My experience was bad enough that I decided to leave my first Google review - ever. I was excited to call Renewal By Andersen because of the reputation of Anderson products. They asked a series of questions about our home and what we were shopping for, then said we were a great fit. Then they STRONGLY insisted that both my wife and I be present. I shared that we already have a good idea of what we are looking for and my wife has no interest in sitting through 90 minutes of window sales. Their response was, please let us know if you change your mind. Wow! Would they have done the same thing if only my wife was going to be home for the visit? What if I was single? Poor service, I felt extremely disrespected.
