We just had 8 windows replaced by Austin F and Cody H. They were meticulously efficient and knowledgeable about installation processes. It was impressive. Bill s initial presentation convinced us we were looking at state of the art windows that would easily serve our goal of making a long term investment in our vacation family home so that our kids wouldn t have to incur the expense again in the future. Our Project Manager, Sarah kept us informed every step of the way. Now we are having a few windows replaced in our primary residence by the same team.
We received many window replacement quotes but ultimately decided to go with Renewal by Andersen because of incomparable quality of materials and craftsmanship.

Chad A and Bobby R were a great team for installing our new windows. Working together or independent they were fast, efficient and professional. They represented Renewal by Anderson very well.
Buyers beware. This company is scamming customers with over priced doors. They won t give you any pricing online or over the phone. They send an over zealous rep to your home to try and sell the deal. Doors are extremely over priced. They show you a door starting at $20k and then take off all the amenities to make it affordable. Total scam! Once you sign a contract there is virtually no more communication from them.
On 6/20/19 I made an online inquiry about replacing a patio slider door with a french door. Someone named Morgan responded asking a series of questions, and scheduled an appointment for 7/28 at 2:00. On 7/18 I received a call (couldn t quite get the name) I think it was Jason, asking me to call to confirm my 7/28 appt. during that call the rep asked me the same series of questions as the previous call and asked several times if me and my husband would both be available for the scheduled meeting. I told him just I would be at the appointment.
After that call I received 4 more calls and one text message from Nicolas, Niko all canceling my appointment. I called back and told the rep that I would not be rescheduling. All of a sudden they resolved whatever issue they had and could have someone here by 10am on 7/28. Needless to say no one showed up.
After emailing the rep, Jan Domek, she assured me that it was just a mix up and someone would be at my house the next day to measure the door and would bring a gift card for our trouble. The guy showed up to measure (had no gift card) said he ran out of time and was going to the nearest store to get one - he never came back!
This company tells you that the over priced door is being costumed made so will take 6 - 8 weeks. After 3 months of waiting without any correspondence from the company or the rep who was sold excited to sell us this door, I inquired about an ETA. No one responded. After two weeks of emailing, texting and calling I received a letter in the mail from Renewal by Andersen with one sentence. We have decided not to go ahead with your order.
This company is a huge scam so buyers beware. We found another company that offered a better door at a third of what Renewal by Andersen was trying to sell us. Stay away!
Last week we had our windows replaced by Renewal by Anderson, I am very pleased with the experience. Our home was built in 1919, and had single paned windows which made for hot summer afternoons and cool drafts in the winter. Our home is now noticeably cooler and quieter. The installation was impressive to watch, methodical, organized and of high-quality workmanship. Jon and Cody represent RBA well. The job had been estimated to take three days, they brought six workers on day 1 and knocked out 75% of the job.
I recommend Renewal by Anderson windows with no reservations.

