I recently replaced some main focal point windows in our home using Renewal by Anderson. I received the highest level of customer experience that I have ever realized from construction contractor. Starting with my original call in that led to a scheduling of an in home visit to produce a bid for the job, followed by a professional measurement and explanation of the job. We were then assigned the installment team who provided great communication as to when the job would start, what time they would arrive on the install date, and roughly when they would finish. The installation crew showed up on time, replaced the windows in one day and left my home having cleaned up their construction area thoroughly.

Every person I dealt with was professional, empathetic, and personable. Frankly, I am blown away by how positive the experience was. Yes, the overall cost is higher than most but the end result was pure value. As an aside, I was very concerned about the retrofit as my original windows were encased in stucco. I was worried that the demolition would result in stucco repair which can lead to high repair costs. The installation team, headed by an extremely professional and personable gentlemen named Manuel, so carefully extracted the original windows that no additional repairs were needed. My interior molding was custom and the install team perfectly matched my custom molding at no additional cost. After removal of the original windows there was some dry rot evident in some of the framing surrounding one window and the install team repaired the damage at no additional cost.

In the end, the finished job is exceptional. The windows are beautiful and I am one extremely happy customer! Thank you Renewal by Anderson for a truly great experience.
