It s now been 3 months since I 1st ordered a phone...

It s now been 3 months since I 1st ordered a phone, (8th May) in that time I was sent a faulty phone which took double the amount of time they said it would take to receive it. Once I sent the faulty phone back I got no updates.A week later, after I d sent several emails asking what was happening with then phone, still no reply until I asked for a refund. Then I got sent emails telling me the phone was bent & I d have to pay to have a diagnosis test & pay for it to be fixed (this was not the fault I d reported, the touch screen was broken & had a mind of its own). The actual phone was in very good condition when I got it, & when I sent it back! I told them this & still the told me I needed to pay for it to be tested! After a week of getting nowhere with emails I rang, spent 1hour & 40 minutes in a queue before getting to speak to someone. They then confirmed that the phone I sent back was bent & was probably done in transit. I was then offered another phone or a refund. I asked for the refund & told to allow 14 working days for it to appear back in my account. No surprise that the 14 days came & went with no refund! Another hour & a half phone call resulted in me being told it was the finance department that needed to be notified of this. I asked to be put through to them & told there wasn t authorisation For me to be put through to them. I asked for a direct number, told there wasn t one. After telling them I was calling trancing standards I Was told someone would contact me within 48 hours! I received an email that day saying a payment would be made the on the 5th August, today, the 8th, 3 months on I finally got the refund!
Unfortunately I didn t bother to check the reviews before ordering from them, If I had I would of seen that everything I ve experience seems to be a running theme with them!