All the while, they were kind, considerate, and good humored. I have only good things to say about them and their work.
Our decision to hire Renewal by Andersen is one of the best we have made for our home. From Ryan Sims (the salesman and our first real contact with RbA), help throughout from our project manager Betty, all the way through installation by Vantha and Curtis, it was a top notch professional experience.
Ryan thoroughly explained why RbA is such a great company and why their product and performance are of the highest quality. We then knew we would purchase RbA as we would not settle for any lesser product. He also has answered any question we had along the way and checked on us during installation.
From the moment Vantha and Curtis arrived on day 1 through the end of day 4 they did an amazing job with their first rate talent to efficiently replace 16 windows and 2 patio doors. From the removal of our old windows, being careful with our landscape, containing the general mess all this causes ~ in the aftermath you could hardly tell they spent all those days in and around our house. Except, of course, for the end result: these absolutely beautiful windows that now grace our home inside and out. We could feel the immediate difference in the house temperature (yay!), revel in touching the cool windows, enjoy eating in our dining room even more now, all with the full confidence that should any concern arise RbA is just a phone call away.
We purchased Renewal by Andersen windows in our old home when we were upgrading a few years ago and loved everything about them. When we moved this year to a home that had some needs, we knew RbA would be who we would call.
Tyler P and Brandon R came in and did a super job installing our replacement sliding glass door. They called ahead to let us know when they would arrive, and the whole process went better than expected, even with the high bar set from having gone through this before. Kudos to Brandon and Tyler for a great install, and also to our project manager LaVonne for a job well done through the entire process!
I signed up for windows to be put in July, didn't get most of them until October, the rest in November. For 2-3 weeks I could not go out the back door because they didn't bring the right doors. The french doors I had put in were sooo beautiful. However they came without the locking mechanism, were boeing and not closing right then proceeded to not close at all. Then the door handles fell off. Someone came out to fix that and noted that it was put in wrong. This was just one of many items with in all the windows I had installed that continuously went wrong. I would not wish this stress on anyone.
They get one star because you have to to post, otherwise they would have none.
We were very pleased with the professionalism exhibited by Brandon R. and Pete S. during their installation of our windows. The job was replacing 4 windows in the second story dormers. They got right to work and had the job done in a timely fashion. Both gentlemen were courteous and very diligent about cleaning up every scrap of debris on the ground.
The installers Ryan M and Jamie N were early, very communicative, and worked hard! The windows turned out great and despite a mix up with the office paperwork and not having the window control devices, they immediately called the project planner and worked towards resolving the problem. Extremely satisfied with the work, the quality, and the cleanliness they left the worksite after they finished. The windows look great and have been amazing during this "heat wave".

I just wanted say the guys that installed our windows this week (Oct. 1st - 4th) did a great job! We had 16 windows done and replaced a large garden window back into a regular window. I was surprised that we didn't have saw dust all over. They have a way that they keep it clean while they work.

Very polite, very professional and my wife and I were both able to work through the installation of 2 windows (upstairs and downstairs) without interruption. From my perspective it a was a very quick and easy process which speaks volumes for the skill and experience. I've had a total of 6 windows and a door replaced by Renewal by Andersen over the last 2 years and they continue to live up to and exceed all of their promises.

Our experience with RBA has been overall positive. The product and installation were both exceptional. Josh Z and Brian S were both very respectful of our house and quality craftsmen. They communicated their plan clearly, kept our house clean and executed their work on schedule.
We had a couple of windows that were delivered the wrong size. The installation crew was conscientious enough check measurements before taking out the old window so we avoided what could have been a much bigger problem. Now we just have to wait for the right size windows to come in. The quality of the windows that were installed however are even better than we expected. Couldn't be happier with the product and the installation.

Bryant S. and Oliver V. were both fantastic! They were punctual, professional, and great to work with. They used appropriate measures due to Covid-19 and worked around the baby's sleep schedule as much as possible. The windows were beautifully installed and they replace some siding that got "injured" in the process. You get what you pay for, and it was worth every penny as our home temperature doesn't fluctuate like it did prior and we can have the windows open without worry of insects getting in.

Jon C and Therin did an amazing job with the installation of 7 windows and 1 sliding glass door in my house recently. Jon would call or tet to let me know of their arrival every morning and every evening, he would show me the windows and any troubles they may have come across. I had to go out of town for the end of the install but even when I was out, he would call or text with information for me. When I returned from my trip, I found that he had even fixed the latch on my fence gate! I would highly recommend this company as their customer service is beyond what was expected!

Jeff Gumeson and Cody Henderson were the installers and did a great job. The original crew had to leave early on the first day and these two worked hard to ensure they got the job done as scheduled. There were some spots around the windows that we will have to touch up with paint, but they pointed them out to us ahead of time. We understand why and appreciate their patience with an older home with a few challenges. Highly recommend!

