once the work began they worked non-stop except for a short lunch break. What I appreciate is their teamwork and their professionalism - both Josh and Johnny have several years of experience, and are extremely proficient at what they do and knowledgeable about their craft. They made recommendations for trim and explained differences between the options. They cleaned up and removed debris as they worked. They basically treated my house like their own. The windows are high quality, easy to clean, and easy to open and close - plus very energy efficient. I could not be happier with the entire process - from the initial sales meeting through the installation. I would definitely recommend Renewal By Andersen!

Our windows are absolutely gorgeous. Our window journey began with a lot of shopping. Jesse C really showed us how Renewal by Anderson was the only way to upgrade our windows. He provided us three separate quotes based on every variation of window upgrades. We ultimately abandoned our original plan to complete only the front of the house and settled on upgrading all our windows. Our project manager came out for our custom measurements was great. He worked with us to ensure all windows would be exactly what we wanted including the pair that required reconstructing the opening. Lincoln L and Peter S were an incredible install team. They answered all our questions and were just incredible to work with. I just cant get over what a difference these windows have made. Thank you!

Our experiences with Renewal by Anderson (WA) have always been great. The interactions with RBA staff, from sales to installation, were positive, professional and communication excellent. The installers, Theo L. and Darren A., worked hard and efficiently and communicated well throughout the entire process. They were able to address any concerns we had regarding the installation. In an older home in my hometown in Seattle Washington we had seven large windows plus a double door with LOW-E4 SMARTSUN GLASS. 45% more effective in winter, 70% more effective in summer, and Blocks 95% of UV rays that can damage drapes, artwork, and furniture. With the old windows my oak furniture was damaged by the sun. So am looking forward to the improvement with the replace windows by Andersen. We can't say enough about the installers Colin and Peter. They were very personable and knowledgeable, and very efficient.

We had a wonderful experience with Renewal by Anderson from the very beginning. The sales person was knowledgeable and friendly and didn't try to up sales the product. In fact he did his best to get us the best price. Along with guys that came out and measured twice. We have a unique situation because several of the windows being replaced are in concrete block so the knowledge of how to measure to get the right window was crucial.

The installers Justin K, Curtis H, and Anthony H were great at the installation, knowledgeable and hard workers. They found a spot where we needed some stuctual repair due to a roof leak that we did not know we had. The repairs were more than they could handle so they put things back gave us the instructions on how to proceed to either get on Renewals list to get it repaired or have someone we knew repair the damage. Once we had completed the repair all we had to do is call the office and Betty had the same installers out within three days and we were done.

This was one of the easiest and most pleasant home repairs that we have had.

Our experience with Renewal by Andersen was terrific from Sales to installation. The stars of the process were by far the installation team of Justin R, Frank T, and Buddy. For our three day installation, they professionally handled our questions, daily cleanup and every little glitch our house threw at them. The windows and doors are beautifully made and installed to perfection. We will recommend Renewal by Andersen to everyone who will listen. Thank you all!

Our installation team of Josh Z, Oliver V, and Tyler C did an excellent job installing our 11 replacement windows. They were polite, friendly, efficient and did a great job.

Kraig and Chris worked hard all day, were professional and kind. They gave us time in the morning to put the cats in the garage and answered the questions of neighbors passing by. I had chosen Anderson windows because of the quality product. I could not have asked for a better installation by any nicer guys! Thanks.

The attitude of their instal crew is terrible. We had to fire the first project manager Amy because of her disrespect and lies. Then the instal job was subpar at best. We were assured that they would come out and address all the issues however they came out and argued every issue we have, Including property damage. Monty and Sio were condisending and sexist. It s been over two months and our project is still not completed. We have gotten to the extent of contacting the sheriffs department because the issue has escalated to a confrontational levels. I don t feel safe with the staff named in this review at my home.

Love the new windows! Vincent and Jonny provided exceptional service when installing the windows. They were on time, worked hard and quickly during the installation, and their clean up was all that anyone could ask. I highly recommend them and Renewal by Anderson!!!

