We just had 11 windows installed by Anderson, and overall it has been a very good experience, from the sales presentation to the installation and the followup. Our installers, Vantha and Estabon were very fast, efficient, tidy and courteous. We found that a problem had developed over night with three of the windows, but a call to the office brought us another technician, Paul, the same day to fix it. Paul also did a good job for us. The only complaint we have had was that we received a call at 6pm the night before the originally scheduled installation telling us that , due to a factory glitch, it would have to be postponed a week. We wouldn't have minded that, but due to the lateness of the call, we had already moved our furniture and taken down all the blinds and hardware.