We had several windows and a sliding door installed a few years ago. We are very happy with the windows but the door started having trouble lifting when you opened it. Andersen was able to quickly schedule a service at a convenient time for us. Vincent was on time, friendly, worked clean and was very helpful in switching out the lock and dealing with our large dog who kept getting in the way! We still have a few large windows left to replace and will definitely try to work with Andersen again. Great service today!
We recently replaced five windows in our living room (we had failing Weathervanes). We hesitated a bit at the price, but decided to go for it. So glad we did. First of all, Renewal by Andersen stands by their product, their process and their people. One of our windows was mismeasured, and instead of giving us a run around, the company rushed a new order and made it right. The install team, Ryan and Dan, could not have been better. And most of all, we really love these new windows. They look terrific, they're much better quality and I'm noticing more warmth in the living room. Most of the companies we interviewed offered "day of" discounts, which can feel a bit pressuring, but remember you have three days in WA state to back out of a deal if you're not happy with it later. The sales pitch is high energy and enthusiastic, but I certainly didn't feel strong-armed into anything.

It will cost a little more than via a Big Box Store but the value is far greater than other commercial home services we have purchased during our 43 years in this home. From the initial visit by the knowledgeable sales woman, through the project manager to the actual installation, we experienced professional competence in every way. When the installation was scheduled we appreciated Cody's call, his, courtesy, reliability and expertise. Cody and Brian arrived just as scheduled and went right to work to replace our 55 year old wood framed sliding door. The house is as well built as they have seen and it was no small job to remove the door without so much as a scratch to the surrounding surfaces. They explained all they were doing and accepted my curiosity and "supervision". They were meticulous to protect the rest of our house and clean up as they worked. The reframing, insulation (everything you don't see on the surface), and trim work was done by real craftsmen. The finished product is beautiful and was well overdue. Our salesman Roger was up front with the pricing and explaining many intricacies involved in installing windows. The person who took Technical measurements,Joel C., gave us even more critical advice regarding our windows without which they would not have looked nearly as nice. This was our first experience with any window company and we are spoiled! From the first we could tell this product was far superior to any other on the market. Chris was our initial point of contact and gave us an educational presentation that not only taught us about the Andersen windows but about the general process and market for windows in general. He was very personable and eager to answer every question I had - which were quite a few.
We had another employee come out to our home about a week after signing the contract to do the technical measure and the gentleman was incredibly helpful in explaining the options to me and providing visual samples of the different trim I needed to choose from. I was impressed he took the time to help me, a visual learner, truly visualize the finished windows.
After that we didn't hear anything for some time, but we weren't too worried. The windows are custom-made at their factory in the Midwest (Wisconsin?) and shipped out. Also, due to our plans we needed to push the installation date back just a bit and the company worked well with us. However as we neared our proposed install date we didn't hear anything so I finally called the office and discovered it was scheduled, they just hadn't informed us.
The day finally came for our windows and everything went well removing the old windows. Michael, Ryan and two other gentleman all came to do the job and were very respectful, understanding and patient, especially considering I have curious young children. They set up a plastic "wall" to keep any bits of lead paint contained and were careful in our home.
Unfortunately the new windows locked together during transportation and after trying for some time to get them apart, the gentleman all had to agree - these windows weren't going to open. So they did a temporary install with the new windows and took extra care to seal everything completely so it would be weather-proof. Michael apologized profusely and I appreciated all the effort they put in to fix the problem. Unfortunately nothing short of new windows would fix it completely, so at no cost to us Andersen ordered new windows and put them on a rush. The installation crew estimated it would be 2-3 weeks and that was the last we heard.
Three weeks later there's no word from Andersen, so I called and talked to several people about our timeframe. Three days after my initial phone call I heard back from someone who told me the windows would be installed either later that week if another job finished early or on Monday afternoon. But first the company would inspect the new windows to ensure they were ready to be installed. On Wednesday I received a call from Andersen saying they would be here Monday afternoon to install.
Well today is Monday and sure enough, Michael and Ryan came ready to finish the job. They were kind and Ryan even moved my husband's truck for me as I was not ready for them yet. They took the time to answer questions about the job from my 2-year old and were quite pleasant.
I am impressed with the quality of work from Michael and Ryan. They even took the time to fill in a hole my children picked in the edge of the drywall around the window frame! Their attention to detail really made a big difference as I am a very detail-oriented person. They cleaned up efficiently and though they were done for the day I didn't feel rushed. Ryan took the time to move my husband's truck back where it was originally and stopped to pick up garbage on his way to the truck.
All in all, a positive experience. I gave 4 stars due to the poor communication from the office but Michael, Ryan, the other gentleman who came on the first installation day and the gentleman who performed the technical measure were all incredible. I highly recommend using Renewal by Andersen for all of your window needs.
A few months ago we had Matt Q and his crew installed our upstairs windows. They did a great job. We were so impressed with the work they did we've requested Matt Q's crew to do the downstairs windows. Matt Q , Nick W, Brandon R and Ryan were very professional. Matt would call me in the morning when they're on their way. We have two dogs and two cats and they were very accomodating. Our windows are huge. Most of them reaches ceiling. But they did a beautiful job. They cleaned up each day after they're done for the day. I'm very happy with our new windows. I'd highly recommend Matt Q and his crew.

