I ordered a phone in August but I hadn't heard any...

I ordered a phone in August but I hadn't heard anything else so I cancelled on the 5th September. I was told refund was two weeks it's now been two months and still nothing they keep giving my new dates and it doesn't come I'm sick of this company, they are money robbers.