We were very pleased with the installation of our new windows recently. Brandon R. and Tyler P. were both very professional and efficient in their work. There was a mistake made, in which two of the same size casement windows were swapped in the install. This was noticed during the post work walk-through. Brandon, the work lead, was most apologetic for the mix up and steps were taken to expeditiously rectify the error. We have been, overall, very pleased with our experience with Renewal by Anderson and would recommend them as a first option for anyone looking to partner with a company in upgrading and caring for your household investment.

We just had a team of three come out to install some windows, one which was to frame off to make one smaller. Cody G, Nick, and Eswaldo were all professional and did a fantastic job. Nick was the framer and he did exactly what was asked for and it looks awesome. The windows are what the said they would be. What a change to the look of the home. We are definitely going back for the next set of replacements. I am not going to look anywhere else.

If you are trying to decide whether the additional cost is justified, and if you researched you know there are cheaper places, I can tell you it is worth the extra money in my opinion. Windows are not just windows!!

Our experience with Renewal by Anderson was excellent. From the first visit by Liz to measure and discuss the style options of our replacement window, to the installation by the installer Eleazar Tellez, everything was of the top service and quality. I will use them again and highly recommend Renewal by Anderson.

This is the second time we have had windows installed by Renewal by Anderson. The first time was two years ago. We had such a positive experience and liked the quality of the product so much , that we went ahead and had more windows installed recently. Again, we were pleased with our experience and would recommend Renewal Anderson to others. The installers were prompt, professional, skilled and courteous. The windows are beautiful and of very good quality. We like the life-time guarantee that they come with.

Justin and Curtis did an excellent job. They were thorough, professional, and made sure I was satisfied. They even helped me hang my blinds up before they left.

A huge thank you and shout out to Josh Zimmerman and Kevin R for their awesome install. We had quite the project with full home window replacement (16 in total with some very large heavy wondows), sliding door replacement and then removal of second sliding door to convert into large picture windows instead. They made the whole project look smooth , which I know it was a beast, and kept us informed of their progress, next plans and were very pleasant and professional. My spouse is million question man and Josh was amazing with taking the time to answer them all. We had some rot issues and those were quickly addressed with a local person they work with, who was equally wonderful. The windows look amazing and I am in love with the new larger sliding doors. Our neighbors were stopping to ask questions as well as they loved the look. They say you get what you pay for and I personally think it was well worth the investment to go with Renewal by Anderson.

We've just finished Phase 1 of our window replacements on our home. Renewal by Andersen is amazing! The crew, Brandon R. & Tyler P. were refreshingly prompt, professional and friendly. They took time to review with us, which windows would be installed for the two day process. They worked efficiently, took time to prep the work area to protect themselves and our home, did a thorough cleanup and were amazingly quiet. Even with a very minor error with one of our windows on day 2, they kept us informed, quickly got a tech out in a short amount of time, who made the correction without any fuss or delay.

If you are considering window replacement in your home, we highly recommend Renewal by Anderson for the job. From the initial consultation with Roger, working with Sara in administration who kept us apprised of the building of our windows, loans and installation and of course with the excellent crew who came to our house to do the actual installation has been exceedingly refreshing. Excellent customer service and the final product....well, we are extremely happy and can hardly wait for the rest of our windows to be built to complete the replacement of the rest of our windows!

So Renewal by Andersen was not my first choice in window supplier, but due to the nature of our project (100 year old home, original windows), it became clear that the usual window contractor wouldn't cut it for our home. Most of our spaces were atypically sized (you can't go to Home Depot and just buy a window which would fit our home). Additionally, the window frames had experienced settling, so for some they weren't even at right angles.

After meeting with their sales rep (Carol, excellent) we came to understand the necessity of getting custom windows built for our home. This coupled to their full service installation and warranty allowed for us to accept their high price tag (financing is often available).

After ordering the windows, their project manager reached out to us to schedule tech measurements and installation. They worked around our schedule and old house (lead based paint) to arrange for the install. Their installation crew were professional, courteous and thoughtful. Coming across a few issues you might imagine coming up in a 100 year old home they identified issues, figured out fixes and got our windows in place!

We haven't had a massive heat wave in Seattle this summer, but I did notice that the home does seem much cooler than before (we upgraded from single panes). I'm definitely glad we did the work even with the high price tag associated.

Carl and Jamey were terrific. We asked them to replace the blind hangers (which involved a lot of work!) and they didn't flinch. We respect their professionalism and expertise. We'd give them a 10 out of 10!