From the beginning, the representative helped us select the best type of window; the measurement for the new window was right on the money, and the installers (Lincoln L. and Andrew H.) provided excellent work and quality of product. Vantha & Eleazar installed 4 windows and a sliding door over two days. They took great care to clean up after they were done with the job. New windows and door look terrific. Should be much more energy efficient that the original windows and door.
Two-day install by two pairs of installers for a Narrowline Gliding Door and five windows. Both teams (including Matt Q. and Brian S.) were polite, proficient, and dedicated to making things right. Everyone worked hard to make sure we were happy with the install. All installers were skilled at
installation plus keeping the related mess to a minimum. Post-install clean-up was excellent and every bit of debris was hauled away.
I had my windows replaced in May, this review is a little late; however, it has given me time to actually experience and enjoy the difference these windows have made to my life and my home. Prior to contacting Renewal By Andersen, I had spoken to many window companies, including Home Depot. Although, some were cheaper- they didn't compare to the professionalism and overall quality of Renewal's windows. It's like I am living in a new home! I used to have aluminum windows that were moldy and let air in, needless to say, winters were terrible for me. Now, it's not winter yet and on those cool mornings, the inside of the house stays warm! AND on those hot days, the house stays cool! It's been a relief having these beautiful windows in my home and I am glad I made the choice to choose quality and comfort. I am looking forward to this winter and witnessing the difference they will make!

This is our second large account with RBA Washington. The installers Justin and Anthony are awesome, working into the night, through showers and hail, to finish the install of our sunroom's 18 windows. Snaps also to sales guy Lee and Betty the PM. It takes a lot of great people to provide great value to the customers. The craftsmanship, from manufacture to installation, makes these windows a great value.
I decided to renovate my older home with new windows and had no idea the change it would make. I used to hide my windows with blinds, curtains and furniture. Now they make a statement. Paul C. and Shaden S. were incredible as my installers! They respected my home and landscape, disinfected after every visit and always left a clean work area. They were efficient with installing 18 windows and a slider door in just 4 days. Understanding with swapping pets from room to room and made the whole process effortless. All to often a company focuses more on sales than customer experience, RBA has a great policy ensuring your satisfaction to the end. I will definitely be a return customer!

Sales Experience:
One of us fell ill the day of the first meeting. The sales person kindly rescheduled after travelling to our house. The sales person did a great job of demonstrating the features, and we were really sold on the quality.
Install:
Waylin and David M. were awesome. They were prompt and battled removing 7 heavy windows and installing our new ones in awful weather. The only slight oops was that the invoice the guys had was missing one of our payments, but that was solved immediately.
Overall:
We loved this experience. We have had bad luck with local contractors, but Waylin and David turned our experience into a joy.
We now have a beautiful view again!

