Absolutely shocking, I have waited over 20 working...

Absolutely shocking, I have waited over 20 working days for my delivery.
I have tried numerous attempts to PHONE someone to assist and Quick Mobile Fix has no possible way to speak to anyone
On their voice machine they explain they have a 'chat" button option on the website , there is NOT a chat button, only an email option
I have been waiting for email replies and despite asking for someone to please call me, I always get an email explaining my order is being processed.

I am shocked at this service and am not a happy customer