My experience was bad enough that I decided to leave my first Google review - ever. I was excited to call Renewal By Andersen because of the reputation of Anderson products. They asked a series of questions about our home and what we were shopping for, then said we were a great fit. Then they STRONGLY insisted that both my wife and I be present. I shared that we already have a good idea of what we are looking for and my wife has no interest in sitting through 90 minutes of window sales. Their response was, please let us know if you change your mind. Wow! Would they have done the same thing if only my wife was going to be home for the visit? What if I was single? Poor service, I felt extremely disrespected.

Vincent and Leo installed three windows in my condominium they did an amazing job not only were they clean professional but very respectful of my home thank you for a great job well done boys.

We just had 11 windows installed by Anderson, and overall it has been a very good experience, from the sales presentation to the installation and the followup. Our installers, Vantha and Estabon were very fast, efficient, tidy and courteous. We found that a problem had developed over night with three of the windows, but a call to the office brought us another technician, Paul, the same day to fix it. Paul also did a good job for us. The only complaint we have had was that we received a call at 6pm the night before the originally scheduled installation telling us that , due to a factory glitch, it would have to be postponed a week. We wouldn't have minded that, but due to the lateness of the call, we had already moved our furniture and taken down all the blinds and hardware.

From our first visit with Brandyn, to the installation with the two J's, Johnny R and Jonny L, this project went off without a hitch. The communication with the employees at Renewal by Andersen was amazing, from start to finish. They keep us informed of our window installation along the way. Johnny and Jonny arrived promplty every morning. They are very knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything along the way. This was a big home improvement project for us and we are very happy with our windows and would recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone who is looking for high quality windows. Thank you. In June 2015 we had Renewal by Anderson replace windows in our kitchen, living room and master bedroom. These were not simple replacement windows as two of the living room windows were made longer, three others were made into one huge box window, and the two windows on each side of the fireplace went from 43 by12 inches to 43 by 69 inches giving us great views of the foliage outside. In the bedroom another three windows were transformed into a giant box window and another window was replace by a patio door to our deck. They arrived at our home when they said they would and finished in four days like they promised. We love our windows and spend a lot of time just looking out and enjoying the view. Erin Smith was the project manager and Chad McNew was the installation supervisor and was the one who suggested the box windows. Coltin Gilles and his helpers Dan M., Matt V., and Steve S. did a fantastic job of installing the windows we could not be more pleased. Thanks everybody at Renewal By Andersen!

From start to finish this was an incredibly professional & positive experience! The installation team of Oz, Buddy, Pete and Austin was exceptional. Can't praise Oz enough for his close work with us, explaining the process completely as he and his crew replaced the windows in our home. The quality of these windows are of the highest quality...super pleased with the quality. But, I can't stress enough our pleasure with the installation team. I had most of my windows replaced last week. The installers, Lincoln and Osvaldo were great and did an excellent job! I have had a lot of work done throughout the years and some very good workers but it was an unexpected treat to have ones who had smiles on their faces and laughter in their voices as they were doing this wonderful job. The windows are so much more than I expected...gorgeous as well as energy efficient. I couldn't be happier with them.

There was one problem that is still unresolved. The bay window I ordered was somehow overlooked and did not get ordered. I am now waiting for that window unit (and the window next to it) to be manufactured and then installed. I understand that mistakes can be made, but I am concerned that my Project Manager has yet to contact me with an estimate of when I can expect them to be installed and completed. I have called and left messages asking for a return call regarding the status but to-date have not received a return call.

Fantastic job. Windows are beautiful and the crew was great! They were professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They minimized upset to our house even though they installed 18 windows. Kudos to Nick B., Leo H., Cody G. and Tyler P. Job well done!

This is my 2nd time using Renewal by Andersen for window replacement on my 36 year old home. Several years ago I had two upstairs bedroom windows replaced, and had a positive experience, so when I decided to replace 9 additional windows, my first call was to Andersen. The same sales person (David D) I worked with the first time was the person who came this time, too it was great having that continuity! The team work from that point forward was also great including the person who came to do the final measurements, the project coordinator (Kevin C), and the installers (Josh Z and Carter F). Josh and Carter arrived on time each day, with a can-do attitude and a smile on their faces. It took 4 days to complete the job and it rained on most of those days. Josh and Carter took care to cover the carpets and hardwood floors to keep the house clean, and covered any furniture that was at risk due to dust created along the way. They took great pride in their work, and the final result showed that!
I couldn t be more pleased with my new windows, and would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen if you want a professional crew, and an excellent product!