All my questions were answered & if they couldn't answer the called the office to help, They were here on time with calls each day of installs as to time of arrival. The protection to my floors & furniture is like nothing I've seen before. I would highly recommended purchase of this product.
Cody Gilroy and Phon are amazing professional window installers. They were efficient, fast and hardworking. They took time to explain things about the process when I asked. We, unfortunately, had some rot where our sliding door was going, we didn't know we had. They found it, explained what the next step was, and proceeded to board up our doorway so nothing would come in (or go out!). They finished our other windows without any problems and they look AMAZING!! These guys were so gracious, caring and truly kind. I can't wait for them to come back,
I only wish I could give them one more star! The Vantha and Ryan did an excellent job installing our new windows, and the finishing work was an example of fine craftsmanship. They took great care to protect our floors and cabinetry and the new windows are wonderful. We already feel the difference in how comfortable our living room is on cold nights.
We were very impressed my our installers Paco and Pete. They took extra care and attention to detail with all the large windows of our Victorian home. They milled custom stops to complement the intricate original window trim and took extra care to match everything. We highly recommend the product and all the workers that cared for our home.
I rent an apartment, they keep calling to give me a quote (automated system) i am on the DO NOT CALL list .I have asked them NUMEROUS times to take my number off their list, they have been rude EVERYTIME and still call repeatedly!! 6 calls a day is a bit much! I work graveyard hours and get woke up 3x a day. I would never do business with someone who has no respect for others!!!

We were so pleased to have Design Consultant Jesse, Tom for Tech Measurement, as well as the Installation Team, Jon and Cody back with us for Phase 2. Project Mgr Sarah kept everything on track. From the first appointment to measuring to the installation, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Cody G, Tyler P., and Jeff G. installed 13 windows in less than three and a half days. They were courteous and took the time to explain what they were doing each day. They even helped me move a table from downstairs to upstairs. They were truly delightful!
Just had 35 total windows and doors replaced. What an amazing difference in the look of the house inside and out. The team, Brandon R, as the lead and Ryan P, with Tyler P, did a fantastic job! Such attention to detail and the cleanup was fabulous. We are so happy we went with Renewal by Anderson with the quality, skills, and craftsmanship they provide. Absolutely a fabulous experience having our widows installed by Austin F and Cody G. They handled everything with such a professional and delightful attitude. Even when we ran into a snag with some rot in the window frame. I couldn't ask for a better team.
Matt Q and Brian S. were fantastic. They got so much done in in two days, it was incredible. They did a wonderful job, and cleaned us so it was basiclly impossible to know they were ever there, other then the new beautiful windows we now have. Both were very pleasent and easy to be around, and were constantly asking if anything they can do to make the installation a better experience. When we put in our next set of windows we will ask for them specifically.
I will explain this company to you with a metaphor. Imagine if your local general contractor was a store and they sold boxes of Kraft macaroni and cheese for $1. They don't offer financing or money off because that's the actual cost. Now renewal is this fancy store and they offer you the same box of Kraft macaroni and cheese for $85 but you can finance there and they will give you $25 off each box right up front. And also if you buy 60 they will give you $500 off your whole invoice. Where are you going to buy your macaroni and cheese. Do your research people. Don't let yourself or your 85 yr old mother get scammed. Shop around. If you don't and you pay $85 for a box of macaroni and cheese it's probably because you are not the sharpest crayon in the box. Had these people come out and their prices are so ridiculous I feel sorry for the people that have fell for this.
After a long wait to get my new Renewal by Andersen replacement windows and patio doors put it, I'm happy to report that it was definitely worth the wait. The windows are beautiful and have added so much more value to my home already. Brandon R. and Jeff G. did an excellent job. They went about their work so efficiently and quietly that I hardly felt their presence in the house. They were courteous and respectful of my home in that they covered the floors and furniture before beginning their work, and cleaned up after themselves so I didn't have to do anything but enjoy my new windows and doors. Very pleased with the whole process. The installers - Lincoln L, Andrew S, and Johnny L - were amazing: professional,. talented, and hard-working. Especially in cold, wet weather. They are very talented at their jobs and do them well. Plus, I've never had any repair folks clean up after themselves as well as they did; nothing was left behind. Whole team, from sales to measuring to installation, is professional and respectful.
We just had a French door installed, replacing an old slider. What a difference and what a difference Chase D and Curtis H made in the installation! Very capable, talented and great guys. This company made things easier from start to finish and they let me know that they are still available if we have any questions. Quality produce and well worth the cost.

