Short story: It's very expensive and not worth it.
Same story as everyone else with a poor review here, which I unfortunately disregarded. Setting up an appointment is a pain since they request all members of the household to be available for 90 minutes otherwise they will not come in. They got the address wrong during the first call and I received 4 more calls down the road to confirm the address; it was annoying...every time they will hold you on the line for 5 minutes explaining how important it is that both you and your spouse are there. FInally the "designer" came in and quoted a 5-digit price that was X3 higher than previous quotes we had been given. When we asked the 'designer" what options we had for our new windows they said "go on pinterest and find the windows you want and let us know". WOW. The conversation lasted ~5 minutes and then they said they were done and walked out. Plus, they had a purported 40% off the second window deal that was the reason we originally called and of course that was never mentioned or considered in the quote. Unprofessional, not worth it your time.