Beautiful new window in our North Bed home. Sales person, Colin was super knowledgeable and helpful. The actual installers, Carl and Jonny did a fantastic job, start to finish. I am only giving less than 5 stars because Colin gave us a quote and stated clearly that it was for a window which matched the others on that side of the house, which have a plastic grid between the panes. When a tech came to measure the window he told us that the grid was not included and could cost over $300 extra. He also told me that if they had to replace a 16 ft piece of wood trim on the exterior of the house that he didn't know if he cold get a piece that big on his truck and asked if they could piece other bits together instead. I nearly cancelled the appointment. After an unpleasant call with Colin's super, they replaced the window, per the original contract price, according to the contract job description. They also had plenty of trim long enough to replace our 16 foot piece. I think that they have an expectation to replace multiple windows and tried to lower their level of service with a lower profit margin. I only had one window to replace. I had to stand my ground to get what they originally agreed to deliver.

Brandon R and Ryan P did a fantastic job of installing my new windows. The instillation was changeling due to the age of the cabin and the custom window shapes to deal with. They were professional, efficient, courteous and were able to answer all the questions I had about the new windows. Feeling very happy and very well served.

Installers Ryan W & Cody D were extremely professional. Job site was spotless after they left. The attention to detail on the installs was refreshing. All-in-all I highly recommend Anderson and the crew that did our install. Great people and a great product.

This is a two part review -
Installers Vantha and Eleazar were excellent (5 stars) arriving on time and fully prepared to get the job done quickly and professionally. We had 8 windows replaced and a sliding door which ended up taking two full days. Job sites were set up in a way to keep the house clean. Overall the interaction and professionalism with the install team was great. We were also surprised to learn that one of the frames had been damaged during shipping. I probably would not have noticed the issue for quite some time however the install team noticed and got a new door ordered for future replacement.
Onto the less than perfect bit -
At initial consultation it was required that my wife and I be present even though scheduling was difficult. I get it, it makes sense to have both decision makers at home during the consultation. Unfortunately it was merely a ploy to ensure their high pressure sales tactics were successful. I do think that the high quality of the windows would have spoken for themselves without the added pressure of "limited time offers" and "buy today or lose out on $5,000" etc. Overall we still decided to go with the high cost Anderson windows (double the cost of anyone else) and are happy with the choice after install. It doesn't negate the fact that after the consult I was left with a bamboozled feeling of "what just happened?". Lead time was approximately two months which seemed very long considering one of our windows was smashed and boarded up.
Even with the negatives, I would still recommend and use Renewal by Anderson again with an understanding those things stated above.

We had all 15 windows in our house replaced by Renewal by Anderson and we are extremely pleased with how they turned out. The new windows updated the exterior of our house about 40 years! The customer service from day one was phenomenal and each step of the process was laid out so there wasn't any surprises along the way. We were told to block out four days for the install and the installers were able to finish it in three which was great. The installers, Henry V. and Vince C. were always on time and very curtious. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately they left behind an incredible amount of old nails both inside and out which were found by my two year old. We also noticed one of our sprinkler heads got damaged as well. However, those are extremely small details compared to the effecient job they did.

Overall, I would recommend Renewal by Anderson, both for the product and the service.

Our last window [out of 9] was finally put in today! All of the windows were installed by Johnny R and Johnny L at three separate occasions and as always they were very professional, trustworthy, as well as polite and respectful. They made sure we were happy with the result and that we understood how to operate the windows before leaving. They were also great in cleaning up after themselves which is a big plus.

There were some manufacturing problems with our two custom designed picture windows which took months to straighten out but the project manager, Kevin C, was great to work with. He was responsive to our concerns as well as easy to reach when necessary. This Seattle team works well and they definitely get 5 stars each.

