order id158233 returned phone for refunded paid for recorded delivery and this was signed for by quick fix ,still have not had refund ,just emails from different people every time cannot get through on phone ,emails say the same as everyone elses 10-14 days error ect my son paid half for the phone with his pocket money which he had been saving ,he is in tears ,and asks if we've had money back every day he comes out of school.very disapointed .
