I had most of my windows replaced last week. The installers, Lincoln and Osvaldo were great and did an excellent job! I have had a lot of work done throughout the years and some very good workers but it was an unexpected treat to have ones who had smiles on their faces and laughter in their voices as they were doing this wonderful job. The windows are so much more than I expected...gorgeous as well as energy efficient. I couldn't be happier with them.

There was one problem that is still unresolved. The bay window I ordered was somehow overlooked and did not get ordered. I am now waiting for that window unit (and the window next to it) to be manufactured and then installed. I understand that mistakes can be made, but I am concerned that my Project Manager has yet to contact me with an estimate of when I can expect them to be installed and completed. I have called and left messages asking for a return call regarding the status but to-date have not received a return call.