The windows are beautiful and well made, The problem was with the manufacturing plant, they are great with standard windows but not custom designed ones. Thank God, the Renewal by Andersen Company will only install when you are satisfied and happy. I only gave the business four stars because of the manufacturing problems.

We just had some doors replaced... it has been a bit of a long story as we were rescheduled and then a few things went wrong in the initial installation. But yesterday Monte K and Bryant were out to wrap up the job and I have to commend them for their excellent work and attention to detail. They even took time at the end of their long day to troubleshoot an issue we were having from the first installation!

After shopping around we decided to go with Renewal by Anderson to replace our 9 windows in our older 1930 s house. The price felt a bit high at first but after the project was finished it was well worth the cost.

At the 2015 home show in Seattle we requested a sales rep to come visit our house to share with us what options Anderson provided. There was a detailed presentation on the windows and my wife picked out the styles she wanted. The financing was wonderful since it was a 0% interest for 24 months.

The team of installers (Coltin, Waylin, Klinton and Kraig) arrived early for the installation. They put down cloth and plastic throughout entire house which I appreciated. The quality and speed of the work was fantastic. We ve had many contractors working around our property the past few months and none came close to being as wonderful as the team from Renewal by Anderson. I appreciate the time they took to perfect the job around our new egress window.

The job was completed in 1 day which was amazing. We love the new windows and will definitely have Renewal by Andersen replace any future windows and recommend to all family and friends.

Curtis Hall and Nate Storeo installer of Renewal by Andersen did a beautiful job installing our nine windows. They were courteous, on schedule, kind. The clean up everything and they also put back my downspout. We are very happy. Good job and well done. Kudos to Curtis and Nate, good team work.

Job well done is all I can say about the crew from Renewal by Andersen. I had 13 windows replaced including this huge picture window that took 4 guys to lift. All the work from start to finish was excellent. Audrey from sales knew the products inside and out, Paul had great ideas in window size and placement, Kevin and Betty were great in managing the project from the materials I wanted early to scheduling. The work crew below, Cody G, Leo, Justin K, Curtis and Thomas did a fabulous job of keeping all the bits and pieces together. Cody as the lead, kept me informed of the schedule, work specifics and all the windows, plus making sure everything was cleaned up inside and out. Justin was awesome with the finish work on the inside as I am picky about the wood work. I would absolutely recommend Andersen windows to anyone looking for high quality windows.

Our Window Contractor. Renewal by Andersen s work was simply the best. We have completed numerous home projects and are very critical of the workmanship of others, including the builders of our home. With Renewal, the workmanship exceeded our expectations and did not require that we make any changes after the work was completed. The windows were installed quickly and the end product has the appearance of having been built during the original construction.

Zach and Bruce did a great job. They worked through sun, rain and snow to complete our job ahead of time. They were respectful and courteous and I would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the product and installation. Nick B and Jeff G were very professional, timely and cleaned up after their work. We will definitely use them again.

We purchased four new windows from Renewal by Andersen, and were given a date for installation. At the install date, when no one showed up, we called the company and found out that no one there had put us on their installment calendar.

We agreed upon a second date.

At the second date, the installers (Josh & Cody) arrived promptly, and happily completed the installation quickly and without fuss. They were clearly quality experienced installers, professional in approach, good to talk to and did their business cleanly. If (or when?) we contract for more windows, we will certainly ask for them. Yes, we like the windows!

Our experience with Renewal by Anderson was great overall. Our installers (Cody G, Leo, Jesse, and Oliver) were amazing to work with and did a fantastic job! Our sales person and the measurement person were at odds on a couple of things that ended up leaving us hanging a bit but our scheduler, Betty, did a great job making sure we were happy with our windows and the install. Nice windows but one broke (wouldn t stay open just kept sliding down the track) about a month after installation. Took three weeks to get the part in.

Short story: It's very expensive and not worth it.
Same story as everyone else with a poor review here, which I unfortunately disregarded. Setting up an appointment is a pain since they request all members of the household to be available for 90 minutes otherwise they will not come in. They got the address wrong during the first call and I received 4 more calls down the road to confirm the address; it was annoying...every time they will hold you on the line for 5 minutes explaining how important it is that both you and your spouse are there. FInally the "designer" came in and quoted a 5-digit price that was X3 higher than previous quotes we had been given. When we asked the 'designer" what options we had for our new windows they said "go on pinterest and find the windows you want and let us know". WOW. The conversation lasted ~5 minutes and then they said they were done and walked out. Plus, they had a purported 40% off the second window deal that was the reason we originally called and of course that was never mentioned or considered in the quote. Unprofessional, not worth it your time.

