Do not use this company if you want a working phon...

Do not use this company if you want a working phone ,I ordered a phone that should have arrived within 5-7 working days, it took 19 days and numerous emails. When the phone arrived callers could not hear me, as requested the phone was returned and should have been repaired and returned within 5-7 working days it is now 8 working days -all I need is my money back to buy another phone, but the company refuse to answer this question by email. If you can eventually get through on the phone the recorded message states your phone will be repaired within 24-48 hours!!! NOT
