Vince C. and Henry V. installed our new Anderson windows. They provided excellent service and their work was top notch. They were respectful of our home and safety. They were friendly and courteous to us and worked extremely well together. They represented the company well by the quality of work and the timeliness of their work. Their work ethic is very commendable. Vince noticed that our kitchen window came with an obscured glass pane which was not what we had ordered. He assured us that Renewal by Anderson would correct the error by replacing the slider. Vince and Henry were exceptional. We were not planning to purchase windows at this time but are so glad that we called for the price quote. Eric Davis was the Design Consultant that met with us and showed us how the improvement of new windows by Anderson would benefit us. We never felt pressured. It was the knowledge of this product and the entire industry that convinced us that it was the time to get new windows. We are thankful that we did. We will recommend Renewal by Anderson.