Installers Brandon and Jeff were efficient, professional and very thorough and dedicated to a quality installation of our Renewal by Andersen Windows. Highly recommend the product and employees!

In addition to the window installations of November, we recently had a glass slider installed by Brandon, Jeff and coordinated by project manager Sarah H in December--once again the task was completed when promised! We were impressed on how efficiently this team works. The product met all our expectations and we love how warm our house has been this winter.

Our new windows are exceptional quality. I was concerned that the installation wouldn't be done up to my expectations. But the installation team of Lincoln L., Leo H., and Osvaldo V. exceeded my expectations. I actually think of a way the job could have been done better.

Ryan and Dan were awesome. They got our beautiful new windows up fast even with our steep driveway to deal with. We really appreciate their hard work. Our windows are great we could tell the difference with how quiet the room was right away.

Have to brag about how happy my husband and I are with our new Andersen windows! All the windows and two sliders in our house had failed after only being installed for 12 years. We were not happy to have to be replacing them so quickly.

Renewal by Andersen was the easiest process we have experienced in a long time. From the salesperson-Jesse, to Betty-our project manager, to the entire installation crew, we quickly saw the difference from the install 12 years ago versus how Chad A, Rob L. and Theo L performed their work. Each was punctual, professional, courteous, thoughtful, and fun to have in our home for 2 days. Each one of them paid attention to the details. They worked hard, didn t take breaks, they rolled out material to cover all floors and walkways to the windows, they placed plastic over all household furniture, tables, counters, pictures, etc. before they began work. They cleaned up as they went along and they all worked well together as a team. And Theo he was the wood wrap magician around each of our slider doors and a definite master of his craft! Beautiful job, including outside wood trim, and have already received compliments on his work.

On the outside of the house, we had wood trim around each window and slider door. They removed the old and cut and replaced the trim with much thicker, better quality pre-treated wood and caulked all around them. We also had T1-11 siding which made their job more labor-intensive. They took the extra step to caulk around each groove!
Needless, to say we are very happy with the windows and feel they are warmer than our old ones. They look beautiful from inside and out, they are easy to open, slide, close, and lock. Couldn t have asked for a better, more efficient and skilled crew than we received. We already have been recommending them.

Josh Z and Chris J were our crew and did a fantastic job on a 4-day install. They were personable and worked with us on our schedule. Our windows are beautiful! They did a great job getting in and out daily (despite icky weather in January).

The entire process was very well-organized and straightforward. I was kept informed the whole way through from purchase, to order, to installation. Zach C. and Bruce T. did a great job on the install. Very efficient, clean, and accommodating. The finished product looks great!

First of all , the patio doors are amazing !!! Thanks to Chad and his team for doing an excellent job for the installations of our patio doors. They showed up on time for 2 days and cleaned everything , so tidy that I never had to do anything . I'll recommend this company to anyone because they do their jobs seriously to make customers happy.

We hired Renewal by Andersen to replace two windows, and cut a new set of windows into a wall. The windows are beautiful, and the installers did an excellent job. I would have given them a 5-star rating except for the operations-side. We met with a salesman on 2/8 and signed all the paperwork. Four days later the technical specialist came out, measured for the windows, and explained that we needed to cut the power before our installation set for March 12th. We had an electrician come out and cut the power at the end of February. On March 11th the Project Manager called to let us know that we would not be getting windows the next day because nobody had checked on the time needed to acquire a permit for our area. By the time the permit came through, COVID-19 restrictions were in place. This seems like a a major fail on someone's part. One call to the county permit office would have changed the game. Once restrictions were lifted (almost 2 months after our scheduled date), the installers came out and installed the windows. They did a great job, and they left the place clean! Shout out to Josh & Kevin. Unfortunately, there was a defect in one of the screens, missing hardware on one of the windows, the wrong hardware on one of the windows, and the wrong size frame (as agreed upon with the technician) for the windows. These are small things to some people, but it took away from the experience for us.