Zach and Esabon were professional and amazing! We had a great working, easy communicative experience with them. We have an older home so there were some challenges along the way. My Partner Jennifer and I were very interested in all our options and decisions and they helped walk us through the work they were doing, with exceptional knowledge and some good humor along the way. They did lovely work, while caring for our garden which was important to us. They cleaned up every night. We had to move some electrical and our friend Jeremy was able to work easily with them in order to do that. They even found our 1940s trim to finish the job. We count ourselves very lucky to have worked with Zach and Esabon as they really made this project go very smooth and trouble-free! They went above and beyond to make certain our Bay window was perfect! Thanks Renewal by Anderson for hiring them! We really appreciated the work ya'll did for us! The Renewal by Andersen team did an Amazing job! From the initial meeting sharing about their product to the Excellent Installation process. They came in and did 10 windows in 1 day and did it perfectly! the craftsmanship for installation is top notch and the windows themselves are flawless. I very much enjoyed working with our Lead installer Kraig Chupp who checked in with me as needed to make sure I was happy with the molding, etc.

I had all my windows and patio door replaced this week. Mike D and Justin K were the installers. They were A+ in all ways. They communicated very well with me, were punctual, hard workers, pleasant, and did an outstanding job with the installation. I highly recommend Renewal by Anderson (this is my second home that I have had Renewal by Anderson replace my windows). The quality of the windows and the quality of the service far exceeds other window companies. They follow through if something goes wrong and will come back to fix the problem.

We purchased 6 new windows and a new slider door to replace the old leaky windows in our home. Had a great experience from start to finish with the folks at Renewal by Anderson. Ryan M. and Zack C. (joined on day 2, by Bryant) worked their magic to deliver 13 windows, expertly installed in just 2 days. They were so kind, professional and friendly (and considerate of my pesky, little dachshund). Our experience has been extremely satisfactory Anderson. The windows are high quality, the night they were installed we instantly noticed an improvement in sound buffering as well as keeping the heat in (this was in the winter).
The account management was somewhat easily to coordinate with - they seem to respond better to phone calls vs. emails. The sales process was easy and efficient and the people who did the measurements were very thorough and informative.
The real shining stars though were our install team. Josh Z. led the team most of the time and he is by far one of the best people we've worked with on any project. He's incredibly through, dedicated to getting the job done right, and will go the extra mile. We had a pretty large project and spent a lot of time together and I really will miss working with him! When we found rot in our walls he was very informative and helped ease our stress. Other members of the team were also above and beyond friendly, dedicated, did exceptional work. No stone was left unturned. Thank you Oliver V., Marko S., Estaban, Bryant S. and Hans!
The only thing I wish we would have known was that the window casings aren't PURE white, there's a slight tone to them. It's not the end of the world since we had to repaint the trim anyways but something that would have been good to know.
We have no issues with our investment and intend to do more business with them in the future.

We had all 14 of our windows and 1 sliding door replaced in 3 different phases. After the first phase, we made sure to request Waylin and David M for our 2nd and 3rd phases. These guys are an excellent team. Waylin is an excellent craftsman and knows just about all there is to know about windows and how to install them. Waylin called when he was on his way and showed up on time every day. They covered everything in our house with plastic so that there would be no dust to clean up after. They cleaned up inside and outside and left our home cleaner than when they came. Our new windows and door look amazing, we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen for any windows or doors you need replaced. Consider yourself lucky if Waylin and David M show up to do your install. You can't go wrong with this company!
