Beautiful new window in our North Bed home. Sales person, Colin was super knowledgeable and helpful. The actual installers, Carl and Jonny did a fantastic job, start to finish. I am only giving less than 5 stars because Colin gave us a quote and stated clearly that it was for a window which matched the others on that side of the house, which have a plastic grid between the panes. When a tech came to measure the window he told us that the grid was not included and could cost over $300 extra. He also told me that if they had to replace a 16 ft piece of wood trim on the exterior of the house that he didn't know if he cold get a piece that big on his truck and asked if they could piece other bits together instead. I nearly cancelled the appointment. After an unpleasant call with Colin's super, they replaced the window, per the original contract price, according to the contract job description. They also had plenty of trim long enough to replace our 16 foot piece. I think that they have an expectation to replace multiple windows and tried to lower their level of service with a lower profit margin. I only had one window to replace. I had to stand my ground to get what they originally agreed to deliver.