Ryan B and Brandon G are a great install team. We had them for our first project and specifically requested they come back for this one. They are pleasant, professional, and do a killer job.

The windows are wonderful! Our installers Mark Svenson, and Tylar Canady were very professional and great to work with. We are very pleased with their service and the quality of their work.

Renewal by Andersen are pros, they knew the window that we needed for our renovation, they knew we wanted them to be energy efficient and they knew what we wanted to pay. They met our needs with ease and installed the windows within the day, thus relieving us of some of our damage stress.

We had an issue of an Andersen french door that had some water leaking. Had an initial review that was inconclusive so Corey, Lulu and Andy King said they wanted to remove the door to get to the bottom of the problem. They had a crew out (Josh Z& Chris J) who identified the problem and in the process found some underlying wood damage. Once we got the wood damage fixed, Josh & Chris came back out and reinstalled the door . . .
This was all covered under the warranty.

We have been extremely happy with everyone at RBA - especially Corey, Lulu, Andy in the office making sure we got the problem identified and Josh & Chris in the field taking the time to remove the door, identify the problem and get the door back up again. It is nice to find a company that not only has fantastic products, but more importantly - stands behind the work that they do.

Anderson Renewal replaced two bay windows and our sliding glass door. The quality of the products is exceptional. The installers, Vince, Jesus and Eli, were knowledgeable craftsmen who paid attention to detail. They were respectful of our home during the installation and cleaned up after they finished. The simply did an excellent job. Our experience with Anderson Renewal could not have been better.

We are so pleased with the beautiful windows and the entire installation process was so well organized. Paul C. was our project leader, but each of the other installers (Oliver V., Eleazar, and Majel) were equally efficient and very skillful. Replacing windows is a big investment and we are so happy that we decided to go with Renewal by Anderson of Seattle!

Oz and Leo were very professional and arrived bright and early. They worked very meticulously not rushing just to get the job done. They replaced an old aluminum framed slider with a beautiful set of French doors. Their pride showed in the finished product. Great Job guys. I highly recommend this team.

This was it, we only had three windows to complete the full install of a full house of Renewal by Anderson windows. Chad A., Bobby R., and Anthony H., did an outstanding job of installing the windoes, from start to finish. The wood windows are so beautiful and the apron below the new wood window sills added that extra touch of a classic look and feel. I recently replaced some main focal point windows in our home using Renewal by Anderson. I received the highest level of customer experience that I have ever realized from construction contractor. Starting with my original call in that led to a scheduling of an in home visit to produce a bid for the job, followed by a professional measurement and explanation of the job. We were then assigned the installment team who provided great communication as to when the job would start, what time they would arrive on the install date, and roughly when they would finish. The installation crew showed up on time, replaced the windows in one day and left my home having cleaned up their construction area thoroughly.

Every person I dealt with was professional, empathetic, and personable. Frankly, I am blown away by how positive the experience was. Yes, the overall cost is higher than most but the end result was pure value. As an aside, I was very concerned about the retrofit as my original windows were encased in stucco. I was worried that the demolition would result in stucco repair which can lead to high repair costs. The installation team, headed by an extremely professional and personable gentlemen named Manuel, so carefully extracted the original windows that no additional repairs were needed. My interior molding was custom and the install team perfectly matched my custom molding at no additional cost. After removal of the original windows there was some dry rot evident in some of the framing surrounding one window and the install team repaired the damage at no additional cost.

In the end, the finished job is exceptional. The windows are beautiful and I am one extremely happy customer! Thank you Renewal by Anderson for a truly great experience.

We had 10 of our windows replaced a couple weeks ago and the whole process, from initial visit to install, was really smooth. The installers: Chris V, Carter, Bruce, and Larry were able to get 7 of the 10 done in a single day, and were finished by noon the following day. Our new windows are great and we'll replace the rest with RbA when the time comes!

Ryan M/Darren A/Justin K & Curtis H were our installers. They were Great to work with and Courteous and took care of our house (drop cloths) while installing the windows. They turned out great and have made a difference in the Warmth Staying Inside rather then allowing the Cold from our previous windows to chill the house, being 28 years old. Thanks Guys :-)
