We had an issue of an Andersen french door that had some water leaking. Had an initial review that was inconclusive so Corey, Lulu and Andy King said they wanted to remove the door to get to the bottom of the problem. They had a crew out (Josh Z& Chris J) who identified the problem and in the process found some underlying wood damage. Once we got the wood damage fixed, Josh & Chris came back out and reinstalled the door . . .
This was all covered under the warranty.

We have been extremely happy with everyone at RBA - especially Corey, Lulu, Andy in the office making sure we got the problem identified and Josh & Chris in the field taking the time to remove the door, identify the problem and get the door back up again. It is nice to find a company that not only has fantastic products, but more importantly - stands behind the work that they do.
